Fraudulent! Don't use!

Actually, I give it 0 stars! A few weeks ago, I ordered a flower arrangement through FlowerShopping.com for my brother-in-law in Washington, WV. He sent me a picture when he received it. I was appalled! It looked nothing like the arrangement I thought I ordered and thought someone made a mistake! He said it was from Sandy's Florist in Belpre. I called the Customer Complaint Line for the website and emailed the pictures as requested. They apologized and offered me a 15% refund! Seriously? I wanted the florist to send a replacement, even a glass vase of fall mums or daisies would have been acceptable, but they refused, and I couldn't reach the florist directly. Then I was offered a 20% refund, which I refused. I was told that the florist used the freshest available product and the best container for this design, and copied me their substitution policy, which states 'we will only substitute items of equal or higher value'. Again, SERIOUSLY? The Customer Service rep, Hope, said the florist followed the 'Recipe'! The RECIPE is seriously FLAWED! After a couple more emails, and more apologies for my unhappiness, I accepted the 20% refund, since they refused to do anything else, but I will NEVER use this company again, nor the florist!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR FLOWER ORDERS! If i could give negative stars I would. I placed an order then immediately cancelled due to the additional (ridiculous) charges. The person I spoke to CONFIRMED the order was cancelled. I proceeded to use a different vendor and received an email from flowershopping that my order was delivered. I was charged for the order and in calling customer service was told that same day delivery could not be cancelled. This was not mentioned to me when I called to cancel. If I was made aware of this, i would not have ordered from a different vendor. When I called customer service, they advised that the order could be picked up for a partial refund which is absolutely absurd, sorry your mother died but we're going to have to take that arrangement back. I was then offered a 10% refund, which would amount to $8 after I paid $115. I also saw a picture of the $115 arrangement. It was not even close to the picture online - it looked pathetic. I've been given the runaround from customer service ever since and upper management has still not contacted me.

Order flowers for my elderly (90) year old aunt, a week prior to the delivery date. Over $90.00! I specifically stated in the "special instructions" Please ring bell and wait. She is elderly. No flowers were delivered! I called at 4pm asking where are the flowers? They told me that I would get a confirmation email when they are delivered. 6pm still NO flowers. I called again. They told me that they were there and no one answered and she wasn't home. YES she was! She doesn't drive and is 90 years old! I told her to please call the florist and ask them to go back and deliver it. The rep, said "No, and they will be delivered Saturday." Ummmm NO that is not what I ordered and requested. The rep says "Did you ask for a certain time to be delivered on the ordering site?" I said there is no place to give a specific time, just an up charge of $5.99 before 12pm. She got snippy with me and said "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Really? Call the florist and have them deliver it! Then the rep hung up on me! WOW, don't use this company! Unacceptable!

I paid extra for same day shipping and they didn't deliver the same day. It totally ruined the moment. They also didnt let me know they didnt deliver until 9pm that night. Not a very reliable service

I decided to use FlowerShopping for my mother's birthday since I am hours away and not able to be there for her special day. After ordering, it was confirmed that my order would be delivered after noon on the day of my delivery. I did not hear anything regarding delivery status or delivery confirmation so I called the store for information. I was informed, via my phone call, (at 5:00pm the day of my delivery) that the store would not be able to delivery my flowers. I was given no reason as to why delivery could be completed, nor was I told anything regarding the change of my delivery. I ultimately cancelled my order due to spending almost $100 and the unprofessional lack of communication.

The floral pieces on the webite are truly gorgeous but I would NOT recommend using FlowerShopping services for your floral arrangement needs. I am highly disappointed and upset with these outcomes and hope that they change their policies on communication and promising deliveries when they cannot be fufilled.

Flowers Nigthnare

I order two flowers arrangements as a gift for my Wife Birthday and this was a huge mistake. I make an especific date for the delivery and also pay a rush fee for get in before noon. A few minutes after i try to add another name on the card and surprise pop The costumer service hours are on pacific time, so means 3 hour behind time frame. I wrote an email and no answer. The day before the delivery date, I received a call from the local flower shop driver that they used locally, asking for access to my community to deliver the Flowers. I said to the lady that Flowers are for tomorrow, not for today. After a rude response from her, I give her a photo of the email confirmation with the date of delivery.
I turned suspicious about the delivery performance for the next day and, unfortunately, I was right.
The delivery date, after 3 desperate phone calls to the costumer service, finally by 5 pm, a person delivery a diying flowers arrangements, with a wrong ballon and a lot of misspelling words in the card.
I will not buy anything again here and also do not recommended to any one to do so. I felt so upset all day long, because of the lies and excuses that the people from the company told me and something that should be a happy experience ends up on a Flower Nightmare.

This place really blows is what I have to type. What I would like to say is a lot of very bad words. Whatever you do DO NOT place an order with this site. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS SITE. I placed my order and the site filled in the incorrect city for the delivery. No problem I called them up as soon as customer service opened, and they fixed the address and assured me there would be no problems with the delivery. They also said I would get a follow-up e-mail confirming the address adjustments (NEVER HAPPENED). Called them back around an hour later to confirm they had the correct address, and I was told they did as they read the correct address back to me. I checked with my wife later that day and she did not receive them. It is not like they were for her Birthday, NOT. So, I called customer service up the next morning and received the standard sorry about that we can do an upgrade if you would like and deliver them today. Guess what they were not delivered. So, I called back today and got we are so sorry and the only thing we will do is try to deliver with no option of a price reduction or any further upgrading or you can get a refund. I of course took the refund because I knew they would not be able to deliver the flowers. So FLOWERSHOPPING.COM thank you for making me have to show my wife the receipt from my order so she did not think I was a jerk and did not care about her on her birthday. Yes of course I did other things with and for my wife on here birthday that is what loving your wife is about.

This past Saturday, I ordered a very expensive delivery and paid extra to have it delivered that day. This is an online flower delivery service and does not allow phone calls so everything is automated. I received an email telling me the flowers and candy were delivered, but the recipient never received them. She walked around her house several times that day and the next and nothing. I can't get anyone on the phone and all you can do is send in a complaint and wait. Time is of the essence here since she is leaving town. I paid for delivery 2 days ago so far and have heard nothing back.
I have attached a copy of my delivery confirmation and order number. As you can see, there is a phone number to call and check on orders. However, when you call it, they say there is no one to take your call and hang up on you. I can only assume I have been scammed.

PRICING WOES

My usual go to for online flower purchasing is Canada flowers but I had been disspointed by substititions and delivery delays so I decided to try this site as they were Canadian and a local GTA family business. My checkout price for the delux flowers and delivery was $77 however when I went to pay through paypal I noticed that the price was now $102 in CAD. No where on the site did it mention that the prices were in American USD, nor did I expect this as I looked for a local Canadian site. The arrangment was not worth $102 CAD. I did not proceed with the order as this was beyond my budget. I can drive down to my favourite florist at Broadview and Danforth (across from the Loblaws) and for $50 choose the most beutiful bouquet and have the florist hand tie it, and still have enough money left over to take mt friend out for lunch and pay for the gas to drive the 30km back and forth. Please change all your pricing to CAD.

Horrible

Had a horrible experience using this company. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and shortly after my order was canceled due to them not being able to deliver to her adress. I called and spoke to customer service and they assured me they could change the adress and the flowers would be delivered the next day. The next day no flowers were delivered I called and they said the order was never reinitiated, so whoever I spoke with the day before didn't do what they said. I reordered for the third time (had to pay extra for shipping) and recieved flowers that looked nothing like the image I selected. I had paid extra for "premium" flowers supposedly supposed to have more flowers of higher quality. The flowers I received had less flowers and lower quality flowers than the standard image. On top of that I ordered a " box of chocolates" and received a bag of strawberry crunch chocolate. Customer service was very unhelpful and ended up refunding me 25 dollars of the $125 I spent. Overall was a horrible experience and I would not recommend. It's been over a week and I was still not refunded for the first order they canceled. Do yourself a favor and get Publix flowers you will get the same quality for less money.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Sunday for my daughter in laws birthday. The agent who took my order told me I would have to pay extra to have them delivered on Sunday and I was happy to do that. The order was placed, paid for and a confirmation email was sent to me. The day of Her birthday, Sunday) I got a 800 am phone call from the company saying they were sorry but they could not deliver the flowers on Sunday AFTER ALL. I said, today is her birthday and I can't get more flowers ordered at this late date. They said sorry. I said is there someone I can speak with. No, you can only email them and they won't answer you until Monday! I went to a site called TRUST PILOT today for reviews of this company and every one was just like mine, cancelled orders at the last minute, company saying sorry we can't deliver after all. NOT ONE REVIEW was positive, so very interesting that there are so many positive ones on this site. Sounds like when the flowers ARE ACTUALLY delivered that they are not nice flowers. I would NEVER EVER order from them again. I did get a sorry email from the company, that's all sorry and we will credit your account, of course that hasn't happened yet either.

Awful experience for my anniversary.

Bought a nice bouquet and paid for early delivery. Flowers hadn't arrived and I was told they'd refund my early fee and they'd arrive later and before taking any other action they'd call or email. Long story short they cancelled the order, never notified me and I had to scramble for grocery store flowers. Highly disappointed. Avoid.

I have never had such a horrible experience ordering flowers. Customer service? You have none! I ordered a funeral arrangement on Saturday, July 26. I specifically asked the representative if she was sure this order would be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, as I had called another flower company and they said they could not find a florist in the area that was open. She PROMISED me that they would be delivered! I assumed your company would ship them from somewhere that was open, I even asked her "are you sure?" and she said yes.
Then I get a call on Sunday, on my way to the funeral, that the delivery was not going to happen. Very embarrassing for us, as our families were not represented. This is totally unacceptable and your company should have offered at least a half price discount for such a fiasco! It would be different if the representative would have said, "it may be Monday, or I cannot guarantee the delivery" but she assured me that it would be delivered as promised! On Monday, I talked to a very rude representative that even said she was a manager and all she offered at first was to take off the delivery charge of $16.95. I told her that was not enough for missing an important deadline, this was a funeral! She then offered $25.00, this order was over $100.00 including the delivery fee. What an insult! You call this customer service? Then, rather than calling me back and trying to resolve this issue with a proper solution, she CANCELS the order completely without my permission! I had told the recipient family that the flowers were on their way and they WOULD be delivered Monday. Embarrassed again! This was an error on your part entirely and the way you have handled it is appalling and unacceptable. I will post this customer service experience on your website, Yelp, and any site I can unless you resolve this matter in an appropriate way.
