If somebody from Ferns and Petals is actually serious about something called "customer service", please do take this review seriously.

Your customer service is highly unprofessional, arrogant and with zero customer satisfaction training. Instead of knowing how to talk to the customer, they simply disconnect the call! I mean this is not acceptable for a service provider company. There is zero coordination between people at customer service.

I ordered a buoquet for my family member in India from USA and they missed the deadline. On calling them, they blatantly lied that they called us which they never did and instead of delivering till 9 PM which was the max deadline, their SMS was received at 11PM. I completely understand the delay sometimes due to high rush but please don't tell lies to the customer and show your arrogance!

Then I called from USA to the customer care and the lady with due unprofessionalism informed me that there will be no refund and I have no other choice than to either forfeit the order (with no refund!) or re order the same. I asked them to reorder. At the same time my family member gave a call to them to cancel the order which they did again after a series of wrong defence for their side! I do not understand the process. Is refund a process or decided by the arrogant customer care people on call basis?

Then I called them back asking them to cancel this new order as this was raised due to the negligence of the customer service lady. Now the new customer service personnel (who is much more arrogant and unprofessional of all) says it can't be canceled and disconnect the call. I have never seen such a pathetic customer service from a professional firm. Highly disappointed with their process, customer handling and lack of clarity.

SHALL NEVER PLACE AN ORDER With FNP AGAIN.

I wish if I could have given 0 stars, you people feel that every people out there are fool and has no work to do other then making continuous follow ups.

Ordered a cake before hands

Call 1:: Your staff says they are trying to contact vendor but vendor is not reachable. Will raise a ticket (call on hold time - 10 mins)

Call 2:: Another staff member says the vendor will be allocated only after 11am so will be able to contact only then... upon inquiring about cancellation policies, I will get no cashback but a cash card which i can user for future services and that to only after 48 hours. And she will give me a confirmation call after talking to vendor for my order. (call on hold time 5 mins)

Call 3:: Another member this time, narrated entire story again and the response is we can not commit anything and order delivery tentative time can not be commited.
Requesting to pass my call to senior person (call on hold time - 15 20 mins)

Senior person:: Narrated entire story again and answer is we will try but can not commit as it depends on the vendor and sales person. After tons of request, an assurance to talk to vendor and to expect a call back within 30 mins and not to forget, now i can not cancel my order as order can not be cancelled on the day of delivery (which was exactly opposite to what was told on previous call)

Call 4:: No call back as promised... On saying may I talk to "senior person's name who were there on last call". Response- let me check his availability (call on hold for another 5 mins) and the answer is "HE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE CALL"

We are paying for services not asking them for free and you people anyway are charging the double amount of the actual cost in the market. If you can not commit your deliveries then why are you even sitting there...

Pathetic Services, worst experience

Order a beautiful looking cake from FNP and got delivered a worst looking cake. Great job done, got a SHOCK instead of a Surprise.

I am ram...recently 2nd November I order flowers and dryfruit hamper to gift my relatives for diwali celebration I placed this order 2nd November and chosen delivery for a week later dhanteras it was very shocked disappointed worst ridiculous services they changed rescheduled my delivery date fnp haven't asked me and thereafter they only delivered my flower in 11 th November many times I chat with thier cc they said sorry we can't commit delivery but my product wasn't delivered even another 4 days nothing my all gifting emotions surprised they ruined it they promote every where even in below mails like why fnp bcz delivery on date or time which not true once you paid they took your order even there customer care is very worst nothing responsible fnp making stupid peoples Same products half of the prices its available in local market still if I ordered and paid them for nothing product delivery after choosen festival is it worthy its nothing they dint respect customers emotions I expected to delivery on time at least this firm is very low customer services I wouldn't prefer if you want something special for your loved ones plan it other sources

Whether it's ordering on the FnP retail site or booking an FNP venue, it's been a pathetic and harrowing experience.

Fresh products, easy and on time products delivery, cooperative members...
