Dear Innocent Consumer,

If you desire a beautiful floral arrangement to be delivered as promise, based on my first experience with this company, I would NEVER recommend doing business with FlowerShopping.com. I saw a beautiful picture of a flower basket with butterflies, and invested $100.00 for upgrades and delivery today. My aunt just had a life threatening experience, and is getting home from a week in the hospital- She loves flowers, and loves butterflies. Unfortunately, not only did they not delivery today, but they called, and asked me for more money, stating that they could not find an "In-Network Florist", and therefore, needed more money from me. I was in such shock, that LuCindy, ID 272LUCindy ext. 272 had no empathy for the error on their part; nor, for the flowers not being delivered?!? It felt as thought she literally tried to make the situation seem like it was my issue. She said "I have cancelled your order," and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with her manager- Of course, there is not manager or anyone above her. I called back several times to see if I could speak with someone reasonable, but she kept answering the phone. She kept speaking over me with a script that she must restate over and over to all of the unhappy people that she has to deal with, and proceeded to hang up on me three more times.

I called back and spoke to the sales reps, Lisa and Andrea, and they transferred me back to this same LuCindy person- What a nightmare. I do have an email requesting to speak with the owner. If I do not hear from him, I will be calling the BBB and the FTC, and filing formal complaints.

I wished I would had read the reviews prior to the one I am writing now- I may have decided to go elsewhere. From my personal experience, I feel as though this company could care less about the consumer or service. With this glowing lack of service, I honestly wonderful how they have kept the doors open.

I ordered, paid, and received nothing. I finally filed an online FTC Complaint
Complaintassistant. Gov/GettingStarted? NextQID=203&Url=%23%26panel1-6#nb regarding this internet company being a complete sham and perpetuating fraud against consumers via their online sales then not providing the product.

Since placing the flower order I keep geting the runaround over the past 2 days and now all I hear about my order is "HQ's is handling it, someone will contact me" It's not brain surgery. I made a simply order to be delivered to Dallas VA Medical Center, and it still is not there. I was told to provide them an alternative address for delivery in the event the patient is released before delivery, I did. I was told they would try at hospital, then if released it would go to residence. Not true. They originally promised one day delivery, but that didn't happen. Then I was told 2nd day delivery and now I called and told they weren't sure when it could be delivered! Seriously! Had I known of their perpetuated fraud of lies I would have definitely chosen another florist! Now, I told another lie so I finally had it with them and their runaround calls of falsehoods. So here I am with no product delivered, no refund, but a whole crap load of lies!

I was supposed to have flowers sent to a church for a funeral On Wednesday at 10am. I made this order on Monday and paid extra for early delivery. They called on Tuesday and said they would not be able to ship on Wednesday because they do not start delivery till after 8am. They stated they would be able to deliver on Tuesday instead to ensure that the flowers were at the funeral on time the next day. They called me a few hours later to tell me they wont be able to deliver same day because their driver is now full. Now my brother will not have anything from me at his funeral because this company did not deliver AS PROMISED. Their customer service is rude, impatient, and unprofessional as they did not compensate or make the effort to make things right. They have a 2.3 rating on GOOGLE and now I see why. IF YOU OUT OF STATE AND WANT YOUR FLOWERS SHIPPED ON TIME WITHOUT ANY ISSUES DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNHELPFUL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!

I placed an order online, I was very to find same-day delivery. I paid the additional fee for that service. The website clearly stated that if I placed an order before a specific time that it would be delivered before a specific time. Long story short when I got home the flowers had not been delivered. This making them 2 hrs past paid for delivery time. OK, that's fine mistakes happen I checked my personal E-Mail at this time as I was now allowed to check as I was no longer on someone else's time. I had been notified of the late delivery. But was no mention of a credit or refund to my card. I telephoned the contact number I was greeted nice enough but when I asked about a why after I had put in 5 different methods to communicate they picked only one to inform me. I was met with an argument about delivery time not being a GUARANTEE for delivery time and it was stated on the website. When I pointed out the false claim. I was told that the money would be refunded and have a good day then QLICK the rep hung up. I called back and asked to speak to a manager about the rude Rep. I was told that they did not have managers. I asked well what was the policy for hanging up on a customer, no response. I then asked if they had an emergency plan that involved a manager's presence. The Rep said "no" I ended the call calmly. I spoke to the Delivery Driver he was so much more helpful he took my info and his manager called me back ASAP before I could even bring in the delivery. I was dealt with in a professional manner and additional patronage will be given to the florist directly for now on. I WILL NEVER, NEVER recommend FlowerShoping.com to anyone.

Horrible service

This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had.

I googled same day flower delivery in Ottawa, Ontario. This site came up first on list. I chose it because I wanted the same day service.

I ordered flowers on my mother's birthday at 8:51am. My mother received a call at 3pm telling her she wouldn't get her flowers that day. This was supposed to be a surprise for my mom so I was no happy that they called her. I called her all day the next day to see if she had received them.

I got a delivery confirmation email at 4:42pm saying that they had been delivered but they had not. I called to see why I had got the confirmation when they had not been delivered. They had no explanation. They told me to call back at 6:30pm if they hadn't been delivered yet.

I called back at 6:30pm and I got an answering service and I had to leave a message. The flowers finally arrived at 7:30pm. They were not fresh and the card enclosed with my message typed on a piece of paper and then taped on the card. It wasn't even a card, it was an advertisement for their business.

To top it off, my credit card statement showed my payment in US funds. I had no idea that this place was in California. I thought I was calling Ottawa, ON, Canada.

I would recommend you do not order anything from this website especially if you are in Ottawa.

This is only getting one star because I can't submit my review without choosing a rating but I would actually give it a 0.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. THEY DO NOT DESERVE A SINGLE PENNY FOR THEIR MISREPRESENTATION AND THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY ADVERTISE ON THIER WEBSITE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, SPECIALLY JOSE WHO WAS CONDESENDING AND HORRIBLY RUDE ON THE PHONE WITH ME. HE THOUGH HE PUT ME ON MUTE AND WHILE I WAS DESCRIBING TO HIM THE SITUATION. HE SAID " YEAH DAAAAAAAA!" I ASKED FOR HIS SUPERVISOR, HE PUT ME ON HOLD AND THEN SAID MY SUPERVISOR IS OFF SITE. YOU CAN CALL BACK AND COMPLAIN LATER!

Very dissatisfied with my Heart & Soul Arrangement order. First, I paid extra to have order delivered in the morning, but it wasn't delivered until the afternoon.

I ordered the Heart and Soul flower arrangement, which is a heart shaped arrangement of flowers in a long, very tall vase, AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE BELOW ADVERTISED PICTURE ON THE SITE. What was delivered was nowhere close to that. Container was a glass cube, around three to four inches tall -- much smaller than what's pictured. SEE ON THE 2ND PICTURE BELOW, WHAT THEY SENT ME INSTEAD. Florist who filled order is Caruso Florist, in Washington, DC.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM! They steal your money and they don't deliver the flowers. I have ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday, mind you I requested guaranteed delivery for Saturday. It was flowers for a birthday celebration and I kept contacting the company and all they said was the flower shop that's suppose to make your flower is closed. I called them again on Monday for a refund since the flowers weren't delivered and it's 3 days past expected delivery date. Instead of giving me the refund the customer service rep says you might not get the full refund if they already made your flowers.ARE YOR KIDDING ME! It's 3 days past delivery and I spent over $100. I have contacted my bank and Iam disputing this charge with my bank and I WILL TAKE FURTHER LEGAL ACTION. This is ridiculous! I have never dealt with a flower company so unprofessional! Yet again they are SCAM! DONT I REPEAT DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Read all of their reviews and you will see how horrible they are!

I recently ordered a same day delivery for my daughter who recently completed college.Her graduation ceremony was cancelled due to covid29, so I wanted to make sure she received something nice on what should have been her special day. By 6pm that evening she had not received it so I called customer service to which I was told it was out for delivery and should be there by a little after 8 at the latest. And that if there any problems I would receive a phone call or an email letting me know. I did not receive either, nor did she receive her gift. By 10pm nothing had happened so I emailed the customer service group explaining what had happened. I received a phone call early the following morning with an apology and an excuse that there was a technical issue the night before and I was assured The flowers and balloons would be delivered today along with the bouquet being upgraded. Seven hours later still no flowers so I call the customer service line again this time to receive a very rude and dismissive representative on the other end. She could have cared less about the poor service or reason I ordered from them. She informed me that they had sent me an email notifying me that they had cancelled my order an hour before because they could not find a local florist to take the order. So now this is the third different story I have been told. When I told her that she was very unapologetic and explained to me about the problem with Covid. Then she wasn't sure how long it would take to refund my money. And again she didn't really care. I will find a local florist myself and will never recommend this company for anything in the future.

I had ordered flowers for an elderly friend of mine who had lost her beloved pet. I had ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The day after my order late in the afternoon, when I hadn't heard anything about my delivery, I had called Flower shopping to find out about my delivery status. It was right before 4pm and I was told the driver had until 7pm to deliver the flowers but I would receive an email when they were delivered. A little after 5pm, I received an email saying my flowers were delivered. I waited awhile and never received a call from the recipient, so I called her. She all over outside and no flowers.
I called Flower shopping and they started to tell me there were issues with my delivery. My question was then why did I receive an email stating they were delivered when they weren't? I have no explanation. So, over a week ago I received an email stating that my order was cancelled, and a refund would be issued and the customer service rep I spoke to (Ricardo) told me I would receive an email when my order refund was initiated. After a week and no email, I called back and spoke to BeBe. She told me it could take a few weeks because of my banking institution, which I can tell you my bank puts through transactions refunds etc as soon as they receive them. I asked BeBe if a refund has been initiated, she said I can email customer service…. Well isn't that who you are? I asked to speak to her supervisor, and I was told because of covid there is not a supervisor there. Ok, how about an email or a phone number, no I need to email customer service. Bottom line, I'm still waiting on my refund. If I was smart and would have read all the negative reviews on the internet (see google, complaints board and trustpilot), I would have never ordered from a company who has such a bad reputation. Now I'm battling trying to get my $58.00 back. Seriously, this company needs to be shut down. Don't waste your time or money; it's not worth it. Beware of the reviews on their web site too. Funny how they show good reviews but everywhere else, not so much.

Stay away from FLOWERSHOPPING.COM. It's the absolutely WORST service I've EVER had in my life. If I could give NO STARS, it would still be too good for this business. These people are not professional at all. Here is why!

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday a few days ago. My order was confirmed and accepted. Your order has been successfully processed. Order Number: *******. Today is my friend's birthday and I've just got a call that the flowers won't be delivered since FlowerShopping don't have coverage in that area.

Didn't they know that 3 days ago when I placed my order? Why wait until the last moment to call me? I don't care about your refund. I care about my friend who won't get her flowers today!

The customer service is really bad. They don't let you give them a solution. They dont listen but talk over you and hang up on you when you try to explain what can be done in this situation. A professional service would call a local florist (in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island which is 20 minutes away from my friend's house) and pay them to deliver another flower bouquet.

I know it is possible because I've already done it. The local florist will charge you more since it is not exactly in the city but IT IS POSSIBLE, so DON'T LIE TO ME THAT IT'S NOT, LADY in the customer service! You refused to accept the name of the florist who could do it for you.

It was YOUR COMPANY's mistake to accept the order that you couldn't fulfill, not mine. Therefore, you should do EVERYTHING in your power to FIX THE PROBLEM. If you were a professional service which obviously you are NOT. I find this situation outrageous and Im going to post this message on your facebook page to warn other customers... until my friend gets her flowers. Thanks for nothing!

I worked for this company. They're also called Forever Blooming Enterprises and Ranch Florist plus whatever other company names they can hide under. It's a call center that takes orders and customer service and sends orders to the local florist nearest your delivery area.

I could never follow up with their rules or what they asked of us because it's sneaky and just not right. They tell you to take orders no matter what, even if it's an hour or less before (florist can't get everything together and deliver it in an hour) cut off time. They say if customers ask for anything, even if we know it isn't possible, we make sure to guarantee delivery and say "of course!". The staff are childish and they constantly have issues. No one takes this company seriously.

HOW IT WORKS - they have many floral arrangements on the website. You pick one and you pay for it. The $16.95 handling fee is for the company. The rest gets sent to the florist (still not even at the full amount you paid for the arrangement) closest to the delivery area (they use your local florist anyway so you're just paying extra to use them as a middleman). A majority of florists hate the company and won't take orders anymore. So if you got a call saying their florist ran into trouble, they ran out of everything, the need $$$, they had to reach out to an independent florist, etc. - know that they don't have their own florists. ALL florists their orders are sent to are independent and most are frustrated so they refuse to deliver or take orders from flowershopping.com. So they reach out to every single florist in the area, trying to bargain and get their orders sent out. There are many areas where no florist will take their orders anymore and they end up having to call customers to cancel their order but come up with an excuse that our florist had a family emergency or it was too far for delivery.

It's all about lies and not caring about the customer or business, just making money. Normally they do get a lot of orders out and work hard to make sure they get delivered, but there's also a mass majority that get messed up in between and I just feel like a business should be honest and open about their processes.

ALL IN ALL, if you use flowershopping.com then beware of it possibly not getting delivered on time, and be aware that you're paying the company more than what a local florist who needs business would make... Hope this helps!

I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before placing an order with them. They are the WORST. The order was to be delivered on a Friday, by 5pm for the WAKE. A "partial" order was delivered/ received by the funeral home. I inquired about the missing pillow to the funeral director who was working with our family and she proceeded to go from room to room, from floor to floor searching for the missing pillow. NO PILLOWWWWWW. The pillow did not show up for the FUNERAL on Saturday either. On Saturday I contacted the company through their website and received a call from a representative on Sunday morning to tell me that "he spoke to the funeral director at the funeral home and they told him the flowers were delivered" to which I responded "really who?" "I did not say that there was not a delivery, I said it was a "partial" delivery" to which he responded "the flower shop said they delivered the pillow and I would not be getting a refund. Back and forth on phone with this company came down to an offer for 20% off on my next order. I do not want a 20% discount on anything - anything - anything! From this company. I want my money back and I want to forget this experience and I want to remember forever the name so I can scream to the top of my lungs - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - DISCRACEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I ordered "Teleflora's Divine Peace Bouquet-Premium" funeral/sympathy arrangement from Flowershopping.com for the price of $88.16 USD. + shipping costs etc. I purchased the "PREMIUM" bouquet which is the largest size available. It is described on their website as:
An elegant display of faith and divine peace, this beautiful table top arrangement will comfort the bereaved in a truly thoughtful and respectful way. An exquisite crystal cross is surrounded by a bed of lovely blossoms. It is sure to be appreciated and a fragrant mix of pure white blooms including roses, alstroemeria, stock, carnations and waxflower is accented with dusty miller and variegated pittosporum around an exclusive Crystal Cross keepsake.
The item received was:
1. Not elegant
2. No display of faith and divine pease
3. Not a beautiful TABLETOP arrangement
4. Did not offer any comfort to the bereaved
5. Absolutely not thoughtful and respectful
6. Did not contain an exquisite crystal cross
7. Arrangement was absolutely not APPRECIATED
7. NOT a fragrant mix of PURE WHITE BLOOMS
8. Did not contain an EXCLUSIVE CRYSTAL CROSS KEEPSAKE.

Absolutely everything in the arrangement description is a lie. I the item that was delivered was:
1. It included red flowers not all white
2, Looked like a cheap graveyard arrangement.
3. It had a TACKY DISGUSTING Banner l removed immediately
4. The arrangement was in a white recycled cardboard vase. Not fit for a tabletop arrangement.
5. The Crystal Cross Keepsake was not there.

I wanted to present the arrangement to the family for their use as a tabletop arrangement. I specifically bought it for the Crystal Cross as a keepsake for the family. I was totally embarrassed by what was delivered. I understand that they may substitute flowers that were not available, but I didn't expect them to change the colour scheme. What I received was akin to something that is thrown on the grave. I asked every one if what was delivered look like the item the item ordered. Everyone said NO

As stated in my previous email, I am requesting a full refund for this order. My dissatisfaction is far beyond being unhappy with the arrangement, as what I ordered is nowhere near close to what was delivered. As a reminder...I ordered Teleflora's Morning Melody - Deluxe (Lavender roses and waxflower, purple limonium and greens are hand-delivered in a lavender cube that's all wrapped up with a vibrant purple taffeta ribbon) + a mylar Happy Mother's Day balloon with 2 purple latex balloons. The pic of what was actually delivered is attached to this email.

The arrangement delivered didn't even have ONE purple flower, no ribbon, no lavender cube AND none of the balloons were delivered. I was very intentional when I placed this order on May 4. Given that the delivery was scheduled for 10 days later, the florist had ample time to acquire the items I ordered. At minimum, I would have expected to be notified in advance if the florist was unable to fulfill the order. If I had been notified, I would have instructed them to cancel the delivery and issue my refund at that time. Unfortunately, I was not provided the opportunity to decide if I actually wanted something that I did not order.

This was either a wanton disregard for customer service, or an extreme lack of professionalism - or potentially both. Either way, you managed to reduce this gift that I took the time and consideration to plan for someone that is important in my life to a haphazard arrangement of random "freshest available" products. The offer of 35% off the product price is absolutely unacceptable - as, again, this isn't even the product I ordered.

Per the return policy on your website:
FlowerShopping.com offers a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from your purchase date. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, feel free to contact us. You can return your order within the satisfaction guaranteed time and we will either refund your money or redeliver a new product. Refunds are returned to the payment method on your original purchase and typically take 1 - 3 business days. Please advise when my total refund of $117.21 will be issued. I am more than happy to return the flowers (that I did not order) as I am still within the 7 day satisfaction guarantee window.

I will not order from this vendor again!

Ordered Teleflora Butterfky Sunrise Delixe arrangement for moms day. Site said if ordered before 3 PM it would be delivered that day. Placed odrer, paid and site then stated could only deliver if ordered before10 AM. Flowers not delivered until Tuesday which was two days later and the arrangement including container was NOT at all close to what I ordered- flowers looked like theynwere leftovers and not at all close to the ordered arrangement while container was somehing one could pick up at a dollar store. Immediately contacted company, sent photos and was told thyr had the right to subsititute. However in this case the subsitutuion policy SHOULD NOT apply as their policy states they can domthis if the flowers are to be delivered on a day of high demand like moms day. HoweveR these were delivered two days after the high demand day. Used this company in the past and had excellent results but will NEVER NEVER use them again-told them they have lost a customer for good.( didn't. Tell though that Imwork with 10,000 employees for more than 22 years, know most of them and that news travels fast in our organization. Hope they have so many customers they can afford to lose a few thousand!

This florist advertises as local but actually subcontracts to local florists. I ordered birthday flowers for a family member with same day delivery. Delivery did not happen during business hours, I advised I did not want delayed delivery. At 10:00PM we received a delivery confirmation and the flowers had not been delivered. Shortly after that a florist by a different name called the recipients house to arrange a next day delivery. I was provided that name and number by the recipient. I contacted that florist to advise them not to call the recipient and not to deliver the next day. This resulted in an onslaught of text messages from this 3rd party florist and then they left the flowers outside the recipient door at 12:30AM, where they froze overnight. Turned a gift to a disaster. I communicated all this to Flowershopping.con and they refused to credit the purchase.
