Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!

The end product does not look any where close to what shows up on their website. Dont waste your time.

They are the worst supplier I have ever dealt with. They refused to deliever the cake at 1730 on the delievery day. Bizzare as i didnt had time to place new order with someone else for my dads Bday. I will not suggest them At All to anyone.

Ferns n Petals is a worst provider. They will
Mess up with your order. They don't have customer value. Very poor customer service team. My daughter placed an order through them on 2 Sep for delivery on 4 Sep. It was a birthday cake and chocolate bouquet. Firstly FnP delivered it separately, secondly not on requested time, thirdly the chocolates were melted already. Very importantly cake was delivered with wrong message. We do online orders very often and this is the first worst experience. Our whole family and friends don't want to order through them anymore.

Did you get any vendor who is having good reviews. Desperately searching for one:/

I have ordered from them quite a few times and I'm very satisfied with the timely delivery of the items! I don't think you need to worry about it at all.

These guys are scums and cheats. I placed an order for Diwali for Rs. 4,300. A dirty box with horrible sweets was sent. To add fuel to fire, the dry fruits was sent in a plastic glass ( the picture had a vase) and 80% empty.
Never trust these guys. On complaint they replaced the box of sweets with another box with contents missing?

There are multiple providers who offer better service compared to them. As someone rightly pointed out they accept the order, collect money and they will ignore you completely and there is nothing you can do about it. Firstly, if u call them, they can't hear you. U check your phone and the network is fully clear. Makes u wonder in what part of a f@#*ing dungeon in some Sahara desert are they sitting! When you finally put your situation across, they keep repeating like a f@#@ing robot the same shit that your order will get delivered in the mentioned time slot (which they won't obviously). And they will hang up on u like they don't even appreciate the urgency. The reality is they would not send the order out to the delivery guys till the last few hours of the time slot. And at the end they will give shitty excuses of experiencing high volumes. Clearly they are not the experts to deal with such high demand so you can imagine the treatment you are expecting for your order. Avoid the pain. Stay away from such losers!
