Do not EVER use this company for flowers! Their arrangements are NOTHING like the photos! When I called to complain, they were OUTRAGEOUSLY RUDE!

Flowershopping is NOT a local business. It's an American business who pays to local florists. Flowers arrived they next day and because we called and wrote to them. We got a LOWER
Quality and very different arrangement to the photo in the web page for more than 80 dolars. No es un negocio local. Es un negocio norte Americano que paga tiendas locales. Al entrar a www.flowershopping.com en la barra de arriba dice: "family owned and operated, highest quality-lowest prices, support your local florist" pero no es verdad. El negocio está en Nevada y lo que llegó fué de una floristeria local de Canadá con nombre diferente.
La orden llegó al siguiente día del pedido y eso que lo pagamos con más de una semana de anticipación y fuimos nosotros quienes llamamos y escribimos. Ellos respondieron a los mensajes pero lo que llegaron fue una flores con un poconón de ramaje que no tiene nada que ver con lo que pedimos. El valor de más de 80 dólares incluyendo caso 19 dólares por el envío no justifican unas flores y un arreglo de menor calidad y totalmente diferente al original de la página.

Ordered for engagement celebration, was told in a email that there was a day delay in delivery, which is totally fine. However the next day got delayed again and they asked for 23 more dollars after purchase to deliver the flowers. We are now expediting a full refund for this, pretty outrageous. Do not recommend!

Overpriced and sleazy

Ordered a $60 funeral arrangement. Payment ended up being $90.
Received a call, arrangement was no longer in stock so they sent a "dish garden." I told them to cancel the order. They refused because it was "already in the truck." Never again

Terrible customer service.

Received my order a day late, paid for same day shipping and wasn't refunded the extra fees charged.

Order came, it was completely wrong and looked nothing like the picture (which stated it would be as seen).

Ordered from Ontario and wasn't notified I was to be charged in US currency.
Originally the advertised price was $46, I was charged $134 Canadian. Overcharged.

I reached out looking for a refund as I was very unhappy, and they refused to do anything, including at the very least even refunding me the fee for same day delivery.

These guys are crooks, stay away.

TERRIBLE! They delivered a smaller size of flowers to the funeral home, no water on the base and the flowers died. When I complained, instead on them saying, we will replace your flowers for the bigger size which is what I paid for, they refunded small amount. They did not take under consideration that the flower died after two days because their company did not tell anyone that the base did not have WATER. They sat down at the funeral for two days without any water, so they died. I paid over $100 for flowers that did not last. It's unfortunate that companies this big, instead on making the client happy and give them 100 satisfaction, they refused to do so. They keep the money and disregard the complain. So therefore be aware of your flowers and add water. Compare prices with other local stores, as their prices are way too high and not what you expected. Very disappointed.

Failed to do there job

Ordered flowers on the 11th paid extra for early delivery but flowers never showed up so I called the contact number to get a message saying they were closed for the holiday what flower company closes at 4:30 on v day place is a joke was our 20th valentines

We ordered some sympathy flowers which were not delivered the same day as the order stated and we paid extra for that.
They said the address was out of their area, it is within the Clarksville, Tennessee city limits. This company calls other florists in these areas and gets them to deliver flowers at a cut rate. Customer service is located in the Philippines. Good Luck. Not as advertised. There are truly local florists which are better and less expensive and they do deliver! Not these scammers!

No delivery, ghosted

Placed online order that never arrived. The day after it was supposed to be delivered, I received an email order confirmation. I replied and said it had never been delivered and to deliver it ASAP. Got an email that it was being looked into. Had to call several hours later to find out status. After a few holds, I was told the "designer" it had been assigned to sent late notice that they could t fulfill the order, and it wasn't received in time before I sent my status inquiry, so it wasn't received reassigned. No offer of a discount or anything else to rectify the situation. Meanwhile, my elderly aunt sat with her security gate unlocked all day waiting for a surprise delivery that never came. Shame on you guys. Your customer service (and service in general) sucks. Skip this scam shop.

I ordered flowers from flowershopping.com for my mother's birthday. They called the day of the delivery saying the vase I chose was unavailable but they would be delivered with extra flowers for the inconvenience. I got an email late yesterday afternoon saying they couldn't deliver the order and would be delivered the next day. They just called to say they cancelled the order. It takes a lot for me to write something like this but I hope I can help someone else avoid going through the same thing. They grossly mismanaged this order and didn't seem to really care. Please DO NOT USE flowershopping.com.
