Unfortunately I have to change my review. Only 2/4 deliveries have been received. Now when I try to contact their customer care centre I keep getting a generic response without any of my questions being answered. I'm told that since they rely on external couriers they can't guarantee the delivery date. So what's the point of selecting a delivery date? I ordered 2 days in advance, but now the recipient has to wait for 2 days more. Nowhere on the website does it say dates on not guaranteed and they should have contacted me if there was a delay. ***AVOID THIS COMPANY** at all costs! I have learned my lesson.
Update on 03/08/18. So they finally tried to deliver the product 2 DAYS LATE and at 22:30 at night. Who the hell delivers at that time of the night? It's for an 80 year old women. After several attempts I was finally told that it will be delivered today. I checked the tracking to see if it was delivered today, only to see an attempt was made in the middle of the bloody night! After I told the recipient it will only be today. They are an absolute bunch of yobs! What a disaster. I have a lot of family and business in India. I' currently on another site order 200+ gifts for Diwali and Christmas. If these people can't even handle 4 deliveries, then there is no hope for 200. Imagine what my employees would do and feel when they see some of them get gifts and others don't get gifts? They would resign on the spot and I would be embarrassed and lose good staff! I'm so glad I tested this company first. Thank god for that foresight. My outstanding order number is: *******
