I sent a gift for my niece on her birthday, it was undelivered despite being assured during all my calls that it would be delivered.
After the due date when asked for my refund, they denied giving me the same and said we do not have any such policy
Ordered flowers and cake for my dads bday from USA. The delivery guy called up to confirm the address but never showed up. They did not respond to any of our calls and for the whole time my parents were stuck at home. They haven't refunded the money as well. Very bad service.

Using there services for last three years. For two years order was delivered on time. This year I send rakhi to same address and they kept saying address is wrong. They were delivering order at same address for last two years. I am calling them from last 10 days. Can't talk to manager other staff keep promising that they will contact me and matter will be resolved in 24 hrs. No call no email from them. I think they just want to keep the money. That was my last time I used their service. Will add it on Facebook as well to notify my family and friends about their services so they'll not get stuck like me! One suggestion I would like to make that if you are providing international service maintain their standard as well.

Disgusting change in the cake ordered and what is delivered.
The cake I ordered from this site is entirely different from what I received, there are approximately 8-9 fruits mentioned in the picture and the cake I received has only 3 fruits and the entire look is extremely dull.
You broke my trust for ordering things online as you cant deliver what is ordered.

Worst site of all time... I ordered a flowers and a card to be delivered in Nagpur... They just delivered the flowers and the flowers were totally different from the image on there site and card was not delivered as they were unable to understand occasion, if you don't understand occasion why you have option on you site?
The message on card with flower was written by someone who don't know how to write English, he/she skip few words and hand witting was worst.
They actually ruined the entire surprise I will not recommend this site to anyone, worst site of all the time.
Ordered 2 rakhi packages worth 1000 rs, the site said these will be delivered on the same day. Order was placed on 27 Aug 2015 at 9:44 AM and was mentioned that it would be delivered on the same evening in Mumbai. I got the confirmation that one package is delivered and other was on hold by FNP. When I called my cousin to ask, he said nothing has been delivered. Their customer care is a joke, I couldn't connect with them on the call even after trying 5-6 times. I have given up on them. WOULD NEVER EVEN RECOMMEND THIS FAKE SITE TO ANYONE.
I guess there should be an online portal for all the sites where if they do no conform to the minimum standards, they should be banned and penalized heavily. Take timtara for instance. These websites are looting us and making a mockery of us. I literally wasted 1000 bucks on rakhi and unfortunately my brother did not get the rakhi.

Bunch of scammers! The picture on the website showed a box of Fererro Rocher chocolates, however what was received was a fake Chinese copy. Absolutely horrible customer service who said that due to non-availability FNP has the right to substitute. Bunch of scam artists they are... I paid almost quadruple the market rate just to be delivered a fake item. I wish I could send them monopoly money instead of real money (just like they them... substitute fake due to non-availability of the real stuff!)

I don't know where to start from. I had the worst online shopping experience with FNP. These guys have no professionalism, morals or whatsoever. Its a scam. They just want to place orders and never deliver them. I placed an order for a rakhi hamper for my brother on 8 august 2015 and asked for a delivery on 14 aug 2015 as he had to leave for vacations after that. After sending many emails and calling the company they said they will deliver it in 48 hours. This is on 20 august 2015. With no surprise, my order has not reached its destination till date i. E 28th Aug 2015. These guys have runined my festival. Please don't trust this company. It's a major scam. Now they don't even accept my calls or return my emails. It was a terrible mistake that i did not read the reviews of customers before placing an order. They play with customer's emotion and does realise even a bit that it's our hard earned money. My advice to people who wants to send gifts to their loved onea through FNP is Do not fall for their trap. They will keep your loved ones waiting for your wishes forever. If only i could give them some minus starts for their service, i would have.
I placed an order for rakhi. It got delivered within acceptable time frame. When I opened it, they were totally different rakhis! Not the one's I selected. When I contacted them about it, I was told that, the pictures on website are indicative and actual product may vary! But in my case, it was not slightly different, it was all the way different product and not what i paid for! This kind of fraud business is totally not acceptable! Furthermore Pawan says, they will give me 10% discount! As if I was going to place order again with these cheats! The whole experience was just ridiculous and frustrating!

Received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday and half the roses were dead. It is as though they sent 2 week old flowers. I tried to contact them repeatedly to show them how pathetic it was but their help line was just not answered. Absolutely disappointed and rather disgusted that they think they can get away with delivering rotten old stock.
I had placed 2 orders for my Wife's Birthday - who is a naval officer and this was meant as a surprise to her.
I paid up for the Fix Time Delivery - with 1000 To 1100 hrs as the slot.
Called up the customer center for querying at 1045 as the orders were not delivered. The person who answered calmly replied please call back at 1030. I had to make him understand that the current time is 1045!
He casually replied that the order will be delivered in next 15 min... now no answer to my emails or calls... and the orders are still not delivered.
The worst ever experience of getting flowers delivered from FNP. We placed an order, for a lily bouquet, at 11 am choosing a preferred delivery between 2-3 pm. We also asked for a "congratulations/ good luck" greeting card (what we got was very random).
After multiple follows up, we finally received our order at 4.30 pm - but the flowers delivered were the worst flowers ever (absolutely dead and no quality). All that they cared about was the payment and after that, cared a damn about timing and quality. When we asked for a refund for the prefered time option, they mentioned they would give us credit (but no cash). The credit has also not been given.
The card was signed up incorrectly. The entire experience was pathetic!

Once they have taken money from your account they do not bother responding to your queries or complaints.
