DON'T USE THEM. I placed an order the night before a delivery and was told no worries. I called them three times the next day to find out if it had been delivered, the last time they said no, it wouldn't be delivered. They did not contact me, I had to call them, and by the time they decided to tell me, it was too late to place the order with another florist. Learn from my mistake, order directly from the florist.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Sunday for my daughter in laws birthday. The agent who took my order told me I would have to pay extra to have them delivered on Sunday and I was happy to do that. The order was placed, paid for and a confirmation email was sent to me. The day of Her birthday, Sunday) I got a 800 am phone call from the company saying they were sorry but they could not deliver the flowers on Sunday AFTER ALL. I said, today is her birthday and I can't get more flowers ordered at this late date. They said sorry. I said is there someone I can speak with. No, you can only email them and they won't answer you until Monday! I went to a site called TRUST PILOT today for reviews of this company and every one was just like mine, cancelled orders at the last minute, company saying sorry we can't deliver after all. NOT ONE REVIEW was positive, so very interesting that there are so many positive ones on this site. Sounds like when the flowers ARE ACTUALLY delivered that they are not nice flowers. I would NEVER EVER order from them again. I did get a sorry email from the company, that's all sorry and we will credit your account, of course that hasn't happened yet either.

Absolutely DREADFUL experience! Never again! Have written several times and had one acknowledgement to ask me to send a pic of the flowers. I did - that was at the beginning of June and still no reply. I asked for a specific rose colour with other flowers. Got NOTHING like I ordered and the recipient although grateful was hugely disappointed as was nothing like her wedding bouquet 30yrs ago. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service and hope more people read these reviews and do NOT order from flowershopping.com

If it were possible, I would have rated a zero "0". I wanted to brighten the day for my dearest friend after her major surgery. I ordered flowers and balloons to the cost of $120. The display on line was exquisite; absolutely beautiful. However, she sent me pix of what was received; absolute disgrace! First of all they did not include my name on the card. But worst of all the display looked as if a 6 yr old had made the arrangement. When I saw the pic, I was utterly mortified. I immediately contacted customer service. The guy over the phone told me to tell her to hold on to them for a trade. She hid them in her back bedroom; seems even she was embarrassed to have received them. It has been over 2 weeks since filing a complaint; they have yet to reply or to attempt to correct the issue. This is by far the most humiliating experience I've ever had with a purchase. Although she's one of my closest friends, I'm embarrassed that she and her family are aware that the arrangement came from me. If I had seen the pix first, I would never have claimed them. After spending this amount of money, I'm left feeling that I did nothing for her or to cheer her up during her illness. It's sad that businesses are ok with wanting something - for - nothing!

BIG Disappointment!

The funeral arrangement I ordered had the cherub statue, after hours of searching for the perfect sentiment for my Grandmother I was so happy to see the great reviews I just couldn't wait to see it next to my resting Grandmother. They delivered the arrangement instead with a small cheap plaque replacement. I was devistated there was nothing special about this arrangement at all and the plaque made it look very cheap which of course it was not, I paid over $150 for the deluxe version so it would be even grander than the pictured version. The plaque small 7 1/2 inches tall by 6 inches wide the angel on it only being 3 1/2 inches wide and made of a very cheap lightweight poly. I purchased a very similar plaque that was just a little bigger and made of a lot heavier material at the Dollar General for only $2.50 for my Garden. I contacted them with my complaint and this was there response-We have compared the image to requested recipe and have determined that our designers did follow our substitution policy correctly. We understand that you are unhappy with the item delivered and can have 10% of the product price refunded to you.-
I guess I can purchase a cherub with the refund but the moment is gone. The flowers were of no special importance to me it was ALL about the cherub. I feel if they would have contacted me I could have at least changed my arrangement to some more sentimental flowers that would have had meaning to us. I wish they would be more careful about taking it upon thereselves to make such drastic changes without contacting anyone at such a sensitive time. I left review on their site and it did not show so I went to FB to leave a review but you cannot post there. I hope i can save someone else the pain of your last sentiments being at their choice and convenience. :( The pictures are in order the one I ordered, the one that was delivered and the last one compares it to my DG plaque.

Flowers for Funeral

As others have mentioned, this company's customer service is poor.
I ordered flowers for a funeral and they mistakenly sent flowers to billing address after their rep said it had been delivered to the funeral home. I would have to pay an additional $70.00 to have the flowers picked up, but the funeral had ended.

I would give them -0- stars if I could... How DISAPPOINTING had a friend in the hospital. Specifically asked if they would deliver today as he is being discharged this evening. Got a call over 2 hours later that they could NOT deliver today. Now it is too late to contact another florist. Thanks for making me look like an uncaring horrible person. You need to remove your guarantee of same day delivery and be honest.

We ordered a large arrangement for my sister-in-laws funeral was supposed to be complete with that praying angel, when we got to the funeral there was a tiny arrangement with a sleeping cherub hardly visible. And yes I also called from the funeral, and was told since it was delivered and I accepted it which we all know doesnt happen at a funeral, that They could do nothing more than offer 20% off. We spent a lot of money to get this premium version and ended up with a complete nightmare

I recently lost a family member who was most dear to me. I ordered an arrangement consisting of her favorite flowers and selected her favorite color. The arrangement was to be delivered the day of the funeral. However, it never arrived. I tried calling flowershopping.com the day of the funeral, time that should NOT have been spent doing so, and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. When I was finally connected with a representative she told me the arrangement hadnt been created and wouldnt be delivered due to a glitch in the system. I asked why I received a confirmation number, charge to my account, and thank you email with no warning that there was a system error. Furthermore, the order was placed well in advance. The representative said sorry and that there was nothing she could do about it. I told her that wasnt acceptable and she placed me on hold to speak with her supervisor for about 10 minutes and proceeded to tell me, I cant give you a refund. All I can do is offer you $10 off your next purchase.

This is unacceptable customer service, horrific in fact, especially around such a sensitive time. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Unbelievable poor company. DO NOT USE THEM.

With a 3 day lead time for my brother's funeral they did not delivery the flowers 'Because I did not specify RUSH' and the night before the funeral they called at 5:30pm and said the arrangement I asked for was not available and they called and said the message on the card would not fit and I had to truncate the message from the bible.

DO NOT USE... call a florist at your destination instead of using these idiots.

I placed an order on May 21st to be delivered to my out-of-state daughter on May 24th for her birthday. Discovered on May 25th that she never received the arrangement. I used the customer service email address listed on their website to try and find out what the problem was. No response. I then called 4 days later. The customer service rep saw my order in their system and was shocked that no one attempted to contact me or my daughter. There were no notes regarding an attempted delivery, and she was unable to determine what happened. I also expressed disappointment that no one responded to my initial email inquiry. She said it would've been better had I called. What? Strike two. That's poor customer service. I ended up cancelling the $65 order and was offered nothing but a slight apology and an "I have no idea what happened." Buyer beware. I will not order again.

I placed a rush order for out of state funeral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral service for a dear friend. Their website stated they handled rush orders. I went on to work and was very disheartened when I received a message that they were not able to deliver the ordered flowers to the service. I called them and we agreed that they would try to deliver to the home or leave with a neighbor. I did state that if they couldn't do that I would like to have the order cancelled and get a refund. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY! The order was cancelled 2 minutes after I called. When I found out late in the day I called to ask about a refund. I was told they refunded on their end but it could take up to 24 hours for my bank to process. Its been five days and STILL NO REFUND!

I ordered a deluxe arrangement in a terra cotta pot. What was deleivered what not even close to the photo. There was no terra cotta pot, the flowers were so wrong it looked like a completely different arrangement than what I ordered!

I specifically wanted the colors of this arrangement-it is her favorite colors! So so disappointed. Will never use them again

I am amazed the guys have any positive reviews. My wife was having surgery so ordered flowers from the guys the day ahead of time so she would have them when returned to her hospital room. I paid for the premium bouquet. They never arrived. I complained. They arrived the next day. They looked bad, wilting pedals and we got the normal size bouquet instead of the premium. Their solution was to give me $5 off my future purchases. REALLY! Like I would ever use them again, and I HIGHTLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THEM.

Not only did our plant look nothing like the one I ordered, the condolence card was hand written, and not legible! All the other cards were professionally type written, but this one looked pathetic!
I'm hoping I get some money back, but the 24 hour service was not available!

This place is a SCAM! I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, was promised that they would arrive and here is it 5 days later and still no flowers. I have spoken to them SEVERAL times and each time they say that they are unable to find the delivery address. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and have refused to cancel the order. Lucky for me, I have an amazing bank that has refunded my money and will go after them. Lesson learned. I will stick to a local florist or go with 1-800-flowers.

DISAPPOINTING

My parents sent me a plant arrangement that they saw online for mother's day and to congratulate me on a significant promotion. They were very excited for me to receive, what they expected would be, a very special arrangement. As always, I sent them a pic of the arrangement I received and I was thankful for their thoughtfulness. My mother nearly cried when she saw what their $100 purchased. I looked up the website and had to agree that what I received did not look anything like what they ordered. There were fewer and different plants, the only similarity in the container was that it was round, and there were supposed to be "lava rocks" that were replaced by moss. I reached out to "FlowerShopping" and sent a pic of what I had received. They believed that the arrangement was an appropriate substitution and offered a 15% discount. $15? No thanks. Now it's the principal. I would NEVER order through this site. Clearly, they cannot ensure that their florists will deliver what they portray in their pictures. They have taken what was intended to be a joyous moment and turned it into a disappointment. Buyer Beware.

I was attending a course for work, the presenters were amazing so I went on-line to a flower shop that was in the Ontario city in which I was taking the course. I selected flowers that totalled $38.66 plus $5.00 for expedited delivery and taxes of course total $65.15. I receive my credit card statement and I am charged $100.64. I questioned the company and they inform me they are an American company. I asked them how I ended up on an American web site when I was on an Ontario flower shop company web site and expected to pay Canadian directly to the flower shop from which I was ordering. They haven't answered me. I have no idea what the flowers looked like... after reading the reviews I think I should ask the instructors for a photo of the flowers they received. I have asked my credit card company to dispute this transaction as I feel when I receive the total owing it should have US right beside the final total amount, not in fine print at the very end of the order transaction. I also believe it should be in RED capital letters so the consumer is very aware of where they are purchasing from. As a Canadian the total cost when ordering from an American web site can range anywhere from on par to 40% (or higher) increase in the total amount of your purchase. I guess people like me who do not order often on-line get ripped off for their lack of knowledge of how the internet really works... you think you're ordering from a Canadian site but because of links on sites, it takes you somewhere totally different and you pay the price. Sounds like this company is pathetic and I can kiss the $35.49 away unless my credit card company agrees with the dispute of charge that I filed. Just noticed... isn't "Rush Delivery" and "Add'l Same Day Fee" the same thing? Wow... what a scam to screw over the customers! See the photo. Please note I attempted to scan it but it was originally 2 pages long so I cut out all of the extra space so I could fit it on one and then when I tried to upload it to this site it could not upload pdf so I took a photo of it and emailed it to myself... lol. I apologize for the quality!

They quoted a price that I paid for and called me a day later asking for more money. Then they couldnt deliver until 3 days later. They also took a hold on my credit card for the amount that they didnt take off until two weeks later. Not once did they apologize or try to contact me after I complained. Horrible service.

I ordered what looked like a gorgeous arrangement (see photos below) for a friend who lives in Canada. The website was easy to use and I had no trouble placing my order. My friend received her flowers on time, but when she sent me a photo, I was embarrassed! Two roses, three carnations and a couple of daisies! Nothing like the photo I ordered from. I contacted their customer service and after several emails back and forth they refunded me $5. I'll never order from his company again!
