No longer able to download tests, support replies with their Terms & Services.
Your Certkingdom Unlimited Access Pack is expired, the membership is valid for 3 years,
Reason- the life spam certification is valid for 3 years after that you need renew your certification.
But their Terms & Services states that the account should be valid for 5 years!
