So very disappointed. Ordered a deluxe arrangement. Was charged approx $120 with delivery. The arrangement was skimpy and half dead. They lasted 2 days before they were completely done. I reached out and received no help. I have included your reply.
What I did receive looked like something inferior to the bundles at Walmart for $12.
My coworkers and I ordered a sympathy plant for somebody who would lost her mother. She received an arrangement of succulents rather than The lily and ivy plant arrangement that was ordered. Coming from someone who hates succulents you can imagine my disappointment when I heard what was delivered to her. The company does communicate with you but the resolution is a whopping 10% refund to your account which I find to be insulting and appalling. Beware of this company!
I ordered a plant for a house warming gift - it arrived totally different to what I had ordered.

Fourth of July arrangement, I ordered flowers for my daughter through this website. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, however there were some substitutions. There was supposed to be a cup that had a flag on it. Also there was to be a child's pinwheel that also was imprinted with a flag, did not get that either. Customer service was very pleasant and returned a portion of cost per the substitution's. They really didn't have to. Arrangements was bigger than I had purchased, and just beautifully done. Maybe if I had ordered it sooner it would have helped Not their fault. Thank you, flower shopping.com!
Purchased a funeral spray for a family member. Was not able to attend due to distance and time needed to make it. Paid extra for early delivery to funeral home. Family members advised it was first- on time and second- the spray was beautiful according to family members who were able to attend. Was happy it was on time and beautiful. Thanks again, will recommend this site to others.
My daughter was happy but I spent alot of money and was kind of disappointed. The balloons were tied to a stick and put in a separate planter, not even with the flowers. Not floating like we have always had in the past. Now maybe the flower shop was having issues and did the best they could with what they had. I say 3 because my 11yr old was happy but I will probably go with another company from now on.
This was my 1st and only experience with this company, actually thought I was buying from FTD.
Ordered some flowers for my wife for our 20th anniversary. After I completed the transaction and realized it wasn't FTD, I googled reviews for this company. There are some very bad reviews and lots of complaints filed with BBB. Started to worry that I may have gotten duped out of $75 when I tried calling customer service and got hung up on (maybe just disconnected?) Called back several times and couldn't get another live person.
Well, the flowers arrived as promised and looked just fine, a little less "Full" than they appeared on the website, but wife was happy nonetheless.
Only gave 4 stars because customer service is lacking, although they did reply to both my emails promptly, but sometimes you just want a live person.
Although flowers delivered were nice, definitely not what I thought I was getting. See the pics! The purple arrangement was what I ordered. Also never received a return call from customer service even after I made a call, talked to a rep and inquired about the delivery status. Just not 100% happy and most likely will never order from this business again.
Flowers never arrived. Feels like a scam. DO NOT USE! This was supposed to be for my anniversary, what a disappointment. Now I'll have to fight to get a refund, if at all.
Ordered the "premium" tulips and what was delivered was embarrassing. There were 12 shriveled up tulips, never even opened. Just dead. Had some weeds mixed in. All for a total of $125.
Customer service offered me a 25% discount which is laughable. Even with the pics I provided (it truly was embarrassing a florist even sent them out) they felt customer service not worth it and stood by their crappy product/ florist. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN.
Did not even deliver the flowers to my sister after charging extra for same day delivery. She's in the hospital facing amputation and I really wanted her to know I'm with her even though I live in a different State. Luckily the charge was still pending on my credit card the next day so I cancelled it with the credit card company and reported what I believe to be a scam. It's sad when a company treats people this way when flowers are sometimes attached to stressful situations. Please do not use their services unless you do not mind being disappointed.
BUYER BEWARE:
No delivery, no follow up, no call backs, no answers... Just took the money and incredibly hard to get a hold of them. I get it mothers day is a crazy holiday. But they totally dropped the ball. They have good google reviews but you can tell; there fake reviews. No stars. Do some research guys and make sure to shop local. Its worth another $10 or $20 to have the better customer service and to know that your helping out a community member.

I knew today would be a tough day for a friend, so yesterday I ordered a potted plant to be delivered today in hopes of brightening her day. I even paid extra to have it delivered before noon. At about 1 pm (an hour after it was supposed to be delivered) I got a voicemail from them (my phone tagged their number as spam and sent them directly to vmail). I called them back and sat on hold for several minutes to speak to someone. The florist they were going through didn't have what I ordered so they offered an alternative plant they could deliver today, or I could wait until tomorrow to get what I originally ordered. I accepted the alternative plant since I really needed it delivered today to suit my purpose. About an hour later, they called again. Again, I had to call back and get a hold of a different person. Now the florist said the wholesaler they were going to pick up the alternative plant from, no longer had it. So, they offered to send another "blooming" plant instead. They couldn't tell me what kind of plant it would be or even what florist they were going through so I could speak to them directly. At that point, it was clear this is not a reliable business and by the time my friend got anything (IF they ever got anything) it would be late in the day and the purpose of me sending them would be ruined. Plus, at that point, I had no idea if she would get anything or what she would be getting if she got anything. So, I had them cancel the order. Supposedly, they will be refunding my money but I will have to double check to make sure they do. I definitely regret ever coming across flowershopping.com.
The photo of this beautiful purple arrangement on their website had me sold and I paid way above what I normally would pay for flowers. My friend's birrhday was important to me and very disappoimted on what she received. Pink is her least favorite color. What I ordered and what she received are completely apposite. Had I known they would look like what she got, I would have ordered elsewhere. DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THIS COMPANY. Take your money elsewhere. You will not receive what they show you are ordering. I am in disbelief, especially they would not refund my money. This is not what I ordered. Go elesewhere, not to this place.
Ordered a deluxe version of an arrangement off their website of Purple roses, Blue carnations and other flowers. Over $106.00. What I received was 6 purple rose with filler in an arrangement worth about $30.00. I ask that they pickup the arrangement and give me a refund, but they refused multiple times. First pics is order, second is what we received.
Website descriptions says St. Thomas flowers but it's a lie. It's actually some American company. I found this out because of extra bank charges for the exchange. My order was $77 with a 16.95 delivery fee and then was never delivered. I'm waiting for my refund and if it isn't here in 24 hours, I'm disputing the charge. Nothing but scammers.
I will never recommend getting flowers from this company.

My girls picked out a beautiful dahlia and roses bouquet for me for Mother's Day. They were severely disappointed when I received carnations and cheap fillers. A definite scam and would tell anyone to call their local florist directly. Horrible!
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.
