Charge very high for quality of flowers being delivered, on top of that extra Rs 300 for remote city delivery.
And never go for any rose other than red, no matter what you pay for, you will get only Red roses! All those multicolored (or yellow/pink) are for site display only!
How much embarrassing is this that FNP sends reminders to your contact list reminding them of your birthdays and anniversaries! I would have used FNP for close and distant contacts formally or informally few professional contacts and you send reminders to them to gift me on my birthday. Will never ever use the FNP service again! Those recipients would make fun of me on receiving such reminders!
WORST SERVICE. PLEASE DONT PLACE ORDERS THROUGH THIS. THEY DONT DELIVER IT ON TIME. I HAD PLACED THE ORDER AT 5.00 CLOCK IN THE EVENING AND ITS COMING AT 10 IN THE NIGHT. THEY SAY THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THE ADDRESS ND BULL$#*! CRAP. I HAVE GIVEN THEM THE FULL ADDRESS AND THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO LOCATE AND THEY HAVE GONE BACK. HAVE GIVEN FULL ADDRESS IN DETAIL AND IT IS IN CENTER OF BANGALORE. ALL PIZZA HUTS DELIVER IT PROPERLY AND THEY CANT FIND ADDRESS AND COME. WORST. I AHVE PLACED ORDERS THROUGH MANY AND I HAVE NEVER FACED SUCH A HORRIBLE STUFF IN MY LIFE. WORST SERVICE
They did not deliver the flowers. They say they attempted delivery but they did not. They provide no refunds whatsoever. They did not provide tracking of the package to prove that they attempted delivery. This is a big scam business. Worst experience. I am going to make this viral. I hope this business shuts down. Pathetic company with no morals.

I would like to give some feedback on my first order with fnp:
Had ordered a personalized lamp which I found as one of the unique and beautiful product on your web. Unfortunately the final product sent to my niece with message didn't appear good at all. Although there wasn't any issue with the lamp but the way message was printed (uppercase, big font size)spoiled the whole thing. I am attaching the pic of original product advertised on your website and the one which was delivered to me.
Also the chocolate vask was sent without the decorative berries advertised. It is really sad that I dint had pleasant experience just because of this small issue.
I am freaking online shopper and believes in providing feedback. I hope my voice is heard.

I am very much dissatisfied with the kind of quality you guys have provided me with the delivery you have recently did.
Below mentioned are the blunders or I would say poor standard metrics for your FNP.
1. The flower bouquet was not at all looking similar the way displayed in the website. If you say they need not to be same then stop bluffing the customers by posting such appealing pics. A total disappointment, I am not sure if you can empathise my frustration. Your standard sucks.
2. The cake which you have delivered is also not as per the pic displayed in your bloody website. I seriously doubt your company's integrity towards the quality.
3. I asked to write the message on a chocolate plate and place on cake vertically. You guys did even write the message on cake either.
4. You have charged me 200 hundred rupees for fixed time delivery which is supposed to be done between 9pm and 10pm. You delivered it at 7:30 pm by this I am doubting if your company really knows the meaning of fixed time also to check the time in the watch.
Also attached is the screenshot of the bouquet and Cake. Which are pathetically bad. You service on the whole sucks. Is this the quality you deliver? Question yourselves.
I ordered a Breathless combo yesterday For fixed time delivery between 12-1.
The cake delivered was no where similar to what was shown on the website. Don't think I want to use this website again to send flowers and gifts.

A very horrible website. I have placed an order no *******. The order was partially completed and repeated requests to their call centre made life more miserable. They were not willing to either tell the product delivery details nor making commitment for delivery. The worst part to make the customer afraid was not willing to refund the money for the product not delivered. Today for the last day made futile attempt to speak to one of their call centre rep maned Ms Lalitha. She too did not cancel neither transferred the call to supervisor. If this incident and predicament of guillable customers like me can be made to known and the Ferns and petals website can be avoided. I'm also following up the case with consumer court.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with, they are not professionals. They doesn't know how to work, they are full of excuses. Its just a another shop opened near to the area.
I would suggest all not to waste your time & money as they will not care for all this. Things you order and put a delivery date, please note there is no point of mentioning the delivery date, they dont care about your things, they will deliver it after ages.
So stop making fool of people & wasting time.
I ordered rose bouquet fr mi husband. They took midnight charges bt did nt deliver. I called many times... employee saurav in customer care helped n delievering atleast n evening. Day was spoiled bt saurav atleast calld back to me bout deliery n helped fr same..
I ordered Rakhi and one gift for my bother and sister-in-law from FNP. THEY DID NOT Delivered it plus they sent us fake confirmation massages. When a complained after 3-4 mails they issued me a gift vouch WHICH is also INVALID. I did not receive any refund.

I ordered a combo from fnp online, and what got delivered were sad dry flowers and smelly sweets. These were mentioned in the picture of the combo.
And after what i payed was a huge amount for this. They spoiled the whole occasion n wasted my money and time. I warn people not to use there online system its pathetic.
The flowers were very having ants walking in and not of good quality.
Can even upload the pics of flowers i got for 1500 rs...
I order flower for my girlfriend from USA on 27th Jan, 2014. They did not deliver the flowers and email me back saying "Your recipient did not answer call." In reality, they did not call my girlfriend or did not try to deliver. This how they treat foreign customers. I already put dispute on my credit card transaction. Hope, before you order from this website, your bank provides a dispute transaction facility.
Worst service ever! We were told that our onlin order will get delivered in the morning 10 am. we placed it and this is 7th time we are chasing them and order is not yet delivered.

Dont ever order flowers or any things from this site. This site is not trustworthy. Worst site and customer service. I ordered a bouquet of 200 roses of 4 feet height, but they delivered the bouquet of less than 40 roses and 1.5 feet height for the same price. When we made a complain through mail, chat, phone, response was worst. Not even escalating the complaint, and not giving contact details for us to escalate. Never try this site. WORST WORST WORST...
