The materials used in making my flower arrangement was so pathetic that i felt like throwing it away. They show beautiful pictures in website and deliver extremely poor quality and low standard product. The wrap looks so cheap that it is good for wiping their A***! Its definitely not worth ordering online with Ferns & Petals. I can even share the pictures of this awful so called Romantic heart shaped Orchids arrangement. Kindly contact me before buying any product online with these folks. Worst quality!

I had ordered 18 yellow roses for a dear friend as a 'get well' wish. When the flowers were delivered, the quality was not upto the mark, with not very fresh roses delivered (as shared in a picture by my friend). I alerted Ferns and Petals of this, and after some back and forth, the flowers were replaced with fresh flowers.
I appreciate them for being responsible and accountable to customers.

I placed an order today (Oct 21,2019) for a cake and a chocolate hamper. As soon as I entered my credit card number, I got a message saying that "Transaction failed at bank end". Before I could figure out what happened, I got a call from their customer service rep (Mr. Bisht) who said that there was a problem at their end and so he had emailed me a link that I could use to pay the amount. When I checked my email inbox, there was a Paypal link. He asked me to use that link as a guest and enter my credit card number as well as the billing/shipping addresses. As I was skeptical to enter my credit card number, I started asking him more questions about their website. I also told him that the website was not user friendly and if it continued to give errors then international customers like me won't be able to use their services. To my surprise Mr. Bisht hung up on me. I think FNP is trying to save taxes by asking international customers to use the paypal link to transfer money. Poor service and very bad experience. Never going to use this website again.

There is not a genuine, honest review of firns and flowers delivery service. Painted flowers, delivery time 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, that is 15 hours! Am I bloody going to hang around waiting for your f... flowers?

I have ordered quite a few times from FNP. It's very good if you try to send cake or rakhi or any other gift to your beloved ones. I was quite satisfied with the quality, but I am a little bit dissatisfied with my last order. I ordered a plant, but the plant was looking unhealthy and some of the leaves turned yellow. I am not sure if it will survive or not.

I had recommended my brother to use services by Ferns and Petals for surprising his Fiancee for their special day.
It turned out to be a major disappointment for us.
To begin with the team firstly delivered the wrong flowers ruining all the surprise, then did not deliver the cake.
Moreover, adding to the let down the team irresponsibly said they couldn't contact the receiver, which was wrong.

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!

Answer: I can't say if they are fraud or not, but their service is terrible. Only 2/4 of my orders were delivered. Their customer service is non-existent. Just ignore the emails and mark it as spam. Don't order with them. Avoid!
