Review of Ferns N Petals
I had ordered a bouquet on 29th sept to be delivered on 4th oct for my wife and it was never delivered on 4th oct even after calling no help from anyside there call centre are trained to talk what they only want and never listen to what we have to say, on 5th and 6th after calling several times and sending several mails of cancel order and refund as order was not received on time still they say we dont have policy of of refund even if its a mistake this was said by mr diwakar one of the person who sits in call centre dont know what is he even doing there talking as if we are just fools yes we are emotional fools so we ordered through fnp, fnp india are just fake people, then mr diwakar is saying to me ordered has been delivered i am sending pod i told im we havent received it but he is saying he has pod from delivery partner and your wife has signed it that was the funniest part then he sends me a random signature of two lines even a kid will have a better signature such fake people we didnt receive it on 6th and instead we received it at our door step on the 8th oct 5 days late then the birthday whats the use of it, and thoiusand times i told them as not delivered on 4th just cansel the order and refund but they didnt listen, so guys there are other good companies please read reviews and order or its just a waste of time to order from fnp still they dont have acourtesy to refund the amount this is what fnp is, i told them we have left it at the door take it back and refund but no responce, please be careful of like this people specially if you talk to mr diwakar or mr prashant at their call centre

I live in Los Angeles, California and I was trying to send a gift to my relative who lives in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for her Birthday.
After a quick google search I contacted Ferns N Petals through their website for preorder inquiries; they got back to me sending a WhatsApp number to communicate through it and to help me with placing the order smoothly due to the location and time zones difference.
UNFORTUNATELY, MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP WAS NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT!
I asked the agent "Mohammad Badreldeen" (Account name on WhatsApp which also had the fnp logo) from day one if I'm going to get the same exact arrangement that I see on their website picture, and he assured me that it will be the same.
THAT WAS NOT THE CASE…what I choose was a pink flowers arrangement in a gray box with a simple pink ribbon; they sent the flowers in a BLACK BOX as if it's going to a FUNERAL not a BIRTHDAY PARTY! And the ribbon was over exaggerated…so the gift went from CLASSY to TRASHY.
His explanation was "Same box is out of stock we arranged in black box."! He Never got back to me to ask me if I'm ok with the changes they made! I would've changed the color of the flowers to red or changed the box with cheerful color of paper wrap.
I also told him from day one that this gift supposed to be a surprise gift, and they should contact my relative early enough to make sure that they can get hold of her and get her address before her birthday day (due to her difficult sleeping and work schedule) and he assured me that he will do that.
THAT WAS NOT THE CASE…They were very poor in their response and communication, ignoring my messages for hours even though that I can see that they had open it but they don't respond; regardless of the fact that they were aware of the time zones difference that was the biggest issue.
When I brought the communication issue to his attention his explanation was "The shop was already closed the time you send the messages."! That was regardless of the fact that I asked him about the work hours way before ordering the flowers and I was informed and I quote "We work the hole week from 10AM-12AM except for Friday 4PM-12AM."; I was only sending my messages during these hours!…It turns that he was GIVING ME THE WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT WORK HOURS INSTEAD OF SAYING THAT THIS WAS THE DELIVERY HOURS!
The delay in contacting my relative is what caused the gift to be delivered with the condition of revealing the sender name and taking away the surprise element that I was planning for, and for the delivery to be on a different time slot than what I choose (late night instead of morning/afternoon delivery).
But really the cherry on top is using a regular piece of a print paper "as a card"! They just folded it and squeezed it in the envelope!
SO I PAID ALMOST 350 SAR TO GET A CHEEP PIECE OF PAPER TO REPLACE A BASIC CARD! WHO DOES THAT? THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!
When I told him this is not right and I need to talk to a supervisor or manager to fix this (as the flowers was not delivered yet) he just offered 25% off for the next purchase…AS IF I WILL PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM AGAIN AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! That was instead of offering to upgrade the gift by adding some chocolate or cupcakes or whatever other options they had to satisfy me as a customer.
THIS WAS A HELL OF EXPERIENCE AND I'M NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.
THIS SHOP SHOULD TAKE OUT THE ORDERING OPTION FROM THE UNITED STATES, BECAUSE IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED HERE AND A CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE THEY GET REFUNDED, OR AT LEAST GET UPGRADE ON THEIR PURCHASE OPTION.

This was evidently false as my elderly Mother, to whom the parcel was intended to be delivered, was at home all day, available to receive any deliveries. Furthermore, she received a call from one of their delivery teams at 9:30 pm the night after her birthday, when the parcel was supposed to have been delivered, asking for her address. When she responded that she could not accept the order, seeing as it was of no use to her after her birthday celebrations had already taken place, their employees flippantly explained that their unpunctuality in the delivery was a result of the significant number of orders they had to deliver, even going so far as trying to incriminate my Mother by saying that my she ‘was not the only person to whom he had to make a delivery'; this is clearly, as I am sure you will agree, a poor excuse for their tardiness. The incongruity between their explanation for this failure to deliver and that which was provided by the delivery team on their call to my mother also clearly demonstrates to me that there was no reason for the late delivery other than the incompetence of their employees.
When I requested a refund, they just ignored me and closed the ticket I raised to complain to them as you can see in my email conversation with them:

I have ordered a Birthday cake from Ferns N Petals. The website promises the delivery same day or on the Birthday. The line which I saw on website "We Deliver, On Time - Every Time!". The order was supposed to deliver on 30th June 9 AM - 9 PM. It didnt get delivered. I am trying reach the customer care since yesteday to get the ipdate on my order nobody has the information of the order, everytime I call they say " Allow us sometime we are connecting with the delivery team" so far nobody responded/updated me on the status of the order.
Today they tried attempting a Delivery and its failed as per them since nobody at the recepients Home. The funny part is recepient didnt get the single call from the delivery partner. The receipient doesnt know the delivery partner's number and even I dont the number. So we are not sure with whom they sent the cake and where is it gone.
So far i have not received any calls from FERNS N PETALS to understand my concern. I am trying to reach the customer care since yesterday, raised a ticket as somebody from FNP commented that "She is just calling and shouting that she wants refund", the team gets on your nerves, instead of resolving a problem they give the same answer that they are trying to get in touch with delivery team.
Now one excutive told me that neither the order will get delivered now and nor the money will get refunded. The recepient had to go and collect the item from the shop. And they have not even sent the address to colle t the cake from. I have given Rs 1300 delivery charge to collect the cake from the shop. What kind of attempt they made for delivery that they didnt even reach out on the number recpient.
I do not suggest anyone to trust on Ferns N Petals with your money. It was such a PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. Its really OVERPRICED, dont deliver on time.
#Fernnpetals such a pathetic company who doesn't understand a thing about #customerservice and #customerexperience and certainly lakes a lot with #customerexperiencemanagement. I recently gone through one of the incident with this so called #customercentric company who makes fake impression of their huge experience but have appointed set of lunatic customer care executives like Mohd. Zeeshan Ansari who always takes side of their own associated people like guitarist Ameer Tariq who was hired for a surprise performance for my sister based out of Melbourne, Australia. This artist called Ameer Tariq in first place never contacted on-time and now when the occasion is ruined and it' was already 9 pm in Melbourne thus it was of no use but he had been keep on calling us and sending multiple messages on whatsapp asking to reschedule for tomorrow and he's disturbing the recipient in Melbourne constantly for the same. Completely horrified by this whole incident and never expected this from a well-known brand like FNP. When we asked for the refund providing the enough proofs the customer care executive said as the artist tried reaching you thus the refund can't be made. I would like #FNP to be enlighten that this person reached us after 3:30.
Guitarist contacted via whatsapp message that too at 3pm instead of me calling to FNP customer care thrice requested that ask guitarist to perform according to the Australia time zone because the recipient is in Australia, customer care executive Monica and other 3 in the call recording u can see that I already informed my concern that guitarist must perform till evening nd not late at night... every time either there was a long hold from customer care or informed me that guitarist is not picking our call and we will update.
26th night n whole day 27th I was informing customer care n was sending u mails on time. I have all the proofs available. Nobody from fnp bothered to call us.
We have all the screenshot available with me where he harassed us by text and audio messages pleading /forcing us to allow him to sing for next day. He accepted his mistake by saying sorry.
He is not allowed to call the recipient in Australia, disturbing them forcing them to make him sing when they were busy celebrating bday. I have those screenshot as a proof too.
You FNP people listening to the guitarist and not the customer who suffered the whole day and didn't get anything.
Please don't Fern n Petals as you would end-up regretting.
