Would give no stars if possible

. I WILL NOT BE *******@flowershopping.com again. I placed two orders total $143 what was received was a joke! They only agreed to a 15% credit on the $80 order and 25% on the $63 order. The $63 was supposed to be a pink spray of roses, it was basically an $8 rose assortment from a local grocery in a $1 mason jar. The baby block ($80) was very disappointing for my daughter's first Mother's Day, I wanted to make a special statement... the arrangement was very sparse, the container was dirty and chipped... when I sent pictures to document, this was their reply:
For order ******* - the Spray Roses are Pink arrangement, we have reviewed the picture and do not find our florist filled to the correct value. Due to this, and for your unhappiness we are able to credit back 25% off the product price.
For order ******* - Baby's First Block - we do find this is filled to the correct value, following our substitution policy. Our florist used full size roses in place of spray roses, which are an equal value. However for your unhappiness we are able to credit back 15% off the product price.

My response: Well, I guess it is what it is, this does not make me happy by any means, but if that is all you are going to offer, then I accept, but I will look for a more reliable source for future orders. Seriously, the $80 arrangement is a joke, especially with the dirty chipped container. The pink arrangement is an $8 spray of flowers in a $1 mason jar... be prepared for a social media review... So I am making good on my word. Both arrangements have more green filler than flowers, I would have been happy if they offered to resend them, I was not looking for a freebie, just what I paid for. So again, I do NOT *******@flowershopping.com.

I was away from home so i put my order ( *******) on Saturday before 11 am to deliver to my wife a bouquet of flowers the next day to celebrate our 18th Anniversary.

I started to call the customer service at about noon time to see the status of my order and they just say they were not able to contact the florist o people but they say they probable were out there doing the delivering and since they finish the deliveries at 8:00 pm they assure the flowers will be delivered.
I called a second time after 7:00 pm and same answer, not able to contact their people and not knowing anything. The flowers never were delivered... my wife spend the whole day waiting for this and she was very sad since we were not able to spend our Anniversary together and on top of the disappointment of not receiving her flowers.
On Monday morning, I called again and they gave me a very cold explanation or kind of apologies saying Oh "sorry we miss the delivering we can offer you a complimentary upgrade"... I ask what kind of complimentary upgrade? They said... oh that depends of the florist but they can add a couple of extra flowers... So this company expects a "couple of extra flowers" will compensate the disappointment of my wife for not receiving her flowers on time on our 18 years anniversary... I was still naive enough to ask them if i can change the order to make the delivering of a different bouquet for Valentines day and they say yes but I have to pay the full price because the season, so they can not offer me a complimentary service to compensate missing my previous order.
So I say, forget it i rather cancel my order that continue doing business with a company that does not understand the importance of people life celebration. A heartless, cold stone company... they should be in another type of business.

Wish I saw these reviews before falling for their paid ad placements on google. Total scam. I paid for rush shipping to the easiest address to find in Denver, then at the EXACT time cutoff to the minute for rush shipping I get a voicemail from the driver (matthew) saying he cant find the address (it is a residential house in Cheesman Park) and to call him back. Best part is he calls from a spoofed number that says it is disconnected so you CANT call him back. He also leaves the same voicemail for the recipient, and ruins the surprise. THen I call the company, wait on hold for ten minutes, and then THEY cannot get a hold of the driver, either. It is very clear that Matthew just wasn't going to make it on time and never even tried to find the place, and instead ruined my surprise to cover his ***. Now they're saying they'll deliver before 5PM (doubt it). What a romantic surprise: "hey honey, cancel your plans for the day and sit on your *** waiting for the flower man... because I love you."

I fell in love with "Pastel Crescent Spray" (Premium) because of the flow in design! What was delivered was "Gentle Thoughts Spray" definitely not the design I wanted!

CANADIANS BEWARE-THEY ARE A US BASED COMPANY AND CHARGE IN US dollars
Never ever again.
To top it off the same day charge was one price then another charge was added as well.

I have not had worse experience with any kind of services in my life. So here is what happened and you can judge for yourself.
- Despite the fact that they guarantee same day delivery, I put in my order 4 days in advance "just in case" for a one year anniversary surprise delivery for my boyfriend. They did not delivery on time. To make things worse, they called my boyfriend to tell him that he is getting some flowers but not today because they were running late... Great! You ruin the surprise factor by telling the person getting the flower, and wait, too bad you won't be getting them today!
- No flower was delivered, but later on that night I received an email confirmation that the flowers were delivered as scheduled?! What?! Unbelievable
- What's more? The flowers get delivered a day later. However, the balloons were deflated and no message was attached to the delivery!
- With everything that happened, I called customer services and was told that they were going to investigate and get back to me shortly. A week passes, no one responded to me. I called back to follow up and was told that they were going to process a full refund for this unfortunate experience I had. That sounds nice, No? Another week later, a $8 credit shows up in my account on my $98 order. This makes no sense so I called back AGAIN! I was then told they could only refund me of the deflated balloon but nothing else.

In summary, it's all false advertising! Poor quality flowers and balloons! Your message will likely not be delivered! Your flowers will likely not be delivered on time! Bonus-don't expect to surprise anyone if that's your intention.

I will NEVER use this flower service again. I am very disappointed in the service provided by flowershopping.com. We ordered flowers for a friend whose mother had died, paid the bonus for Saturday delivery and our flowers were NOT DELIVERED, nor was the recipient notified or ourselves. We discovered a few days later that the flowers we paid for were not received by our grieving friend. Upon contacting Flower Shopping, Customer Service agreed that a replacement bouquet was to be sent to our friend that same day. We received an email indicating that the flowers had been delivered by the company but for a second time, they had NOT DELIVERED the flowers to our friend who was home all day, or called her to confirm delivery. Having just spoken with Customer service again, they are refusing to refund my money until they investigate their supplier. They do not know how long the investigation will take and I must wait for a refund for their mistakes. The service representative was not very helpful and displayed a very confrontational attitude. She does not even know when a supervisor would be in to help with refunding the money or sorting out why our flowers were not delivered. I attempted to clarify the delivery and return policy as nowhere on the website indicates that they will not return your money, how long an investigation will take, etc. to no avail. Do NOT make the same mistake I did - No Flowers Twice and NO Refund. After checking with my credit card company we determined that our bill of $84 dollars had been actually been charged $112. I'm now working with my credit-card company to dispute the charges for goods not received with the fraud department.
