Don't buy from here!

I contacted flower shopping to deliver a nice flowering plant for my sister-in-law, who was really having a hard time. I thought a plant would cheer her up. See pictures what she received. It was embarrassing! Flower Shopping says the florist said there was nothing wrong with the plant. Obviously there is. Since the plant was for my sister-in-law, I wanted them to either replace the plant or reimburse me so I can order a new one. They are not going to do either. Instead they're giving me 25% off the price. My sister-in-law will still have the same pathetic plant. Not happy!

This site is an absolute joke. I paid extra for the "deluxe" version of a sunflower arrangement for my girlfriend's birthday and what she received was wilted, in a totally different vase and arrangement than what was showed online. I reached out to customer service because I assumed they would see my picture and immediately refund me. Nope - they said they looked at the picture and it looked great and not wilted. Offered me a $7 refund when my order was over $100. Also, they used a DoorDash driver to deliver it. Use ANYONE else.

This company is a scam!
This company is a scam! They took your money $300 worth and send your family funerals a $9.99 spray with barely any flowers. Make you look cheap abs a joke! Call a complaint but they say that Ty hey check into it! Really? Does funeral wait!? Can it leave review on their site, as most of those are fake review anyway! Don't buy from them.

They f***ing SUCK!

First of all the customer service representatives are ghost, you can not and I mean can not get anybody. My arrangement looked so freaking cheap, I swear I could of made something that looked a thousand times better than that and more expensive. They charged me for 6 balloons but only delivered 2. My flowers were not at all what I ordered. The color was completely different. If your looking a a refund you might want to dispute it with your bank because you will not be getting it from these con artist. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

Buyer Beware! What we ordered was not what we received! Ordered: 1. Ocean Breeze Spray/Item # T246-2A. The spray was to have white Asiatic lilies, blend of roses, with blue delphinium & hydrangea, set amidst ferns. Paid $188.00. The spray we received was of only white carnations & yellow lilies. This mix is particularly low cost & low value. Furthermore, the message card that we wrote was changed by the florist without approval. The florist's message had Incorrect spelling, grammar, capitalization, and names listed.

Our Card Message: Hunter, how very quietly you tiptoed into our world. You are a grandson that was taken from us far too soon, and in sorrow, we mourn you. You are now the Lords special angel. Forever in our hearts, The Lees, Bob/Papa, Stephanie/Nana, & Dorothy/Gr. Grandmama.

Instead, the florist wrote: "Your are now in the Lord's special angle for ever in our hearts Bob-Papa, Stephanie-Nana, Dorothy-Grandma"

I contacted Flowershopping.com in the 7-day range, & the guarantee was not offered at any time. Our delivery was on 5/2/24. My follow-up dates in contacting FlowerShopping.com below.
5/3/24 – email to CS with all details
5/4/24 – email to CS with additional details
5/9/24 – email to CS follow up
5/20/24 – two phone calls to CS
5/23/24 – email to CS follow up
5/23/24 – two phone calls to CS
5/25/24 – email to let Hope know we were travelling and would follow up upon return

We had requested a full refund.

What Flowershopping.com offered & responded that this was unacceptable:
For the wrong card message and lack of blue we will be refunding 15% off of the product price, (approx. $21.86)
Small complimentary arrangement sent to a family member

I ordered flowers in the gift arrangement. It was supposed to be a nice decorative tea cup filled with flowers. They substituted the cup with a cheap 1 dollar glass vase without notifying me. Stay away from that company

Buyer beware

Don't waste your money or time on this company. I was very disappointed in the quality and experience with customer service. I requested a deluxe bouquet and received nothing of what I had ordered. Not the flowers or the vase or the balloon that was never delivered. When I called customer service to voice my concern I was given a response that I should have checked the box stating what I wanted in the arrangement which is ridiculous as I'm not a florist Do yourself a favor and go to another company

Very Disappointed
February 6, 2021

I am so disappointed with the flowers I received. I ordered Teleflora's Blossoming Romance "as shown" which FlowerShopping defined to mean that the "flowers will be arranged approximately as shown on our website". The photo I ordered contained 6 lilies and 7 roses but I received 3 lilies and 3 roses and my bouquet seemed to be missing purple flowers as well. The flower shop who delivered the order said this company had specified my order needed 3 lilies and 3 roses. The deceptive marketing techniques used on their website are very distasteful. I would recommend that anyone thinking about ordering from this site should instead contact a local florist or else they should expect to receive something unlike what they intended to order. I have attached photos of what I intended to order from FlowerShopping.com, their policy on "as shown", and what I received for reference.

S! They say that they are a local store. And that is not true! The roses came already full bloom. I wanted the arrangement to last at least a week. I spent way too much on this arrangement for this to be delivered half dead. I could have gotten a beautiful arrangement from a grocery store at a fraction of the cost and look better then this one. Then when you complain they give you 10% back instead of another fresh arrangement. Awful service!

Do not order flowers from this company. I ordered flowers that were supposed to look like a wrapped birthday present And my mother ended up getting this small bouquet full of cheap flowers. Their response was read the disclaimer that if flowers are not available they can substitute. I 100% understand this but they did not substitute different flowers into the design I chose They just did a regular bouquet. I don't believe they ever had any intention of delivering what I ordered.

Did not deliver, terrible customer service
January 11, 2023

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. I got a notification that they were delivered, but my mother was home all day and received no delivery. When I called customer service, the representative told me they would look into it. No return phone call. Next day I emailed customer service, received a response asking whether I would still like the flowers delivered. I replied yes; still no flowers delivered, and no response from customer service. It's now 3 days since the original delivery date. I sent her another email, and received an automated reply "due to high request volume..." etc. This place has terrible customer service, and my mother got no flowers for her birthday. Would not recommend.

I ordered an expensive flower for my sister's birthday in Ottawa Canada, they delivered the product on the very late afternoon with a few crap flowers and very cheap vase, not like the picture showing on website at all.

Then I write them email ask them what is going on, they simply replied that their vendor said they don't have the flowers showing on website anymore, so they used substitute... YES, but they used much more cheaper and much less flowers to substitute.

I would never ever shop flowers with this website again. Seems like they can not control their products' quality and no control to their vendors at all, too bad.

Not what I ordered

Found a beautiful arrangement specifically in the color purple with a unique purple square vase.
Received a bouquet of pink roses in an ordinary clear "jar". Was told it was "equivalent so there is nothing they can do.

Terrible experiance

If the website accept 0, I would like to give them 0 out of 10. Terrible experience with them. They changed my order 100% with another one, which is used pale and terrible flower. When I ask them, they told me this is their policy. Very Rude people. Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service! No information on delivery at all! Kept on customer service line for hours waiting! Called to order a 'new' set of flowers and instantly had someone (no surprise). They transferred me to customer service and the message said no service is available at this time (12 noon EST on Thursday and not a holiday). Let's see how long refund will take... NEVER USE this service!

I wish I read some of the reviews prior to placing an order. I ordered 3 weeks prior to delivery date to ensure they have the arrangement! It was delivered on time, but the arrangement delivered looked nothing like my order! I am giving 1 star, only for the customer service, as they have responded on a timely fashion. I will never use this place again and would not recommend it to anyone! The picture on the left is what I've ordered and the one on the right is what was delivered. It speaks for itself! (picture of flowers are couple days old).

This is the worst floral delivery experience I've ever had. I ordered $220 of flowers, but what my friend received looked nothing like what I ordered. So upsetting because her mother passed away and they were meant to cheer her up. When I reached out to the company, they really didn't care at all. They said the arrangements met their standards. So, that means what they advertise on their website is just false because they really have no intention of insuring that customers receive quality products. I have pictures, but they are not formatted to be uploaded. Very disappointing. Definitely do yourself a favor and find another florist. You will be disappointed with this one.

Horrible customer service! Deceptive practices with false advertising! The flower display I ordered for over $100 was twice the size of what my friend actually received. Like she received half the amount if flowers! When I called to get it replaced all they offered was 15% off which was less than $13.00. They would not replace or refund even after 7 calls and 6 emails. They do not care about customer satisfaction! Save your time and money and go to PRO FLOWERS! I've used them many times and won't ever use this company again.

FALSE ADVERTIZING
January 25, 2022

Ordered an arrangement for a loved ones loss. It came with maybe 4 flowers and some filler and leaves. It looked nothing like the picture. This cost me 85$ and looked like they spent 10$ on flowers. Talked to customer service and they would only give 10% back. This place is horrible and would not recommend
