You should let travlers have a 24 hour period to exchange for cheaper tickets, or at least hold a ticket until they have decided.
Great service. Great prices. Website is easy to navigate. Tickets processed and finalized very fast!
Good fares. Great customer service. Fast and easy booking. 100% recommended. FlyFar is amazingly good
I booked an international flight with Flyfar.com, on two different airlines.
The information on my domestic flight was fine, but when I went to login to my account on the second airline and apply for my transit visa in that country (we intentionally booked a flight through this city so we could spend the 13 hour layover there) my infant daughter's ticket had the won last name.
Flyfar claims they are "working on it". It's been days now and I have heard nothing and the call center only says "We are working on it". The window to apply for the transit visa has now closed, which means we cannot leave the airport to go to our hotel, which means I have to SLEEP ON THE AIRPORT FLOOR WITH AN INFANT thanks to Flyfar.
3 days until we leave, and we still have no idea if the name change has gone through. The airline will not help us (they will only tell us it was Flyfar''s mistake and must be fixed by Flyfar). They have told us we will not be able to board if Flyfar does not fix their mistake, which means we will be stranded halfway through our trip...
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Everything is perfect, was able to choose my seats and just e-checked in. I'm on my way to the airport... thanks!
Unfortunately, my experience with FlyFar so far is no better than most of what the other reviewers have written. It has been horrible. Do not use this company if you can avoid it, but if you do, beware when you book your flight. Unlike reputable websites, there is no page that shows you the total you will be charged between when you are making selections (baggage, cancellation protection, etc.) and when you are charged. Their website showed cancellation protection at a seemingly too good to be true price - and that's exactly what it was. What I thought would cost $8.52 ended up costing $146 because the notice "per person per day" was located a little further down the page in a way that, while not "fine print" per se, did not make that obvious unless you read closely. Of course this would have been avoided entirely if there had been a final accounting of all costs that I could have seen before booking. In addition to that, the customer service has been horrible. I called multiple times to ask about this issue. In all instances I was put on hold, and then after finally speaking to someone, was told that someone else would call back to address my issues. I never received calls back, and had to take the initiative on my own. (If you aren't going to actually have people call back, don't tell me you will.) I was finally told why the price was $146 (that's when someone explained the "per person per day" element). Why couldn't they have just said that at the start and saved me hours on the phone? All told, I will never do business with these people again as it is clear from their business practices that they are just trying to take advantage of people.
Extremely disappointed with my experience and it has only been 24 hours. Now looking at all of the reviews, I really hope I do not regret my decision to book with flyfar. I purchased tickets to Vegas from LAX and it was stated that total with fees would be $122.00. Going on to the next page it jumped to $144.00. I scrolled through the page to determine where the additions were and unchecked areas such as insurance. I was then asked if I wanted to reserve a seat. While I didn't care where I sat, I checked it off and saw the price stayed the same so I proceeded. Once I confirmed payment, my payment jumped back up to $144.00. I was charged $25.00 to reserve a seat, for flyfar to also state that even though I paid this amount, my chosen seat would not be guaranteed (guranteed technically is how they spelled it which should have been a red flag). I called customer support - waited on hold for one hour. When I get on the phone with customer support she stated she would send an email to customer service (I thought that was who I was calling?) and stated I should receive an email within 48 hours. She rushed me off the phone did not seem the least bit concerned - more annoyed than anything. While I am still awaiting this email, I look through reviews and read nightmare stories. I called both airlines and my reservations are intact for my trip which is a plus but I will panic my whole trip until I arrive home because I don't know if anything will go wrong in the meantime. This is not the way I wanted to spend my hard earned money and trip to see my sister since we live 3,000 miles away. Not only are you messing with peoples money and ruining your reputation - but you are adding stress to consumers that is completely uncalled for. I was on the phones last night for 3 hours with airlines. I will be escalating the issue until I am refunded money for my unguaranteed seat choice and will think twice about using a third part vendor ever again.
They charge your card even if they don't book your flight in a timely manner. Skip the middle man and deal directly with the airline.
Good morning it was a great help and service was excellent have no complaints at all thanks for the help
I was very impresssed with the ease at which we were able to purchase our tickets. Your site was also the most affordable.
I ordered a flight on accident and called immediately to cancel and got charge $50 for a $200 flight. When they could see that I had double flights.
Its the best option if you want to save money! They have a lot of options and it will always choose the best for what youre looking for.
If someone books a flight the same day make sure you give them priority and not make them almost miss their flight, very unprofessional
FlyFar.ca is nothing more than a scam. In a recent purchase in which I was directed there from Kayak.com in which the ticket I was shown and purchased was not what matched my initial search, I immediately noticed FlyFar's mistake and reached out instantly for a refund. I assumed there would be no issue with this since I paid two upcharges, one for premium customer support and another for cancellation services. FlyFar, over the phone, said they were unable to make the refund. Instead, I had to go through Spirit Airlines. Spirit, to their credit, instantly refunded the ticket. However, when going through that process I noticed two things: first, FlyFar used a fake email address claiming to be me to purchase the ticket from Spirit, and second, they charged me a much higher rate for the ticket than Spirit had charged FlyFar. The result was the Spirit, while giving a 100% refund, only refuned about 70% of what I paid. As a result, FlyFar only refunded the 70% less their own cancellation fee of $57. In the end, my refund was less than 50% of what I paid. That for a ticket that the airline refunded without qualms, on a ticket over one month in the future, during a global pandemic, and while the mistake was entirely of a technical nature caused by FlyFar's own poor website design, and all that happening within less than an hour of making the purchase. Further, in dealing with FlyFar's supposed "premium" customer support I was treated incredibly poorly by staff that spoke broken english and had no sympathy for my plight, nor did they seem to have agency to do anything about it. Over and over I was told "we don't have the power to do anything" and when I asked to speak to the people who did, they refused. Clearly, FlyFar is a scam meant to tack on heavy and fake charges over ticket prices. Major airlines and travel aggregators who value the integrity of their brand should not do business with FlyFar.ca, and certainly no traveler should even consider buying a ticket from them -- you will be ripped off.
Every thing looks excellent! I hope there is nothing hidden, but so far it looks good, i've been seen bad comments I hope is not my case!
The booking process was efficient and effortless. The price was perfect for my budget. Will definitely use it again!
Bought ticket. Was less than airline site and got the same seat for less money.
Simple and easy reservation.
After cancellation for my flight they tried many times to avoid the refund and i keep chasing them till i got my refund after 6 months!
They will charge you extra after you put your credit card information. And i called them waiting 30 min not resolved they charge me 70$ extra

Many reviews highlight a perceived lack of accountability and transparency, with claims of hidden fees and inadequate support during emergencies.
