They charge in USD and dont mention until when you are ready to confirm the order and just before that it states that all prices are in USD. What a scam. Why are you charging in USD to Canadian customers. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!

I loved the idea of getting over night delivery for my in-laws who just lost a loved one. I saw the reviews and was excited to order. The prices seemed decent until I saw my credit card statement and quickly realized this was American dollars HUGE difference and would have liked to know prior to this purchase as it would have made a difference for my budget. When I contacted their costumer service about the lack of advertising regarding American dollars and how in no way shape or form I would have payed over $300 for flowers all I got was information regarding where it states American $ which I still by the way can't see cause it's microscopic. If you truly not worried about your prices why not proudly state US $ next to the product price. No apology no humanity from costumer service, never again would I order from them. To me how you treat your costumers says a lot about the people running the company and I do not want any part of it. Canadian companies treat their costumers way better, should learn from them.

They insist flowers were delivered but no proof they were. Customer Service blocked our calls. According to them they have a picture of drop off but won't release picture. Please beware.

They advertise that they are "#1 LITITZ, PA FLORIST".
They accepted my order.
They sent an email confirming my order, and charged my credit card.
On the day of delivery, they cancelled the order because 'they don't deliver in Lititz, PA."
They are BAD PEOPLE...don't do business with them!

The website said guaranteed same day delivery. I ordered for delivery yesterday, Saturday, the day of a just learned about memorial service (to be shipped to the recipient's home, not the service) and was informed this morning that delivery will be put off until Monday. I called customer service and he argued with me that they don't guarantee same day delivery and I told him I was looking at it right there on the screen. He told me to send a screen capture to customer service and "they'd have to honor it" if it was indeed there. So I did, and the reply back was "we can't always offer same day delivery, sorry." Now, I had searched for same day delivery in the city I was looking for, and their site came up with the searched for city in all of the site verbiage with the guarantee next to their BBB symbol (which is a D+ rating, by the way, not the A- they claim). The generic site does not have this verbiage, but the page I found when I searched by city, did. As did the page that links back from the confirmation email they sent. So that was the info I was working off of, and the info they allow to be out there if you search by city. Needless to say, I am frustrated, and all I was offered was a "sorry". That just doesn't cut it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. I ordered a beautiful flowere arrangement for my boyfriend's birthday to arrive on his birthday. The flowers were ordered a week in advance and he got the flowers two days after his birthday. On the day of his birthday I got an email letting me know they could not deliver on time but for my inconvenience they would give me an upgrade. So when I called and asked them to be delivered the next day, they failed to deliver them. He finally got them BUT was not what I had ordered and on top of that I paid extra for them to add 3 orange roses and he got 2! The arrangement was not what I expected, I was disappointed! Needless to say, my boyfriend liked them but it still doesn't make it right. Had he got them on his birthday I am sure the effect of receiving them would have been different.
I am very disappointed...I will never go here again!

If you choose to use this company's services, be prepared to be sorely disappointed by their total ineptitude and total lack of concern for your order.

On June 28th, I placed an order for a bouquet to be sent to my mother's house as a surprise for her 76th birthday. I found the arrangement that I wanted on their website, placed my order, and received confirmation in my email. Unbeknownst to me, that same order was cancelled less than 15 minutes after I placed it, and the notification was sent to my email junk bin. The entire day passed, and by the time I learned what had happened, it was far to late to get use a different service for same-day delivery. So my mom received nothing from me for her birthday.

When I called the next day, to find out what had happened, it took 20 minutes to get through and the customer service rep could not have cared less about my concerns. All I received was a lot of "I'm sorry, Sir" and "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" repeated over and over again in a monotone voice. No explanation as to why they took the order in the first place if they were incapable of filling it. And certainly no offer to send out any kind of replacement from any local shop.

I strongly advise anyone reading this not to ever use flowershopping.com. This company is completely inept and totally unconcerned about their customers.

I ordered flowers for my Mother on Mother's Day. She lives on the East Coast and I live on the West Coast. We do not see each other very often and thought she would like a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers delivered. She received the flowers a day late and did not receive the flowers I ordered. The flowers she received was in a plain vase with only a few flowers and some of the flowers were not even bloomed. The flowers I ordered was a beautiful full bouquet in a beautiful metallic vase. I paid $71.00 (total of $95.00 for the whole transaction) for the flowers I ordered and was very dissapointed with what she did receive. Customer service told me the flowers she received was comparable to the ones I ordered and that the flower shop followed their policy. They offered me a 15% discount but honestly I would not have paid $20.00 for the bouquet she received. I wish they would have notified me that they did not have the flowers I ordered available so that I can okay the flowers they were going to send or cancel the order. I will not ever go through this company for flowers again. You are better off going through a local florist in the area. For what you pay, you never know if the same flowers you ordered will be delivered and if it will get there in time. I wish I could attach a picture so you can see why I am so unhappy. We have placed an order for a birthday 24 hours before the time of delivery. Then as soon as their operation hours were ending they called us and left a voicemail notifying us that the delivery could not be made as scheduled and they went on to tell us to call back immediately. We had called back immediately but they were closed and cannot answer my calls. We were extremely disappointed because the flower delivery was for my sister for her birthday and now the flowers have not arrived. The next day a customer service agent called us back after we had left several voicemails trying to get a hold of them. However my wife had answered the phone and the service agent was extremely rude. She told us her name was Bea, and would not let her transfer the call to a supervisor. She was insulting and degrading which made me very frustrated. She ended that phone call by hanging up on my wife and telling her to have her husband call this number back right away. This in my opinion was extremely sexist and completely unacceptable. I then called the number back to find out if we're not taking calls because of the holiday which clearly it's not true seeing that we had received a call 5 minutes ago. This has been the worst flower order experience and I would never recommend anyone order from here again especially if your representative is named bea.

I placed an order early this morning and got a call at 3:40pm that they couldn't fulfill the order! My sister just had surgery and she was waiting all day because I told her there was a surprise coming. The lady who called was very rude and wanted to charge me more money for something else to be delivered tomorrow. She kept saying that they could substitute something similar tomorrow but it will be more but they can knock 10 dollars off the extra charge for the inconvenience, as if that makes up for my sister waiting all day, AND I would still be paying more. I told the lady to substitute something else of equal value to be delivered tomorrow and I asked for a discount on it for the inconvenience to my sister. She said no discount but they would sub something else. So I was just getting something I didn't order now, on the day I didn't ask for it to be delivered with no discount. Then I got an email an hour later saying that they still need $15 more dollars to go ahead with the order tomorrow. No, I cancelled at that point. I am in awe of how this company handles business. I already called my bank and will be making a claim if my money is not returned in the timeframe they quoted.

They are the WORST - terrible customer service, did not deliver on the day they were supposed to - despite charging me EXTRA for Sunday delivery and then telling me at the end of the day on Sunday that they never said they could deliver on Sunday... so how do you charge someone for something you CANNOT DO?

I paid for a rush delivery. Not only it didn't arrive early, it didn't arrive AT ALL. They said they tried to contact the driver several times during the day, but no reply.
I requested a cancellation but they claim that due to their policy, it cannot be canceled because it will be delivered (eventually...)
If I order a service like this, and I pay A LOT for it (including extra change for EARLY DELIVERY), the least I expect is for it to BE DELIVERED AT THE AGREED TIMEFRAME, not 12 hours later, or the next day...

Ordered flowers for mother day that had a special meaning, I even wrote the meaning of the flowers on the delivery message. My flowers were substituted and I was not contacted after talking to customer support all they stated was I should have wrote no substitutions. I was unaware I could do that, I should have been contacted. The only reason I went with Flowershopping is because 1-800Flowers couldn't get my order delivered til a week after mothers day. I should have just stayed with that decision instead of being disappointed and made like it was my fault. So if you dont want substitutions WRITE IT ON THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS!

Family death, ordered early Thursday for an 11AM Friday funeral. NO PROBEM could get it today!
On funeral day NOTHING arrived. Later in day they called and said they couldn't service the area: SAN DIEGO CA. I asked for refund and appologized to the family.
Never will use them again.

Awful customer service

Very poor customer service. We had decided on a bouquet for my friends mother memorial. We first tried to use a local florist in Phoenix. When they saw the bouquet they told us that they were unable to make the arrangement as requested, because I saw the arrangement on FlowerShopping, I sent the order through them. What I did not know that they sent the request for the arrangement to the Florist that had already informed us that they could not do it. The shop in Phoenix knows my friend and is one of their customers, rather than call and inform either myself or their client that they were unable to properly prepare this arrangement they made do. The arrangement that arrived for the memorial was sub standard and disappointing. This was for her mothers memorial and this added extra stress. She ran out and tried to repair the substandart bouquet. When we sent in a complaint we were told because she tried to repair the bouquet nothing could be done. We would have chosen a more manageable bouquet if we had been informed. The whole situation was horrendous.
