Do they deliver to Canada same day?
4000 reviews in Nov 2017 ...96,000 reviews in Feb 2019? Skewed top rating and numbers not realistic. It's illegal to buy/post fake reviews as per FTC.
Are you trying to deceive customers in Canada? And have you at all trained your customer service agents? Awful! Awful!
Who trains your call center employees? They are the rudest people I have ever encountered and hang up on customers. This is unacceptable.

You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

I sent my complaint and requested a full refund, unfortunately all they would offer me was 20% of the purchase price
