Ordering process was easy, and although I paid for rush delivery the Oder didn't show up on time…. I was offered a credit towards my next purchase and the rush order charges were deducted from my order. The customer response time was satisfactory. After sever emails I was sent an image of the delivery. Thank you for your follow-through, earned a 5 star in my books!

Just Avoid
February 15, 2022

Order flowers for Valentine's Day(2. 14. 22). I had a bad feeling from the very start as the site gives no tracking information whatsoever. By the time it was 6:40 pm on Vday, I called their phone line with my confirmation number and the system simply says, "Your current order is in good standing and you'll only receive a message if changes are made". So that was obviously zero help. As I was taking out the trash, my phone buzzes and I see a email notification saying my flowers have been delivered at 6:58 pm - except I'm literally standing on my sidewalk taking out the 4th barrel. No delivery truck of any type had been down my street. It was clearly a false confirmation email. I checked my neighbors porches and nothing to be found. I'm not sure these flowers ever existed in the first place. I've spent 1 hour and 25 minutes on hold so far today without any type of response. At this point, I have zero hope of any type of refund. I would recommend to avoid, avoid, avoid.

This company is HORRIBLE. They do NOT deliver when they say they will. My boyfriend ordered flowers on 11/30/2021 to be delivered today, 12/02/2021 for my birthday. He received an email that the order was delivered. And it was NEVER delivered. He called customer service and they were nothing but rude and not helpful at all. The representative he spoke with who introduced herself as "B" and would not give him her actual name or anything to identify her employment to report to a manager or supervisor. She told him that this company didn't have any managers or supervisors. Coke to find out the order was sent to Mobile, Alabama when the confirmation clearly said Birmingham, Alabama. Please save yourself the money and headache of dealing with this highly unprofessional, sad excuse of a " business ".

Very bad service!

They promised me same day delivery. Paid extra, then no delivery. Said they didn't have the flower but worries it would go the next morning nothing. I called at least 6 times never a call back once from Tuesday to Tuesday. I had to call again 7 days later to cancel the order. They should not 've in business. What a waste of time & energy. They said at least your getting refunded. Really?

I recently used this company for the first time and was disappointed! I ordered an arrangement based on the image from their website. I thought it was a little expensive, but given the image and types of flowers I proceeded anyway. What a total let down! First, the order was scheduled for delivery the next DAY and it did not arrive until after 7 p.m.! The customer service was always unavailable per the recording and when I sent a text I did not get a response until 6:30 pm EST. Second when my sister sent me pictures of the arrangement it was so small and they used different flowers from the image and description. BEWARE this place does not deliver what you think you're buying. Lesson learned, I will only use well established vendors.

Ordered flowers for an anniversary and paid an extra rush fee for a Saturday delivery, but my order did not arrive until the following Tuesday! The flowers that arrived were not the bouquet that i had selected and the arrangement was a total disappointment. To make things worse I was over charged on my credit card bill even though I had a written invoice with a lower total price originally e-mailed to me. I will never order from this company again, and I'm mad enough to take legal action against them just to get even!

I ordered mothers day flowers on Wednesday morning for a Friday/Saturday/Sunday delivery. Sunday night... no flowers for my 72 yo mother. Called the customer service number, (She was nice) they did not have the name of the florist or phone number. I received an e-mail that said they were delivered on Friday. Mom does not leave the house, hasn't for a month, nothing delivered. They charged my card on Wednesday though...
There are 2 days a YEAR for flowers and they *&#ed it up! I would give 0 stars but not an option.

These guys are the WORST. I ordered flowers for a birthday and they promised to deliver and a couple of hours later they send me an email saying that they can only do it the next day. Who does that? Someone's birthday is once a year!

Dear XYZ, we are unable to deliver your order for ABC on 07/10/2017 as you have requested.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have created and can offer you a complimentary upgrade on your product if you would still like to have this rescheduled for delivery
Tomorrow.

Will never use these guys. Stay away from these people. They are only after your money!

I spent $100 for a beautiful arrangement of dusty pink roses and yellow lilies in a pale yellow vase- the picture of elegance. What my mother received was bright white flowers with red berries stuck in them in a Kelly green vase. When I complained to the company, Lisa in customer service told me that it is their policy to make any changes they want to your order and that they would not refund me despite the fact that there were zero similarities between the picture of the arrangement I ordered and the one that they delivered. Incredible! This is a sham company, do not use!

I included pictures of what I ordered vs. what was delivered.

Terrible!

Ordered a new baby boy bouquet featured on the website with a blue toy block as the vase and flowers of all blue and white. Instead, they delivered a plain glass vase with predominantly pink flowers & a clashing blue bow. When contacted, very rude & unapologetic & after multiple emails over weeks, finally issued only a partial refund.

Do not use them!

Ordered flowers and paid extra for delivery by 12:00 noon but never came. I received a call telling me the florist the use in my area closed so someone else was going to deliver the next day. I was also told I would get 10% off my order the express delivery cost back and an upgrade on my order. The next day the flowers came looklike $#*! and no upgrade and they didn't even look like the ones in the picture I ordered. I have only received less than $5.00 back.
Absolutely discussed with them. Use someone else if you can so maybe your anniversary gift won't be horrible and a embarrassing experience for your wife. Here are pictures of what I paid for and what I got delivered.

Poor Customer Service
December 18, 2017

Received an order which looked like it had not been finished... definitely not as advertised on their site. Contacted customer service and provided a picture of what I had received vs what I had ordered and their response was that sometimes they need to substitute flowers. This would be fine if they had actually done that... flowers were missing, just a lot of greens... and I had purchased the upgraded version so was expecting more, not less. Did not receive a credit or replacement.
Poor service all around.

WHAT A DISASTER!
January 8, 2023

I ordered flowers to be delivered to key employee for birth of baby. (It was a Friday.). Got an email confirmation and then a subsequent stating that it would be delayed until Monday. That was a problem as she was scheduled to leave on Sunday or Monday. Customer service (California Pacific time) said they would be open on Saturday. Called and message said not open. Order dept person stated they had no information. What a disaster! Not reliable. Let's see if I get a credit easily on my credit card

The first one was nicer than the other and we paid for the premium on the second, there were no party favors on either order as shown on page.
So disappointing, this was not the first time I ordered from them.
First time was good(pre covid) I did contact customer service and received a small discount as they felt the orders were similar to the advertised item.
Myself and the two families disagree sorry but will not be ordering from this Company again try your luck hopefully you get what you ordered

Very Disappointed
February 13, 2021

It is extremely disappointing that their representative called me last week and said that I need to pay extra from what was listed on the website because the local florist was asking for more money. Despite having to pay extra, I specifically asked the representative if my order would be substituted or am I receiving what is displayed on the website to which he told me no other changes were being made to my order. What I received today is definitely not worth the extra money I paid in fact it's not even worth the original price. Just look at the pictures! Whoever you guys went through did a horrible job. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing business.
1st photo is what I ordered and 2nd photo is what I received.
Will never do business with them again.

Horrible
May 9, 2021

Sent my mom a 3 pink flower arrangement. She received 5 yellow roses. I paid over 80$. They wouldn't refund or even discount it. I sent the order 3 days prior to delivery. Plenty of time to contact me and ask if I wanted to proceed with the order. Won't happen ever again.

One month ago I ordered a birthday flower arrangement for an elderly friend. At that time my order was paid for and confirmed for a delivery date of 8/13. Two days ago I was advised that this delivery was unavailable but for an additional charge of $15 they could make it work. They processed a refund for original order which I have not received and didn't accept the requested additional $15. So there will be no flowers for an 85 year old woman and still awaiting a $60+ refund. Beware and do not order even a single flower from this company. I'm contacting their local BBB to report this experience.

Deceitful

This organization is a misleading. I called flowers were ordered and delivered they confirmed my price on the phone with me and at no time did they say this would be in US funds. Sure it is written in extra small on their website, I missed this as they quickly pointed out to their customer. When I explained how deceived I felt they said there is nothing they could do. Order that I was told would cost 76.67 cost $110.00. I would have never paid that price for such a small arrangement. They should be honest when reviewing the cost with customers THIS IS IN US FUNDS. I would have cancelled immediately!

Flowershopping.com has ruined my 30-years wedding anniversary by violating their promise to deliver the flowers to my wife's office before noon at the extra charge for early delivery. They were late and ignored my several phone call requests not to deliver after scheduled time. She went away on the business trip and didn't receive her flowers
