Absolutely the WORST

Worst customer service. Absolute disappointment. The florist did not have the flowers I ordered, this was 5 days ago. Then they decided to switch florists 5 days after my uncompleted order and then CHARGE ME for their change! Terrible, terrible, terrible. They also had me on hold for 20 minutes and the person who answered did nothing at all but take my name and said someone would call me back at some point? If I could give a negative amount of stars I absolutely would. So angry and disappointed and a huge waste of time. Do your job.

I want to start off by saying that I've never written a bad review in my life. Do not use this flower delivery service if you love your loved ones. Spent 96$ on same day delivery for flowers for my mom's birthday, 96$. Not only were they not delivered, I called and emailed customer service countless times only to receive no responses and no information on my order. I'm pretty sure this website is a scam, I've seen plenty other reviews refer to it as such, and the last thing you'd want to use for mother's day or any other occasion this year.

I would leave a negative star review if I could. I bought a very expensive flower arrangement that was to have a yellow round happy face mug. Instead they sent a white mug with black ink on it that ran all over the place when it got wet. This is a flower arrangement with water mind you and a mug that is meant to hold liquids!
Recipient was very disappointed. I can send pictures to anyone interested.

Incompetent

I DO NOT recommend this service to anyone. If only we could give the company "- stars" for a review. Horrible customer service. Advertises Sunday delivery, but can't provide it. The most nonsensical cancellation process for any business. Not very professional or understanding for those grieving. Service reps have no idea which florists FlowerShopping.com does business with, & unable to look it up in their system, or unwilling to provide it. Be wary... my refund for a service this company falsely advertised is turning into a nightmare.

Worst experience ever
October 11, 2019

Worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered the casket spray for my father-in-laws funeral. It was supposed to arrive on Friday for Saturday morning visitation before the funeral. The spray didn't arrive until after the service started on Saturday. When I asked for my money back they said "I'll have my supervisor call you back" about 5 times over the course of multiple phone calls. No one ever called back. What a tremendous disappointment and during such an emotional time no less.

TERRIBLE Customer Service
February 10, 2021

There are no words to explain the guy who picked up the phone. I am in customer service myself, and NEVER have I ever spoken to someone like this for a job I get paid to do. He was talking over me the entire time, raising his voice at me, and then finally hung up. I literally had to ask him if I was going to be able to get a single word in and he gave me the floor for all of 2 seconds before he cut me off again and then hung up the phone, when I spent 15 minutes on hold. I'm appalled that this person has a job. Seriously. On the Canadian side of things the complaints are the same as mine. I will never order from this place ever again, which is a huge shame, because the arrangement was perfect. Your customer service rep needs to be retrained, monitored, or fired.

Grocery store flowers
December 5, 2021

I ordered a bouquet of gerbera daisies to be sent to my daughter for her birthday. What she got was one gerbera daisy with a few other flowers that looked as if someone had stopped at a grocery store, bought a $10 bouquet and stuck it in a vase. I complained and they said they are allowed to substitute and offered me a 20% credit. Would anyone pay $65 plus delivery fee for this?

Beware of their "substitution policy". I ordered a very nice plant basket; however, they delivered a very cheap-looking basket, which did not resemble what I had ordered. Don't even bother with their useless "customer service". I would give this company zero stars, if possible.

Flowers delivered on time (woo!)
However, the flowers were poor quality and died after 2 days.
Flowers were not as pictured on the site either. When I contacted customer support they basically told me to kick rocks.

CoolNever ordering from these scam artists again.

Very Dissatisfied!

I ordered the DELUXE sunflower arrangement because they are my mother's favourite flowers and no sunflowers were included! It was mostly daisies.
How they classified it as deluxe, I don't know because the actual arrangement looked smaller than the photos on the website!
In addition, nowhere on the website does it state the prices are in U.S. funds so the total was much higher with the exchange rate!
Needless to say, I won't be ordering any more flowers from this website.

BEWARE
August 9, 2021

It's just awful, they ruined the holiday. Yesterday was my wife's birthday, I waited all day for delivery from them to surprise her. As a result, at 8 pm I received an email stating that they would not deliver my order. I made an order 4 days before the holiday. This is the worst experience! They offered compensation in the form of a free bouquet and didn't even deliver it, I'm waiting for a refund! BEWARE!

Order with caution

Flowers for a Birthday were never delivered after the order was confirmed.
No one had bothered to inform that no delivery will take place. Can you imagine sending flowers for a Birthday, paying for them, family waiting and nothing comes.
Horrible customer service.

Ordered an anniversary gift for my wife. Planned to have it dropped off during a special day at her job. Put the order in early and got my confirmation. 4 hours later I got a cancellation saying they don't go to my area. Hmmm if you don't deliver to my area then it should say that when you put in the zip code for delivery. Guess what with what is going on, now my wife doesn't get an anniversary gift. But why would they care doesn't affect them! I will never push business to them nor would I ever think about trying to use them again.

Ordered Mother's Day arrangement early. The flowers and container were nothing like what I ordered. Yes, the site does say they can substitute, but normally it is for a higher quality item, not an inferior product. After 2 weeks of emails and promised phone calls, I talked to a supervisor. Not only were they standing by there florist choice of substitutes, they would only give me 30% off price which was $75 for a coffee mug and flowers! I requested a full refund, which they refused since the product was already delivered. No effort was made to even try and send the correct item. I will never order from this company again. They were a new company to me, so I decided to try them out. Never will I shop at Flowershopping.com again and I would urge you not to either. There are so many other choices on line. I have sent or ordered hundreds of items online and was never treated like this before.

The pictures look beautiful but that is not what you will get. And don't assume that you will get actual flowers if the florist for some odd reason runs out of flowers. We ordered beautiful baskets with a mix of gorgeous flowers and plants and all we got were big green plants that looked NOTHING like the pictures and didn't have a single flower. We tried to work with customer service but they offered us a discount and refused to make it right by delivering what we actually ordered. I don't even think they originally planned to fulfill the order because the delivery person supposedly marked it delivered "by mistake" when it wasn't and then lied about it. Don't waste you money or aggravation on this terrible company.

Horrible Experience!

Horrible experience, the flowers we received were the worst possible quality with many of the flowers wilted -- the arrangement was also much smaller than advertised. The company does not stand by their satisfaction guaranteed commitment and dealing with their call centre is extremely painful. Very disappointing, stay away at all cost!

Scam

These people are a scam, I ordered flowers and a small teddy bear for my girlfriend to be delivered on her birthday to her work, paid an extra 5.95 to get them there before noon and they never got delivered. Customer service was useless, couldn't speak to a human on the phone, sent an email and they lied over and over again and refused to give my money back, just 5 dollars off my next order, needless to say that's never gonna happen and I beg all of you to not waste your money and order from these scammers, you'll be in the same boat as me... pissed off and out a lot of money.

Very skimpy arrangement
January 4, 2023

I ordered an arrangement spray for a family member's funeral. I was totally embarrassed and disappointed. I upgraded the order and wound up getting about 15 flowers in the arrangement for a total price of $162. That would be about $10 per flower. They did fill in with lots and lots of fern and palm leaves. Very skimpy arrangement! I will NEVER order from this place again and will tell all my family and friends about this!

I placed an order with this company which guaranteed delivery on my girlfriends birthday before 12pm, I even paid for rush delivery.
On the day of my girlfriends birthday not only did the order not show up, but no notice or phone call to explain. After staying they would reimburse me fully for their failure, they reimbursed an amount equal to $15 short of what I paid. Save your stress time and money, these people are crooks.

Ordering process was easy, and although I paid for rush delivery the Oder didn't show up on time…. I was offered a credit towards my next purchase and the rush order charges were deducted from my order. The customer response time was satisfactory. After sever emails I was sent an image of the delivery. Thank you for your follow-through, earned a 5 star in my books!
