Simple order - Deluxe flowers with a specialized vase. Not only was it NOT Deluxe (barely any flowers), but it was also delivered with a plain clear vase. Ordering flowers shouldn't make you feel ripped off and enraged. Unreal. Lesson learned!

Not Worth the Price

I am truly disappointed with my experience.
I ordered an arrangement for a special occasion, trusting the beautiful photos and descriptions on their website. However, what was delivered was extremely small, nothing close to what was advertised. It's very sad when a company doesn't stand by its quality or care about customer satisfaction, especially when customers are trusting them with important moments. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service for others in the future.

Yes it was my fault that after the order was placed and paid for the I noticed about 3 paragraphs down on the confirmation email that the order was in US dollars. They do not have this info on the order page. I contacted them and was told they would not do anything to refund the difference. Of course I will not order from them again.

Horrible. Have not gotten rush delivery 2 days later when I paid for a next day delivery. Now I get a call that it'll be another 2 days. Waste of money and time!

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of purple roses, with purple filler and purple vase. I even upgraded to have it be extra lush & full.

What was delivered was 1 dozen pink roses with baby breath in a cheap vase.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

HORRIBLE!

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers in ADVANCE and they called me the day of at the time it was supposed to be delivered to tell me it can't be delivered! And offered 10% off or a refund. WTF FOR $120 flowers! This company has no empathy and I would NEVER recommend getting flowers from here. EVER!

Not what I ordered

Although flowers delivered were nice, definitely not what I thought I was getting. See the pics! The purple arrangement was what I ordered. Also never received a return call from customer service even after I made a call, talked to a rep and inquired about the delivery status. Just not 100% happy and most likely will never order from this business again.

Beware! Bait and switch!

The first photo is what I ordered. I even upgraded to deluxe version for $70. The second photo is what I received. They are selling a version with more flowers for $55 on their website. They called me the day of delivery saying they couldn't make the exact arrangement but a new version would have the same amount of flowers. Never mentioned it would be only a fraction of the flowers on a small pillow. If I wanted a pillow I would have ordered it! This small heart pillow with a few flowers and no greenery was supposedly worth $70. Upon my complaint I was offered 15% refund. I again emailed and said it was very embarrassing how skimpy it was. They came back with a 25% credit and wouldn't budge from there. Stay away from this company!

Disappointing
January 15, 2025

I placed an order for a Christmas flower arrangement with this Flower Shop, and it was accepted and paid for, leading me to believe that everything was set for delivery. However, on the day of delivery, they contacted me to apologize and inform me that they could not fulfill the order due to excess volume of orders. While they did issue a refund, the late notice left me with no time to arrange an alternative delivery. This was very disappointing, and they did not offer any other compensation.

Terrible Flowers

Nothing like the photo, much much worse. When complaining, they said I should of said "no substitutions". Bouquet was supposed to have all roses in a tea cup and received carnations in a cheap glass.

I ordered the Zen Lily arrangement (Deluxe) as I wanted my family to have a fall centerpiece for Thanksgiving. Instead, they received a white bouquet which resembled a funeral spray. It doesn't look anything like the Zen Lily - not one orange-colored flower! Additionally, the flowers sent began browning the next day. When I provided FlowerShopping.com with the photos, the response was the white arrangement was within the parameters of their contract with the local florist.
They did offer a 25% refund because of the browning of the flowers which I have yet to receive.
I would not order through this company - I don't care if they claim the fine print indicates they can substitute any flower they want - it should at least be within the color ordered and similar seasonal style. Like other unhappy customers have indicated, I wish I had read reviews first. I have found a local florist in the area with real 4+ star ratings and will use them next time. Bummed, I didn't do that this time!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!

What I received is NOT what I ordered. The photo's speak for themselves. Specifically ordered a standing "Cross" and did not get a cross in any way, shape or form. Pretty bouquet, but not what I ordered.
If I wanted a full spray of flowers, I would have ordered that. Customer service could care less. HORRIBLE!

Order was different from what was pictured. They basically changed the entire order, vase and quantity of flowers. This was for a big celebration and I am incredibly disappointed. Please look at all reviews (not on their website) before buying like I did.

Bait & switch operation, stay away! When you call, their IVR system only takes orders, no other calls. Ordered online, they had unique arrangements: should have known it was too good to be true - and I should have read the reviews first.

I purchased flowers for my daughter for very special birthday. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement called "Lavender Sunshine". What was delivered was cheap, ugly and embarrassing. I will NEVER use them again and I would caution anyone else from doing so as well. The pictures show what is on the website and the other picture is what was delivered.

Scam Company - Thiefs

I placed an order on 8/29/2024 with a delivery date of 08/30/2024. The 3oth is my wife's birthday. I paid the money and was guaranteed delivery by 8/30/2024. The delivery was never made. I tried to contact the company by phone but kept getting the same message: Press 2 for delivery status. It simply kept repeating. Finally it did go to customer service but the message stated they were closed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are simply thieves that take your money and deliver 0 product.

Buyer Beware

While flowershopping.com does have a disclaimer that they reserve the right substitute flowers under certain circumstances there is NO way that carnations, or any other flower, could be a substitute for an exotic tropical arrangement with bird of paradise! Like I ordered! And when I complained they only gave me $20 back on a $90. Order. Will NEVER use them again. Buyer Beware.

Grant it I got busy and missed their call ( bogus) the next day the flowers were delivered but was not what I spent my money on. I am so disgusted I feel bad for all those folks that will make the same mistake as the many reviews here and add yet another bad review. This place needs to put out of business. They deserve -5 stars as far as I'm concerned.

False Advertisement

I ordered a baby flower gift, it's advertised as "flowers in a gift" the gift being the unique cube shaped vases with the letters B, A, B, Y on each side. They ended up delivering generic clear glass vases and used blue and red food colouring in the water instead, they then blamed me for not writing "no substitutions" in the special request box, even though it doesn't give any option to do so. Horrendous, scummy company.

In my entire life, this was the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered a $100 arrangement with 18 long stem roses for my fiance for Valentines Day while I was out of town. They delivered a beat up looking arrangement with only 13 roses which made my fiance a little upset because she thought I was trying to send her a message. Instead of a happy moment it was the opposite. When I emailed FlowerShopping.com to let them know, I received an email from Lisa in customer support stating that the "recipe" should only have had 12 roses (even though I sent her a screenshot of their ad clearly stating there would be 18 roses) and since the florist "added an extra one and the roses were not wilting" there was nothing that she could do. She totally blew me off. I will never order from them again and I would strongly encourage anyone who is considering doing so to find another vendor. This company doesn't deserve your business.
