Disappointment with their arrangements

Disappointment with their arrangements I ordered a deluxe tea cup arrangement for my sister. On top that I had to order it twice because they cancel my first order because it couldn't deliver on time my sister got her arraignment yesterday and it's totally different from what I order it doesn't look nothing alike from what I order I order the deluxe arrangement and they only deliver in arrangement with six roses the vase is not even the same and I pay $80 and not working it that's false advertisement and a really disappointment first time ordering with them in my last time ordering with them

Ordered an orchid arrangement for my wife's birthday. Paid for a premium arrangement with rush delivery. Didn't get it until 4pm, the arrangement that arrived looks nothing like the picture on their site - mostly lilies, didn't see any orchids. Paid a total of $142.85. $20.90 being delivery fee. Picture with white background is from their site. Ordered premium version of that. Other picture is what I received.

NOT THE LARGE PREMIUM FLOWERS I ORDEREDLIKE ON THE PICTURE SHOWED LIKE 4 DOZEN ROSES, DELIVERED ON DAY EARLY THAN I REQUESTED, MISSING MYLER BALLOONS I PAID FOR, REGULAR 3 BALLOONS HAD NO AIR LAYING FLAT ON FLOWERS, BEAR WAS MEDIUM NOT LARGE, CHOCOLATES SMALL ALSO THE ENTIRE ORDER WAS A TOTAL DISASTER AND PRICE OMG EXTREMELY PISSED OFF WHO WOULD PAY ALMOST $400 FOR THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE NOT WORTH NOT EVEN $50, EMAILED AND CALLED NO ONE WILL ANSWER TO THIS

I placed an order 8 days before Valentines Day. It was supposed to be delivered on Valentines Day. Around 11am, they sent me an email informing me they would not be able to deliver the flowers. I tried to get someone on the phone (their email said to call). There were no customer service agents available. They cancelled my order and it was too late for me to get flowers delivered. I'm very disappointed and would never recommend this company to anyone. I will pick a competent company next time.

Absolute trash

I'm in the military so I'm gone a lot and I ordered a $160 dollar arrangement for my wife with a stuffed animal and a card the card didn't even make sense they left words out and put dumb s@&$ on it the arrangement had a few flowers but was filled with f@&$ Ing branches and the stuffed animal looked like it was in a roller bin at goodwill if you see this review DO NOT BUY FROM THESE POS

I've used this company for five years to deliver flowers to my fiancé at her work. I never had an issue until this year, and it was a nightmare. I ordered flowers for $120 deluxe size like I do every year. Companies policy is if the flowers you ordered are out of stock they will replace them with fresh flowers that are equal or greater than the ones ordered. The flowers delivered were half the size, had dead roses and for some reason had a lot of cranberries in it. It look like an ugly Christmas bouquet. Initially we thought we got the wrong order but when I reached out to the customer service, they said it was correct and they replace with flowers that we're equal or greater to the ones I purchase, which is utter nonsense. Paying that much money for flowers they definitely messed up. They offer me 15% off credit back on my card but that is unacceptable. They lost a reoccurring customer and I will never be shopping with them again. The first photo is what I ordered the second is the ugly replacement flowers.

Flowers not as pictured

Ordered a beautiful heart shaped arrangement for a friend's funeral. I was embarrassed by the arrangement I saw when I arrived at the funeral parlor. It was NOTHING like the picture on the website. Wasn't even heart shaped. And the message written on the ribbon that I paid additional fee for appeared to have been written by a child. I contacted flowershopping.com and sent pictures of what the website showed and what was delivered. Their response was that the florist used the correct recipe! I was reimbursed only 20% of the price of the flowers and the complete refund for ribbon. I have never used them before nor will I take a chance on them again. I do not recommend flowershopping.com. Attached is a screenshot of what I was led to believe I was buying and a picture of what was delivered. Completely different!

I would highly recommend you turning your cheek and ordering from the local florist or another flower company. My husband ordered me flowers with a human on line and specifically asked for a certain arrangement and showed the person the arrangement he wanted me to receive. This arrangement was one that was to brighten my day as it was my son's heavenly 32nd birthday. The arrangement was not even close nevermind that it was totally not even worth the money spent. DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING

Use a local Florist

I ordered flowers for a friends funeral. The customer rep was hard to understand, but eventually had the order. This morning the date of the funeral she called and said they could not make the delivery.
Go elsewhere! They do not even deserve one star.

Sent wrong flower arrangement

Sent the wrong flower arrangement and said in the small print they have the right to substitute flowers or in my case vehicle I orderd a 1948 ford pickup not a red mustang that had half the flowers in it and I ordered the premium most expensive back and forth with flower shopping.com they are terrible to deal with bate and switch is what they do totally very disappointing to me that they are so unprofessional and not trying to make this right do yourself a favor 1800 flowers is who you want to call

Horrible

I'd give this company zero stars if I could. I placed an order first thing in the morning for same day delivery. Over 6 hours later I decided an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order. The flowers were being sent to an address is a busy business area and yet their excuse was they couldn't find a florist to fulfill the order. I called local florists who told me they were never contacted for the order but unfortunately it was after 4pm that I was notified and couldn't find a florist to deliver at that time. I'd never recommend this company. Their customer service representative was of zero help.

Flowershopping is NOT a local business. It's an American business who pays to local florists. Flowers arrived they next day and because we called and wrote to them. We got a LOWER
Quality and very different arrangement to the photo in the web page for more than 80 dolars. No es un negocio local. Es un negocio norte Americano que paga tiendas locales. Al entrar a www.flowershopping.com en la barra de arriba dice: "family owned and operated, highest quality-lowest prices, support your local florist" pero no es verdad. El negocio está en Nevada y lo que llegó fué de una floristeria local de Canadá con nombre diferente.
La orden llegó al siguiente día del pedido y eso que lo pagamos con más de una semana de anticipación y fuimos nosotros quienes llamamos y escribimos. Ellos respondieron a los mensajes pero lo que llegaron fue una flores con un poconón de ramaje que no tiene nada que ver con lo que pedimos. El valor de más de 80 dólares incluyendo caso 19 dólares por el envío no justifican unas flores y un arreglo de menor calidad y totalmente diferente al original de la página.

Chose them because they showed they had Saturday delivery dates available along with the specific flower I wanted. They DID NOT make it on time and different flowers were delivered. Customer service was not helpful and offered me $10 back for my troubles on a $115 purchase. Dont use.

Don't waste your money like me!

I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday. I paid for an upgrade to premium and to add balloons. Not only did they not give me balloons, or an upgrade, the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to have a beautiful glass butterfly vase, they replaced it with a smaller tin. Not realizing this is in US currency (my fault) in total this came to $170 Canadian. Severely disappointed is understatement. I contacted the company and they offered me 15% back- that doesn't even cover the extra balloons I ordered. Biggest scam ever. Here is what it should have looked like before the premium upgrade and here's what I got after the "upgrade" and with the extras I paid for and didn't receive.

Did not deliver, terrible customer service

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. I got a notification that they were delivered, but my mother was home all day and received no delivery. When I called customer service, the representative told me they would look into it. No return phone call. Next day I emailed customer service, received a response asking whether I would still like the flowers delivered. I replied yes; still no flowers delivered, and no response from customer service. It's now 3 days since the original delivery date. I sent her another email, and received an automated reply "due to high request volume..." etc. This place has terrible customer service, and my mother got no flowers for her birthday. Would not recommend.

WHAT A DISASTER!
January 8, 2023

I ordered flowers to be delivered to key employee for birth of baby. (It was a Friday.). Got an email confirmation and then a subsequent stating that it would be delayed until Monday. That was a problem as she was scheduled to leave on Sunday or Monday. Customer service (California Pacific time) said they would be open on Saturday. Called and message said not open. Order dept person stated they had no information. What a disaster! Not reliable. Let's see if I get a credit easily on my credit card

Very skimpy arrangement

I ordered an arrangement spray for a family member's funeral. I was totally embarrassed and disappointed. I upgraded the order and wound up getting about 15 flowers in the arrangement for a total price of $162. That would be about $10 per flower. They did fill in with lots and lots of fern and palm leaves. Very skimpy arrangement! I will NEVER order from this place again and will tell all my family and friends about this!

Spend The Extra Money at FTD

My wife ordered a flower arrangement for his sister who just caught Covid. She spent $96.05 which included same day delivery and a balloon that said "get well soon". The arrangement that was delivered was not what my wife ordered. It was a happy birthday arrangement for someone's mother. She contacted customer service and was given the run around. Then they claim they could only refund of 20% of the entire order. How does 20% suffice for their lack of professionalism?! My wife and I are literally being robbed for $75 dollars due to the florist delivering the wrong order. Honestly people, spend the extra money and go to FTD or 1800 Flowers dot com. Most of the complaints on the Better Business Bureau site were similar to mine. Wrong order delivered and a disgusting 20% refund. Stay away from these guys. It's worth the extra money to get the right order delivered.
