Flowers never delivered. I called every day to find out what was going on, got so much run around I counted it has treadmill time! Their phone manners were very nice but it was all a sham. Excuses and lies used: 1. Flowers shown not available 2. It is out for delivery 3. We will call you with information 4. Can you call back later, we need to investigate 5. Oh so sorry, the florist is closed I have cancelled the order and now await whatever fresh hell this will bring.

Don't waist you money.

Ordered an anniversary flower bouquet for my with to include Mylar Balloons x 19 - $113.81 USD so $147 CND. My wife got 1 Balloon and was told the balance was filled out with equal or greater value of flowers. I call bull$#*!! The bouquet was only $89. Called, best they could do is 15% refund. Can't believe they are still in business! My own fault by the look of all these crap reviews!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered from these clowns. I don't think my $91 order was delivered and I'm now convinced that their customer service doesn't actually exist. How do you report online theft like this?

Save your money

Chose them because they showed they had Saturday delivery dates available along with the specific flower I wanted. They DID NOT make it on time and different flowers were delivered. Customer service was not helpful and offered me $10 back for my troubles on a $115 purchase. Dont use.

Absolute horrible experience, place an order for same day delivery, the site charged extra, on top of that no where did it say it would be in US funds, so $50 turned into $70. Cancelled the order and I still have not received my refund after a week such a horrible company from what I have read. I hope they go under

Garbage

Honestly wish i could give zero stars. Purchased rush delivery for before noon and was contacted around 4pm stating they were unable to deliver due to some error that could not be addressed until then and now all the drivers were gone for the day. Why would this mistake happen if the flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon? Wouldn't the mistake or error be able to be corrected had i been contacted at that time instead of the end of the day of their business hours? I could care less about the 75$ refund of my money, the principle is that they ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mothers birthday who lives out of town. What a garbage company with no respect or appreciation for people who spend money. I should have known better than to support some company with the most minimal contact information. 10/10 do not recommend to anyone.

I give them one star because they refunded my money without me having to kick up too much fuss but they did NOT deliver the arrangement I ordered for my mom two days before Christmas when she really could have used the emotional pick up. Jerks. If you can't deliver, don't say you can and take people's credit card numbers. You know?

Not a local business - conglomerate out of California sending orders to local businesses. Who knows how much they are paying them and their staff - probably nothing. Had the most unpleasant experience. Truly a scam and a fraud. Tried to cancel my order was told I might not get my refund because of how they work with the local vendors. DO NOT BUY From these people. Also they make you wait around for flower despite clear instructions to leave it outside. Their entire supply chain is disconnected.

Charges in US Funds
December 15, 2017

Sent flowers to my mother in law, bouquet did not look like what I ordered- and charged in US funds which didn't show up at all in the order process. When I'm in Canada ordering for Canada, never even crossed my mind that some company would screw you over on currency. Won't be returning. Wish I had checked out all the negative reviews before I purchased for sure!

They advertise these beautiful floral arrangements but what your recipient actual receives is a poor arrangement that is nothing like what you picked out and paid top dollar for. Not even close... then they will only offer you a 10 to 15% discount as if that covers over the fraudulent transaction. I am furious that I even stumbled onto this website and We NEVER order from them again! They should be shut down because they take advantage of us, the consumer! You should be ashamed of yourself!

Scam

Wish I could have gotten what I paid for but instead I got a different basket with different colors and no bird/nest. This last minute substitution was done too late for me to cancel and had to get a replacement. Take the substitute offer or your Mom gets nothing. No discount, no consolation. Take it or leave it.

I have used this vendor for numerous flower deliveries and have yet to learn from all of the issues I've had with them. This most recent order will be my last. This order, they failed to deliver flowers and balloons on my wife's birthday. I called customer support, in attenpt to track the delivery. The gentleman was smug and of zero help besides stating the actual florist will call me tomorrow. Don't waste your time or money. Find an actual local florist and have them deliver. Do not use flower shopping.

I hope at least one person is saved from a terrible experience.

Ordered an azalea bush for our Aunt's funeral. They sent about 6 carnations and 2 other flowers in it's place. Tried to get in touch with customer service, my mom gave them our order number and was put on hold until the call dropped. Then couldn't reach them. Seem liked they figured my parents wouldn't be at the funeral since they live in Maryland and was needing the flowers delivered to a funeral home in Tampa the following day. Pretty despicable. Charging people a pretty good penny and then delivering whatever the heck they want. Wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before I used this company.
Do yourself a favor, and go through a different flower company! You can see what I ordered and what they sent, not remotely close!

Bouquet a day late and 1/4 of the size with 0 flower matching pctures. Their offer? Refund $10. Awful company, stay away. And look at the pictures, see what you get compared what's on their website. Paid for premium, by the way.

Scammers

I bought flowers for 42 dollars all in.
Ended up costing 82 dollars after their bull crap fees and charging me in US.
Followers got here and are the wrong ones, delivered late, and damaged.
A lady said there is nothing I can do than hung up on me.
Nuts, support the small flower shops near you who care for your service.
BTW, If you look on every other website their ratings are under 2 stars.
Very fishing what is going on here.

Ordered flower yesterday, right now, it is 9:30 pm (in Quebec) and the flowers were never delivered. They told me they did it but the recipient never received them. Client service down at 4:00 pm PST? What is that for a company? Will never work with them anymore! Will ask for CC refund first things tomorrow morning once the amount is posted. Thank you for ruining the dream of my kid who wanted to please his girlfriend for their anniversary.

I ordered flowers 6 weeks in advance. A week before they were supposed to be delivered I received an e-mail confirming that they had been delivered, they were not. I called customer service on the delivery day and was told that they were out for delivery. Guess what, that was a lie. The customer service person said that they were delivered and they would not be giving a refund of my purchase price. Avoid this company at all cost. Your flowers will get delivered quicker if you grow them yourself and hand deliver them!

One pissed off customer.

I ordered flowers and chocolate to encourage my mom after a big disappointment that morning. I paid extra for same day and before 4 delivery. Nothing was delivered and no one let me know. When I called to ask about it, they said "Sorry about that. Can we deliver tomorrow?" Tomorrow defeated the purpose of encouraging her in the middle of a sad situation--not to mention they didn't bother to let me know something happened. I would not use this service, unless you don't care when the flowers/gift arrive.

Absolutely the WORST
October 21, 2018

Worst customer service. Absolute disappointment. The florist did not have the flowers I ordered, this was 5 days ago. Then they decided to switch florists 5 days after my uncompleted order and then CHARGE ME for their change! Terrible, terrible, terrible. They also had me on hold for 20 minutes and the person who answered did nothing at all but take my name and said someone would call me back at some point? If I could give a negative amount of stars I absolutely would. So angry and disappointed and a huge waste of time. Do your job.
