Funeral Arrangement NOT Delivered ~ Too late now...

They do not even deserve 1 star ~ I ordered a Funeral floral arrangement on 11/01 that was to be delivered on 11/04 by 3:00pm. On Sunday 11/04@ 12 noon (I paid extra for the Sunday delivery) I receive a call saying you will not be able to deliver the arrangement. This is for a FUNERAL and you wait until 3 hours before delivery to tell me you can't deliver! I could barely breathe I was soo upset ~ I am recovering from cancer surgery and I'm suppose to stay calm. Your customer service person offered to send flowers to a relatives house which was unacceptable. Relatives drove from AZ to attend their loved ones passing and the flowers needed to be there to represent those who couldn't make it. This arrangement needed to be at the viewing & funeral service. I called the Funeral home and explained what happened... They said they received a call from you Sunday morning asking about florists in the area that could process the order. YOU WAITED UNTIL THE DAY OF Delivery which was 11/04 a SUNDAY no less. UNBELIEVABLE!

It turned out that the Funeral Home Director was the Nephew of the Deceased. I was mortified when I found out only a casket spray had been delivered and now my/our flowers were not going to be there. A return of my purchase does NOT justify your incompetence... this was a FUNERAL! There is no do over! Obviously I am still upset!
I have tried contacting FowerShopping.com several times email & phone with no response back.

Completely Unreliable

I placed an order 10 days in advance for a Christmas arrangement to be delivered on the Friday before Christmas. The company contacted me a few days later to let me know that they would have to DOUBLE the amount charged in order to deliver the order because of the location of the residence (in Honolulu). I okayed this. On the day it was supposed to have been delivered, they contacted me again to say that they couldn't deliver that day as promised, but that they would deliver it on the next business day. As this was still in time for Christmas, I agreed. On that new delivery date, I was again informed that they wouldn't be able to deliver that day but would on the next. I okayed this. I didn't hear anything else from the company until three days AFTER Christmas when I was told that they weren't able to deliver the order. When asked why, I was told that the florist had run out of flowers. Again, I asked that the arrangement be delivered as soon as possible. The last correspondence from them, many days later, was to inform me that they had cancelled the order. If you wish an arrangement to arrive at its destination and at the cost indicated on the website, DO NOT use this website.

I was attending a course for work, the presenters were amazing so I went on-line to a flower shop that was in the Ontario city in which I was taking the course. I selected flowers that totalled $38.66 plus $5.00 for expedited delivery and taxes of course total $65.15. I receive my credit card statement and I am charged $100.64. I questioned the company and they inform me they are an American company. I asked them how I ended up on an American web site when I was on an Ontario flower shop company web site and expected to pay Canadian directly to the flower shop from which I was ordering. They haven't answered me. I have no idea what the flowers looked like... after reading the reviews I think I should ask the instructors for a photo of the flowers they received. I have asked my credit card company to dispute this transaction as I feel when I receive the total owing it should have US right beside the final total amount, not in fine print at the very end of the order transaction. I also believe it should be in RED capital letters so the consumer is very aware of where they are purchasing from. As a Canadian the total cost when ordering from an American web site can range anywhere from on par to 40% (or higher) increase in the total amount of your purchase. I guess people like me who do not order often on-line get ripped off for their lack of knowledge of how the internet really works... you think you're ordering from a Canadian site but because of links on sites, it takes you somewhere totally different and you pay the price. Sounds like this company is pathetic and I can kiss the $35.49 away unless my credit card company agrees with the dispute of charge that I filed. Just noticed... isn't "Rush Delivery" and "Add'l Same Day Fee" the same thing? Wow... what a scam to screw over the customers! See the photo. Please note I attempted to scan it but it was originally 2 pages long so I cut out all of the extra space so I could fit it on one and then when I tried to upload it to this site it could not upload pdf so I took a photo of it and emailed it to myself... lol. I apologize for the quality!

I placed an order to be delivered the next day for a very special important occasion. The rep on the phone who placed my order acted like he didn't care at all and took at least 20 minutes just to take my information down. The next day, about 2 hours past the time that I needed it delivered by, I received an email stating my card was declined. I immediately called the company and then pulled up my bank account online with the flower rep on the phone verifying that there were plenty of funds to cover the cost and asked why it was declined if the funds were there. It was sounding like the rep who took my information down may have took my card information down wrong is what the rep was inclining was a possibility. The rep from there began to sound like a complete jerk and acted like he could care less. I missed a VERY important occasion and I will NEVER use them again and I HIGHLY recommend people use EXTREME CAUTION when considering this service - IT IS TERRIBLE in my opinion - WORST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH AND I HAVE ZERO PLANS TO EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!

I WILL NEVER again purchase or recommend FLOWERSHOPPING.COM to my colleagues, family members or friends. I recently made a special birthday purchase this is past August 2023, and when the recipient received the flowers, they were wilted, discolored as well as dry and it looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered from their website. It was very embarrassing when this person opened the flowers in front of everyone to find the flowers the flowers in the condition they were. When I first contacted a representative in customer service from FLOWERSHOPPING.COM, they were not accommodating AT ALL. People work hard for their money, and it is offensive when businesses take advantage of people when they already received your money. They initially extended what they call a curtesy discount of 30% then recanted and offered a 15% discount via email. Just to think, I was willing to accept a new flower arrangement, but that was not extended. I will not accept anything less than a 50% discount or a FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY. If this is not resolved, I will post on every SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM as well as contact an attorney. It is the principle and the lack of Integrity at this point.

I have been ordering flowers every year for the last 3 years. I havent had a problem until today. Its my grandmother birthday i havent seen her in 4years i ordered the WAVES of Blue Premium $100 value. I ended spending $147 because i paid for rhe product to arrive before 12. I called at 1:15pm and was told they will not arrive before 12... Well cleaely but they will be there before 3pm. About 10min later i received an email stating they were delivered at 10:15am, representative that assisted me clarified they were delivered. When the flowers arrived my grandmother received green plants/vines (not a bouquet of flowers). Once again i called and was told they were investigating it and will reach back out to me. About 3:30pm i received an email stating the flowers wer healthy and there is nothing they can do for me. I am extremely disappointed, disturbed, as well as unhappy with the wrong information that i had been receiving as well as the horrible flowers ny grandmother received! These are the flowers my grandmother received!

They r cheats who want you to pay first n then no looking back... u r here to go thru unending ordeals

They ask you to fill city details and expect to enter District in it cos they have given it way down in there options...
TRICK---They trap u for remote city delivery... extra excruciatingly painful CHARGES.
So you better fill ur address carefully
Country, state, city and no district.
In my case Under CITY option Hyderabad is reflected right in top lists.no body assumes you would expect a districts name under CITY. It was pointless to scroll down and check for available options, where u might offer R. R. District.
To a person unknown to the intricate details of a city, HYDERABAD was surely sufficient under CITY option.

Though I had paid, it is nothing less than plundering a customer thru unscrupulous means.
I was forced to make the payment, as there is no refund policy in cash. Obviously once you make the payment first, you are just a victim left with no choice. N WHO WANTS THERE GIFT VOUCHERS TO BE REDEEMED NEXT TIME. THERES NO --NEXT TIME atleast from my side

And never go for combo options or gifts along with FLOWERS. The beauty of gifting someone is snatched away becos flowers are delivered on some other day and gift after 3--4 days... What a FARCE

I would never ever visit this website, rather I wld suggest people to never visit it, LEST u would be robbed.

I ordered what looked like 2 dozen red and pink roses. The description was:
Bright, bejeweled and fabulous... this blushing bouquet is a stylish gift for any birthday! Red roses for love - and pink ones for devoted friendship - are swathed in pink chiffon, and studded with sparkling faux jewels.
Red and pink roses are arranged in a Teleflora red glass cube vase wrapped with pink chiffon and adorned with pink and red faux jewels.

I also ordered a 5 ballon bouquet and paid for delivery to be on a specific day for a birthday.

What was delivered was 6 red roses and 8 carnations in a cheap glass vase with 2 ballons and delivered a day late.

This was their response letting me know that what I received was equivalent in quality.

We appreciate the picture you have sent of the arrangement and apologize that you are unhappy with the delivered item. We've reviewed the picture and our florist followed the substitution policy and recipe promptly, as it states on the website. Our substitution policy is listed on our website & your order confirmation and states, "If the exact flowers, plants or container you have selected are not available we will create a beautiful arrangement with the freshest available flowers or plants. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value." Our florist followed this policy promptly, using more flowers than the recipe calls for and also using full size carnations instead of the mini flowers, the flowers appear healthy so there is nothing we are able to do on this arrangement.

We noticed the florist sent 2 mylar balloons and due to this we will be able to refund you for 2 latex balloons. The value of 2 latex equals to the value of 1 mylar. Please allow a few business days for this refund to apply.

BIG Disappointment!

The funeral arrangement I ordered had the cherub statue, after hours of searching for the perfect sentiment for my Grandmother I was so happy to see the great reviews I just couldn't wait to see it next to my resting Grandmother. They delivered the arrangement instead with a small cheap plaque replacement. I was devistated there was nothing special about this arrangement at all and the plaque made it look very cheap which of course it was not, I paid over $150 for the deluxe version so it would be even grander than the pictured version. The plaque small 7 1/2 inches tall by 6 inches wide the angel on it only being 3 1/2 inches wide and made of a very cheap lightweight poly. I purchased a very similar plaque that was just a little bigger and made of a lot heavier material at the Dollar General for only $2.50 for my Garden. I contacted them with my complaint and this was there response-We have compared the image to requested recipe and have determined that our designers did follow our substitution policy correctly. We understand that you are unhappy with the item delivered and can have 10% of the product price refunded to you.-
I guess I can purchase a cherub with the refund but the moment is gone. The flowers were of no special importance to me it was ALL about the cherub. I feel if they would have contacted me I could have at least changed my arrangement to some more sentimental flowers that would have had meaning to us. I wish they would be more careful about taking it upon thereselves to make such drastic changes without contacting anyone at such a sensitive time. I left review on their site and it did not show so I went to FB to leave a review but you cannot post there. I hope i can save someone else the pain of your last sentiments being at their choice and convenience. :( The pictures are in order the one I ordered, the one that was delivered and the last one compares it to my DG plaque.

This company is the absolute worst! I would never recommend anyone ever use them. I placed an online order for a floral arrangement to be delivered for a funeral service. They left me a voicemail 30 min prior to the service to let me know that they could not find a florist that could deliver the arrangement at the place and time requested. How am I supposed to be able to do anything about this 30 min before the service? I was willing to let them make it up to me and deliver the arrangement to the second memorial service that was going to be held 3 days later. I never received a confirmation of delivery as promised and called customer service the day of the service and the 2 days after the service to find out if the arrangement was delivered. They were not able to get the florist on the phone to confirm, so they said they would keep trying to reach them and call me with the details. No one ever called me back. I called them again the following day and they still were not able to give me a confirmation of the delivery and wanted to see if they could reschedule the delivery again! How absurd! The funeral was done and over with 2 days prior, why would I want another delivery since they already messed up 2 deliveries. I took me being on hold for 20 min and getting upset to get the customer service rep to agree to a refund, but this is not enough. After the call ended they called me 2 more times to say that they contacted the facility where the service was held and the florist that did the arrangement and they did deliver the flowers, then they called the next of kin (? How rude and how did they get her information) to see if she received the flowers. She told them that she did not get the flowers, but they still refuse to admit that they messed up. The worst experience ever. They would not allow me to speak with a supervisor, said that I would have to send a message because there are no supervisors on premise... Unbelievable.
