I ordered a flower arrangement and the MAIN ATTRACTION A CRYSTAL CROSS WAS SUBSTITUDED WITH A UGLY WHITE CHEAP ONE. I even called right after I ordered them and ask them not to substitute anything to call me and I would order something different. Then they called me after the fact lied about already dielivery them (I called the funeral home to check) they said nothing had been delivered for my friend.) they are a RIP OFF!

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a rather expensive and beautiful arrangement to be delivered to my mom on her birthday, while she was in the hospital. In addition to the arrangment I also ordered a balloon. Additionally, I paid an additional fee to have the flowers delivered by noon. They had issues with their local florists and the arrangement was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be. The company offered me an upgraded arrangement versus cancelling, to be delivered the next day. I agreed. Flowers were delivered to my mom, no balloon and the (upgraded) arrangement was less quality then the original arrangement. I contacted the company and was directed to their disclaimer that substitutions may be applied. Substituting for something of same or better quality is acceptable, delivering an arrangement with cheap flowers instead of roses is not acceptable. Oh, and did I mention they still charged me the rush fee for having it delivered the next day before noon? Really disappointed. I went with them because I was trying to support, what they state is, a family business, I should have stuck with the big box companies. I would not reccommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. They took my order with $17 for just delivery and $82 for flowers and on the actual day called and cancelled the order saying tbey can't make the delivery.

Stay away
September 20, 2023

I ordered flowers to be sent to the cemetery that my wife is buried at. It was for her birthday. Was told that since late in the day there would be an additional fee. I agreed and was assured it would be delivered.

Subsequently was told it would be delivered the next day after the assurance it would be delivered on time.

The next day and I got the following

We apologize as we are having trouble processing your order. We no longer have a florist in our network to service the delivery area. We were able to locate a florist to deliver however because they are out of our network they are requesting additional funds in the amount of $33.06. We are able to cover $10.06, so we would need an additional $23.00. Please advise if you would like to proceed."

After taking the order, assuring me of delivery, telling me that deliver will be the next day they then say they need a lot more money because they shouldn't have take the order in the first place.
If getting flowers sent on time with no scan to get more money is important to you see what happened to me.

Hi... I am clearly disappointed with the flower
Arrangement my daughter received for her 30th
Birthday. I was looking for a WOW factor cause she
Lives out of Province. And I wanted to send her
Something special.
If that was the premium selection then I can't imagine what a standard arrangement would look like.
The arrangement had 6 pink roses and 6 or so red roses.
And the arrangement it's self is a small/low vase and the balloons towered way too high. It looked like it was put together by someone who has no knowledge of floral design.
When I saw the video/picture that she sent to me... I was very disappointed and thought that
Is just horrible for the price.
Plus the funds are in U. S funds so that enrages me
Even further where I could have used a Canadian
Based company.
After I placed my order I wanted to cancel right away BUT I loved the arrangement that I chosen from the site.
I will not use your company again.
Last week I sent flowers through a different company to my other daughter for her birthday and that arrangement was half the price... BUT the
Arrangement was lovely.
I will clearly use the other florist on a general basis.
Thanks for not making a WOW factor on the flowers.

DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I ordered two flower arrangements for a memorial service, and they called me to let me know that for one of my orders, they could not find a vendor within their network that could deliver the flowers for the amount I already paid. They asked me to pay an additional $33.70. When I explained that it was a business problem and not my issue, they then told me that if I wanted them delivered, I could pay the amount or they could cancel the order. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that they do not have any managers on site, and that I would need to would need to email their customer service department. When I emailed them, they asked me to send a picture of the flowers that were delivered - the same flowers that couldn't be delivered because I wouldn't pay them more money. They are creeps, and lack common decency and accountability!

Ugh. How I wish I had come here to vet this place before ordering. ABSOLUTE BAIT AND SWITCH. I chose this site over all of the others because it was the only one that offered the flowers I wanted in a ceramic vase (instead of a cheap, ugly basket). I paid $55 for a plant that would have been $6 at Home Depot, but with delivery on the other side of the country and that ceramic planter and all, I figured it was worth it. Obviously this company just farms these orders out to local shops and lets them deliver whatever they have. Their catch-all line "if items as pictured are not available, we will only substitute items of higher quality and value" is TOTAL BULLSH*T. My tiny, anemic plant arrived in--wait for it--the ugly, cheap basket (which they decided to festoon with hideous plastic butterflies. Needless to say this was NOT as the item was pictured or described.).

Customer service was a joke. They asked for a picture, I sent one, they "reviewed it" and then repeated their catch-all line to me. I told them that would be like you buying a pair of jeans that come with a belt (*if the belt isn't available, we will substitute with only an item of equal or higher value), and then the jeans arrive with a piece of yarn around the waist. In my marketing classes, we called this a "bait and switch."

If you want to overpay for flowers and then have some random company send the recipient whatever the hell they feel like sending, definitely order from flowershopping.com.

I called FlowerShopping.com yesterday (Tues 9/15) to order 2 dozen long-stem red roses and a box of chocolates for my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary and explained that my wife is only working in the office until 12:30 and so I need the flowers delivered before 12:30 today (Wed 9/16 our anniversary) - I was assured by the person I was speaking to that if I paid an extra RAPID DELIVERY fee that it would be no problem. Spent $201 total. Today I called my wife's office at 12:30 just when she was leaving and unfortunately the flowers had never arrived. I called FlowerShopping customer service and the agent that took the phone kept behaving like a robot telling me three times that their website says that the delivery time is not guaranteed. I never used a website and was never told that. She called the florist and it turns out they got behind because there was a funeral and then there was traffic but no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know - I had to make the calls in the middle of a very busy clinic and I am beyond disheartened and disappointed. Such unprofessionalism and dishonesty. I have requested a complete refund and will cancel the transaction with my bank.

IT IS A SCAM!

I have ordered tulips to be delivered to my daughter on a Sun, date of her sorority acceptance ceremony. Flowershopping.com delivered the wrong flowers (roses, instead of tulips) in the following day (Mon, instead of Sun). I called customer service to ask for a full refund. As instructed, I also sent an e-mail. That was on Oct 20. It's Nov 25 and I still hadn't received a reply. I then called Flowershopping.com again and they informed that THEIR CONTRACT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO DELIVER THE WRONG FLOWERS, AT A DIFFERENT DATE. For this reason, they are not going to give me a full refund. Just the fact that a company mentions its contract as an excuse to camouflage a mistake is ABSURD. I FEEL THAT I'VE JUST BEEN SCAMMED!

The worst experience and the most disrespectful customer service. I'm located in Canada and ordered a flower for Canada, someone from Canada called me to reconfirm my order, so I never paid attention that they are located in the US and will charge me in US dollar. The flower that I ordered was $51, they charged me around $6 to deliver before 12pm and additional cost of around $13 for delivery but then someone called me and said that the flower is not available and they have to replace it with something better and as a Canadian I trusted her. They sent the smallest possible flower (something that really cost $15 if I go and buy it from the store) and then I realized on my credit card that they charged me $101! I called them and the experience of customer service was awful. She explained me that they are. Com and I should have realized that they are charging me US $, didn't even try to make any better experience to me, not even a future promotion code or anything and hung up on me! I would like to tell all my fellow Canadians that pay attention to this as in this scenario neither of Canadian sides benefit from this transaction and the US middle man was the only beneficiary by taking advantage of our given good faith in Canada!

I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR. I ORDERED FROM THEIR WEBSITE TODAY 12/1/22. THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 24 RED ROSES WITH BABY'S BREATH FOR MY MOM FOR HER ANNIVERSARY. THEY DELIVERED 12 PURPLE AND YELLOW ROSES WITH SOME TYPE OF GREENERY. THEY LOOK LIKE TRASH. I SAID I WOULD LIKE SOME TYPE OF REFUND AND THEY EMAILED ME BACK AND SAID THEY CANCELED THE ORDER WITH THE MIDDLEBORO FLORIST AND THEY WILL BE GOING TO MY MOMS TO TAKE BACK THE FLOWERS. THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I placed an online order with flowershopping.com on Friday 4/5/24. By my standards, it was an expensive flower arrangement. Without getting overly personal, suffice it to say, that TO ME, it was an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND TIME SENSITIVE DELIVERY. Placing the order was a smooth and easy process. IRONICALLY, since this situation was so critical to me, I elected to engage the services of a Large Nationwide Retailer, so as NOT to run the risk of having something so important to me be ruined by the poor follow through of a small local flower shop. When I placed the order on their website, AT NO TIME was I informed that it was even a POSSIBILITY that the arrangement that I had selected would NOT be delivered on the date promised, which was Friday 4/5/24. Later in the day, I received an email that my order had been cancelled. As soon as I saw the email, I IMMEDIATELY called their customer service number to express my surprise and my displeasure with their cancellation. It should be noted that I used my Debit Card to pay for this transaction. It is my VERY STRONG feeling that a company like this should NOT EVER charge a customer's payment method until it has been determined that the order in question can be PROPERLY EXECUTED in a TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. The bottom line is that I did NOT get my funds returned to me and they DID NOT execute the floral delivery, AS AGREED. In fact, I still do NOT have my funds returned to me AND because of the FACT that I utilized a Debit Card to make this purchase (and that it was nearly ALL of the funds that I had available to me at that time, (NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE DAY TO IDENTIFY AN ALTERNATE VENDOR) I was unable to purchase the flowers elsewhere. They offered no REAL SOLUTION to me during multiple follow up phone calls. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, THEY FAILED TO EXECUTE THE ORDER THAT I PAID FOR! THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE OFFERED NO SATISFACTORY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM WHATSOEVER!

LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

Horrible experience with flowershopping.com
I just got done having a very bad experience with flowershopping.com. I tried to surprise my wife with a lunch date and a nice flower arrangement so I ordered a beautiful arrangement online and paid to have it rushed before noon. The flowers showed up at 5 pm... first strike. The arrangement was nothing close to the actual picture online. They state that if the exact flowers aren't available, they will use flowers of the same quality or better. They used about 85% carnations as the filler and through in a few roses, six to be exact. The picture online showed at least 11 roses and you couldn't even see the back side so you could be fairly certain there would be another 3-4 roses. The arrangement was significantly smaller than the "premium" arrangement described. Strike two. When I called in to express my frustrations they asked me to send some pictures. I did. The replied back admitting that the size was smaller and that the quality wasn't even close. They could give me 20% off... I didn't except. They offered be 30% off. I told them I just wanted a full refund and that they could pick up their poor arrangement as it was back on the front porch about 15 mins after I received it. They claimed that their policy wouldn't allow this as I did actually receive flowers. I tried several times to talk with a manager about it but was told their wasn't one to talk with. I would never use this company for any flower arrangements in the future. I wasted $92 on flowers I should have gone to the grocery store and got for $20. Strike three.

Unbelievable poor company. DO NOT USE THEM.

With a 3 day lead time for my brother's funeral they did not delivery the flowers 'Because I did not specify RUSH' and the night before the funeral they called at 5:30pm and said the arrangement I asked for was not available and they called and said the message on the card would not fit and I had to truncate the message from the bible.

DO NOT USE... call a florist at your destination instead of using these idiots.
