Paid extra for expedited delivery. Received no delivery. Took 4 phone calls and finally needed my bank to handle the reimbursement

After an extremely poor experience the 1st time I said let me give them a second try. 2nd order came after 10 days and short an item. Call customer service spoke to a representative she said please hold on a minute 15 minutes later I had to hang up. Reached out next by email it is now 72 hours later no response from them. So many better companies out there did the a with I should have known better. CAVIOT EMPTOR

Ordered and waiting for sectional couch... however did receive 70" tv stand. Knobs on the front doors drilled misaligned! 2 emails to customer service and no response. Buyer beware

UPDATED REVIEW... My prior negative review(below) was responded to quickly and rectified the problem by Rosemary at Hayneedle. THANK YOU!(PRIOR REVIEW)Up to this point I was very satisfied with hayneedle that that that things have changed... I bought a roll around outdoor beverage cart and one of the casters came out from the wood it was a very cheap design however there was a 1 year warranty but the manufacture will not stand behind it and neither would hayneedle... I have spent over $3000 with hay needle in the last 10 months but I will no longer deal with the company that will not stand behind their customer
