Delivered very late in the day.

Send flowers to my sister to brighten her birthday however the flowers were delivered 5.19pm way too late to have a greater experience, the quality of the flowers seem okay.

More than 24 hours ago, I placed an order for flowers for my sister, who is ill. First of all, it said "Free delivery today" which was a lie. The delivery fee was more than a third of the total order.

Then I have just gotten an email cancelling the order because they are not delivering to that zip code because of COVID. OK -- WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER.

Their apology and their refund (and they better do the refund or they'll be hearing from my lawyer) are meaningless. Not only did they not fulfill the "contract" we had for them to deliver the arrangement, they waited until after business hours more than 24 hours after I placed the order to let me know. I feel certain that flower deliveries are being made to that zip code.

They claim to be "family run." Well, the Corleones were a family, too.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.

I recently lost a family member who was most dear to me. I ordered an arrangement consisting of her favorite flowers and selected her favorite color. The arrangement was to be delivered the day of the funeral. However, it never arrived. I tried calling flowershopping.com the day of the funeral, time that should NOT have been spent doing so, and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. When I was finally connected with a representative she told me the arrangement hadnt been created and wouldnt be delivered due to a glitch in the system. I asked why I received a confirmation number, charge to my account, and thank you email with no warning that there was a system error. Furthermore, the order was placed well in advance. The representative said sorry and that there was nothing she could do about it. I told her that wasnt acceptable and she placed me on hold to speak with her supervisor for about 10 minutes and proceeded to tell me, I cant give you a refund. All I can do is offer you $10 off your next purchase.

This is unacceptable customer service, horrific in fact, especially around such a sensitive time. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

FLOWER SCAMMERS

It's dosen't matter at all what flower arrangement you initially choose from their website you'll NEVER receive it. In the end like myself, they'll just contact you last minute substituting out your precious order with the cheapest crap knowing full well that there's no time for you to find another replacement.
Also, eventhough they subcontract to local Canadian flourists you'll be happy to know you'll be charged in US FUNDS.

Wish I could give zero stars! I've never wrote a review good or bad for anything but I couldn't let this go. F*** this place! They let me purchase an arrangement that wasn't even available on a Friday for Sunday. Got an order confirmation saying everything was good. Tried to reach somebody all day Sunday during they're 9:00 to 2:00 supposed weekend hours once I realize my order wasn't on the way, sent emails, couldn't get a hold of anybody. Only contact I received was a computer-generated response saying your order is unavailable at 530 later that day. Completely f***** up my one year anniversary plans! $165 for flowers is ridiculous as it is. And of course the money was pending so I couldn't go out and find a substitute. First and last time ever trying to have flowers delivered. Worst customer service ever because there is none. Hours of operation are all b*******. And they clearly don't give a f*** about their customers. Go to your local florist for flowers. Lesson learned. Oh yeah it's now Monday tried calling at 3:30 to have my order refunded after I got out of work and again their hours are supposed to be until 4:00pm during the week. And nobody available! Let's see if I ever get my $165 back. Again F*** THIS PLACE!

Order canceled the day of delivery after their site accepted full order. Their excuse is due to covid they can't deliver to that area. Then why is your website accepting my money when I'm placing an order for there? Why is it 24 hours later when I'm expecting the delivery that I get an email that it's been canceled. Why is NO ONE ANSWERING YOIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LONES during your own set customer service hours?

Why do I have to not only miss a flower delivery on a special occasion and have to wait to get my money and all the while I've to go try and find another service and pay more for same day delivery because of your negligence. Very very disappointed. Was a returning customer. WAS. Never again

I was going to buy flowers for someone who lives two hours away, I googled their city and flower delivery and it took me to flowershopping and it even said Oshawa in the google search title.

After filling out their address (and never mine) it said it would be $60 and I was like whatever and when I choose to pay with Amazon Pay I was charged $80 CAD to my card because apparently it was USD? Ridiculous. And I paid $5 rush fee and it got to MY HOUSE not their house 2 hours away SEVEN HOURS late.

I basically spent $80 for a $40 thing of flowers to get delivered to my own house even though it was set to a different address (but Amazon Pay automatically changed it to my address) and they will not refund me or anything.

Horrible experience

ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE

I placed an order 2 weeks before Feb 14th and while they took my payment, they never delivered the flowers.
I should have read the reviews before ordering.
Customer service phone number was not helpful, the person I talked to wasn't actually able to do anything for me but connect me to somebody else. Apparently the delivery was sent to the wrong address which is strange because I know where I live and I double checked that the information I provided was correct. According to the service rep, the delivery driver attempted to drop off the flowers at an address that does not exist in the neighborhood. Delivery person claims to have attempted to drop off multiple times at the bogus address. I'm beginning to doubt there are even flowers.
The company never offered to compensate me for their error. The only choices I was presented with were a refund or to have the flowers delivered late. My wife is still waiting for her Valentine's Day flowers, 2 days later. I'm not holding my breath for this delivery.
Would give 0 stars if possible. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

A cheap arrangement
September 9, 2023

I purchased their premium (the most expensive) for this arrangement. On other flower sites i've used in the past (i didn't this time because they didn't deliver to the town i needed) they change the image for the pricepoint so you know what to expect - flowershopping didnt. Either way, the most expensive option SHOULD look as identical to the picture as possible right? I sent them an email stating i didn't receive what i paid for along with a zoomed in image of the memorial pic my family sent me (since i couldn't be there), and they complained they couldn't make out the one lilly, couple of roses, no daisies or statices, and obvious blue carnations, that i need to send them a better picture... I'm just so heart sick. Don't use these guys if the flowers matter - there's no reviews on their website, no ability for community to post on their fb, scammer rating and bad BBB. I should've just venmo'd money to my family to get something worthwhile (which everyone buying in town was more than able to find at the same price, so no excuse for the local florist who did the arrangement).

Horrible customer service!
I ordered a bouquet for my friend' birthday which was yesterday on the 03/28/2017, this company didn't delivery it, they didn't even notified me that the order hasn't been placed to be delivered or there
Is an issue with this order, anyway I called them
Today to see what happened why it wasn't delivered
First time when I called them the customer service representative put me on hold and disappeared for five minutes then I called to them second time a girl who answered me by the name Jill was super unprofessional, wouldn't let me finish my sentence when I asked her what her name was her response was that I already asked her about it twice and then I requested to cancel my order and she said she can't even cancel it for me and then she just hang up on me. Oh, forgot to mention that before she hang up on me Jill sad that they have 2000 delivers the need to make per day, that they don't have time to track deliveries for each customers, what does it even mean? It means I'm not a valuable customer? I think I am one of those 2000 people who order flowers from them, is not right? So anyway I am very disappointed by this company! They have really bad customer service! Stay away from them!

Beware of bait & switch policy
BEWARE: Of Their BEWARE of BAIT & SWITCH... I ordered a beautiful antiqued basket with beautiful purple flowers and a delightful plaid ribbon for an important Business Partner. What was delivered was Cheap Basket - Ribbon and Girly Pink Flowers... They must make a strong profit margin by switching. Stating that they can 'Substitute' does not make it Ethical!

Terrible Service

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. As the day progressed, I began to get nervous about the status of my delivery and decided to call the number provided. I received an automated message informing me that Customer Service was closed for the day and closes at 4pm PST. This call was made at 2pm EST. This led me to send an email to inquire about the status of my order. I received a response the following day informing me that they made substitutions to my order that, "are similarly beautiful to what you have requested." The email further promoted me to reach out to them if I had an issue, which I clearly did. I once again attempted to contact customer service via the phone number provided, but I reached the same result. I then followed up with an email advising them that I was no longer interested in the flowers, as the day that I ordered them for had already passed, and I no longer needed the flowers as a result (hence the same day delivery). I received a response several hours later informing me that the flowers were already on the way, and that they were on the way before the cancellation was requested... They were still charging me the same day delivery fee for flowers that did not arrive the same day, that I did not actually order, and then claimed they already sent them, so I could not get my money back... Great job, guys.

I ordered flowers on the 19th to be delivered on the 23rd for a Dinner Party for the 25th they said I okay'd a December the 26th Delivery Date. WHY would I do that knowing the Dinner is the 25th? I wouldn't. So the flowers didn't arrive. A Dinner Party with no Centerpiece. They don't delivery on time and they lie when they don't get it there. Then when you call them they have no idea who the Florist is that was suppose to deliver them and they say that are going to charge me a service fee. Can you imagine that... the flowers never arrived

Terrible, terrible experience. DO NOT use this company. I googled a local business to send flowers, and my search brought me to their page. It said "shop local, family owned business, Coquitlam's #1 flower delivery service". I reasonably thought that I was shopping at a local business, in Vancouver, BC. When I submitted my order and was charged, I realized that I was charged in US funds. I called and attempted to modify/cancel my order and the representative did NOTHING for me. I understand that it was my oversight, though it was in fine print at the VERY bottom of the screen that they indicate they charge in US funds. The employee gave me a "shop code" which was completely useless to me. He refused to let me speak with a supervisor, or even contact the florist to amend the order. They had my money and did not care that I was not satisfied. I was incredibly upset that I did not directly support a local florist in my community, especially due to the cover 19 crisis.

I repeat- DO NOT order flowers from this "business".

I have never been so disappointed with a company. I ordered flowers for my mother who had just lost her father. I ordered them on a Monday morning at 9am. I was told they would be delivered that day. At 530 I received an email of delivery but no flowers had arrived. Called the next day and was told they would get right on it and contact flower shop to get delivery out that day. Still no flowers. I called Wednesday and now I want a refund. I was told that I would have to pay a spoilage fee. I could not believe what I was hearing. A spoilage fee for what. Nothing was ever delivered and if they had been made on Monday they were already 2 days old. I refused and said I wanted the flowers delivered by noon. They assured me the flowers were on the delivery truck. This is 930 am. End of day noooo flowers. Thurs called again and insisted on my money back and let them know that I filled a fraud claim with my bank. Got money back next day. Unbelievable never again. Buyer beware. No sympathy for suffering sad people.

I ordered flowers from this company for my grandfathers funeral, they were supposed to be delivered the next day... I called at the end of that business day as the flowers were not received, the office was closed I called again the following morning and spoke with someone who told me they had a problem with the outlet they were going through and had a problem with there truck... if there was a problem and it was not going to be delivered I should have been notified so I could have had the option to go with a different company. The gentlemen told me he called the outlet and they promised to have it delivered that day between 1-4. I called the company at 4:15 as the flowers once again were not delivered. Apparently there was another problem with the truck and flowers once again were not being delivered on this day and I was not notified AGAIN! Allow me to mention once again this was for a FUNERAL. I cancelled my order immediately and went with a different company who was amazing! I received a simple apology. This is the first time I dealt with this company and most definatley will be the last. I will make sure none of my friends or family go with this business also.
