Ordered flowers for a funeral on 3/20/18 arrived at the funeral and my flowers were not there. I have spent an entire day contacting the company... waited on line hours to speak to someone only to be tolld someone would have to call me back in a few mi utes so stay by your phone. They do not return tbe calls, so I then sent an email and they reply in writing if you report this again it will put you further back in the que. when you call in for the status a recording says if they didnt call you then there probably isnt a problem with your order. Interesting when you call and do get a voice they seem to have trouble looking up the account order number and tell you to wait until someone calls you. Definitely a SCAM... they are also connected to Avery Flowetrs who I called for the Flowetrs and Flower Shopping.com took the call.
Unreliable Delivery! On 3/19/2018, I ordered a banquette for a loved one at 2:15pm. I set numerous reminders, based off their online policy that all orders must be submitted before 3:00pm for same day delivery. The recipient is scheduled to leave out of town the next morning. At 3:05pm, FlowerShopping.com called me to inform me that the flowers would be sent the following day. The significance of 3:05pm is that most to all same day flower delivery services have a 3pm cut off time, which would make it impossible to find another delivery service. They also told me that they would proceed with the order. 1. I paid extra for same day delivery. No refund was discussed or even offered. 2. I submitted my order an entire 45 minutes prior to their same day delivery cut off time. The flowers that I ordered are not a rare breed. These should be stocked on demand. Long story short, never order from flowershopping.com when looking for a reliable same day delivery flower service.
Terrible experience. Ordered same day flowers for a grieving loved one. Received confirmation the flowers were delivered. They were not. Received a call from the company they needed to talk to me about the order. They never delivered it because the local flower shop who was going to prepare the flowers charged them more than expected. Rather than accept the charge themselves they apparently made the decision to just not deliver my order until I agreed to cover the additional amount they were being charged for the flowers, although the additional fee was entirely their mistake and had nothing to do with my order.
This company posted a false price which I purchased and then refused to deliver my product until I paid the additional fee.
In addition, their customer service is also terrible and non-existent. The emails they send are automated and contain no order specific information. The customer service phone number they have will ONLY connect you with an answering service where they CANNOT give you any information about your order. It took me THREE DAYS of trying to finally get in touch with an actual human with any information about why my same day flower delivery was not delivered.
I ordered an Anniversary flower arrangement for rush delivery before noon the next day. The flowers did not arrive, and when I called their customer support line the agent just offered to cancel and refund the order - she said a prior commitment delayed the order. I wasn't at all informed when I placed the order nor on the next day that the flowers couldn't be delivered on time. It totally ruined the day since I put off buying flowers at a shop by trying their service and missed my chance of having them in time. Very, very dissatisfied! I recommend you call ahead with this company and get some form of reassurance they'll meet their commitment - they don't seem to take issues like this very seriously, based on my experience! THUMBS WAY DOWN!!
They send you an email to call them. You can leave messages and they don't return the call. When I finally waited an hour on hold, they informed me that no one in their network could deliver the flowers. They could have someone out of network but they would have to charge me more. Not only did they not deliver when they were supposed to, they wanted me to spend more money for their horrible service. Stay away from this company!!!!!!
They charge in USD and dont mention until when you are ready to confirm the order and just before that it states that all prices are in USD. what a scam. Why are you charging in USD to Canadian customers. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!
This place is a scam. They charge in USD without mentioning it. They ignore delivery time and they don't respond to customer inquiries. If you ordered from here already I would recommend calling your credit card to cancel the order before it is too late and you're stuck trying to get them to respond to you.
I ordered what I thought was a majestic funeral display (42" high by 24" wide not including stand) I ordered deluxe because this was a very close friend and I wanted "Fuller and Larger" as advertised. What showed up was no more than 18" x 18" with some of the flowers looking like they'd been cut days ago. To add to our humiliation, our names weren't written on the card (yes, we did supply info to go on the card) So did I even get the flowers technically? And as others said, surprise US $ charge! I will never forgive myself for not going to a local florist to deal with. I have to live with the fact that these people probably think I cheaped out or worse yet didn't even care
enough to send flowers. I don't know how these people sleep at night. I will never forgive this. Their website thanks you for trusting them with these important events. Ironic isn't it?
Had a death in the family on 3/7/2018, ordered flowers from this place 3/8/2018 over the phone and paid additional for them to be delivered to the families house the same day. I placed my order at 11:30 am, received a confirmation email that morning and was told over the phone that my order would be delivered.
Well, at 4ish the same day, I received another email stating they had to cancel my order and reschedule for 3/9/2018. WT... Really??? I called customer service and asked for someone to call me and I never received a call back, so I sent an email demanding a full refund at 7ish that night. Now, I have to look for another floral shop. Thanks for the added stress FlowerShopping! Not cool!

Still waiting on my call from them to explain why my delivery was not made and I was not notified, Bad, Bad, Bad. Had to call my C/C to cancel payment.
I agree this place is the worst ordered a bouquet for my niece for a new baby and they confirmed delivery which she never received. They left it at the hospital and she was already discharged. They then promised to pick the arrangement up and deliver it to her home and if the delivery person couldn't do it that day they would remake a fresh arrangement and deliver to her two days later as they are closed on Sundays. She finally received the arrangement late in the day on Monday. Nothing like the picture I ordered. Pathetic brown, wilted flowers. Four balloons that were purchased to go with it were also left out. Total disgrace. I am disputing the charges with American Express, as I refuse to pay for crap. If I can post pictures of the arrangements I will. Would love to show you what was promised and what was delivered. What a sham.

Order flowers for a funeral. FlowerShopping.com charged my credit card and never delivered the flowers. Nor did they contact me to let me know the order was cancelled or that they were unable to deliver. I am now attempting to get a refund.
I order flowers for a family member in the hospital, the flowers did not arrive and on top of that NO WHERE on the invoice did it mention that the order was in USD! Why would I order flowers in Canada from Canada in USD! This company is so horrible! Oh if you go to the bottom on the desktop version of their site it does state in very fine print that the funds are in USD but they failed to mention that the funds were in USD at the time of checkout as well as the invoice which I printed from my phone. Oh when you call you will be on hold for 35 minutes! The order number on the invoice was also different than the one that was emailed to me later...This is such a horrible company to deal with and such a SCAM! --- Oh and when I went online to write a review of this the first link that shows up is TrustPilot....which forces you to link your contacts in order to share this news with others... another SCAM...
I ordered a deluxe purple flower bouquet with Mylar balloon in a purple vase for my sister's birthday that with their "extra" charges totaled $82. When my sister received it, there were a small handful of PINK roses in a nondescript tiny vase and a mylar balloon that was already deflating. NOT what I wanted AT ALL. Very disappointed and sad that this is what she got for her birthday.
The website said guaranteed same day delivery. I ordered for delivery yesterday, Saturday, the day of a just learned about memorial service (to be shipped to the recipient's home, not the service) and was informed this morning that delivery will be put off until Monday. I called customer service and he argued with me that they don't guarantee same day delivery and I told him I was looking at it right there on the screen. He told me to send a screen capture to customer service and "they'd have to honor it" if it was indeed there. So I did, and the reply back was "we can't always offer same day delivery, sorry." Now, I had searched for same day delivery in the city I was looking for, and their site came up with the searched for city in all of the site verbiage with the guarantee next to their BBB symbol (which is a D+ rating, by the way, not the A- they claim). The generic site does not have this verbiage, but the page I found when I searched by city, did. As did the page that links back from the confirmation email they sent. So that was the info I was working off of, and the info they allow to be out there if you search by city. Needless to say, I am frustrated, and all I was offered was a "sorry". That just doesn't cut it.
Do NOT deal with this company it is a scam!! I ordered flowers for valentines day; The flowers were not delivered and when i phoned them i was told customer service would contact me, of course they never did. I emailed them and again nothing. Worst place ever.
Do NOT deal with this company!! This is the worst company to deal with. No phone number to contact and no response from emails sent although they promise 24 hrs response time. My bad for not reading the review prior to ordering flowers. Do not deliver what they promise, 100% satisfaction. How can you promise that yet have no way of contacting you!!!
This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. First of all, I blame myself for not reading the reviews before i went ahead and ordered. This is the biggest SCAM and you will never get your money back nor a response from customer service. I actually placed this order by accident and cancelled it literally within 10 minutes after ordering.
Someone emailed me stating I would receive a full refund, then a day later someone emailed me saying my card was never charged and funds were never removed from my bank account.
I sent them my bank statement showing that funds were removed and nobody has replied. It's been a week.
I'm just headed to my bank to file this as a dispute... but anyways main point is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CAUSE YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG AND IT'S A SCAM!
Do not deliver what they promise. They claim 100% satisfaction. I ordered a cactus plant in a nice clay pot. Received a big wood box with a succulent plant. Paper with note on looked like a kid wrote it. No punctuation and very tacky looking. They did offer a 20% refund - not the value of the plant I received at all. Very dissatisfied, will never order from them again.
Flowers are not delivered, when you call to find out where the flowers after waiting for an live agent for 35 minutes, the agent can not assist you. They can only put in an email request for someone to call you back. I placed an order on Feb. 19th to be delivered on the Feb. 23rd. Which of course did not show up and has taken 24hrs to get a hold of someone, only for them to tell me someone has to call me back, Needless to say I canceled the order.

IT IS NOW THURSDAY AND HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE (JOKE) THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY THEY ARE AN ANSWERING SERVICE FOR FLOWER SHOPPING. THEY KNEW NOTHING. IT'S A SCAM. CANCELED ORDER WILL LET ALL KNOW IT I GET MY MONEY BACK. STAY AWAY!!!
Ordered flowers for my sister in law who is expecting her first baby. They sent a completely different arrangement than what I ordered. When I contacted them they told me there is fine print that states they are able to do this. When I asked for a refund they only gave me 35% back. VERY disappointed with this company and I will NEVER use them again.
Ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine's and they delivered to wrong address, then offered NOTHING for compensation. Thanks for ruining the day. Epic failure.

If you DO NOT want your flowers delivered. Choose this place. They rescheduled an order of flowers I was sending for a grieving friend TWICE, and finally a week after it was supposed to be delivered, cancelled my order because "they don't deliver in my area". Then why did you let me place the order and then repeatedly say you were going to deliver it??? Awful company, awful service, just don't rely on it.

Well, I am not sure that they do... but be aware that the only time I ordered a bouquet from this shop they sent a completely different cheap bouquet than what I ordered, and after fighting quite a lot with them the most I got was 50% of the money back. I would not suggest you to use this shop but up to you. Best wishes!
