How do I get a refund??

You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

I talked to 3 salespeople who weren't able to help - Supervisor unavailable

I sent my complaint and requested a full refund, unfortunately all they would offer me was 20% of the purchase price
