I placed an order today (Oct 21,2019) for a cake and a chocolate hamper. As soon as I entered my credit card number, I got a message saying that "Transaction failed at bank end". Before I could figure out what happened, I got a call from their customer service rep (Mr. Bisht) who said that there was a problem at their end and so he had emailed me a link that I could use to pay the amount. When I checked my email inbox, there was a Paypal link. He asked me to use that link as a guest and enter my credit card number as well as the billing/shipping addresses. As I was skeptical to enter my credit card number, I started asking him more questions about their website. I also told him that the website was not user friendly and if it continued to give errors then international customers like me won't be able to use their services. To my surprise Mr. Bisht hung up on me. I think FNP is trying to save taxes by asking international customers to use the paypal link to transfer money. Poor service and very bad experience. Never going to use this website again.
