Not as advertised

I ordered flowers and first I got word that the arrangement I chose wasn't available but could offer a "designer's choice" arrangement that would be comparable. I agreed as by then I couldn't order from elsewhere and get it there in time. Then I got a message saying it couldn't be delivered as promised but they would give a $10 rebate to make up for it. At that point of course there aren't any options so I said fine.

I got a photo of what was delivered and it is not at all comparable to the arrangement we paid $71 for and had expected. What we got was significantly smaller with fewer flowers than the image of what we ordered, and had it been on the photo gallery with that price tag, I would never have ordered it.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered same day delivery for a sick friend. The delivery never arrived. I called customer service the next day and the woman said she would track my order and call me right back. 4 hours later I still had not heard from her, so I called back only to find they were CLOSED. I sent an email and their response was "we got your cancellation request". WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST. Then I got another email stating they are unable to deliver in my area. They can't deliver to Walnut Creek? 4 days later and I still have not gotten my refund. Terrible terrible service.

We sent flowers to my mother-in-law for Christmas to be delivered on the 23rd so she had her centerpiece for Christmas. Apparently they didn't have enough drivers so they went ahead and canceled my order without my knowledge or an email letting me know that this was happening. This is unacceptable.

If you want flowers delivered, do NOT order from this company. They won't be delivered. I ordered flowers for a funeral in Quebec only to find out after I emailed them 2 days after the funeral asking if they had been delivered, was told they don't have a florist in the area and didn't I get an email from them? NO! There was no email and why would their website allow me to order in the first place. So my Aunt had no flowers from her family in Ontario. This company needs to be reported! They said they'd give me a full refund but that's not the point. The fact that we had no flowers sent to my Aunt's funeral is unacceptable. I see many other people writing about the same problem. This company is a disgrace!

I placed an order and was immediately sent an email that my order was canceled. Now I am waiting 3-5 business days to get the money refunded. When I called they had no other option for me. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Wilted Flowers

Cut flower bouquet arrangement for funeral was embarrassing! It looked NOTHING like the photo, I understand the substitution policy, that's understandable, but the ARRANGEMENT was a bouquet of wilted flowers that were dropping pedals and looked like a store bought bouquet that was stuck in a plain clear vase. Totally unacceptable! I contacted customer service and sent photos. They said the flowers were not wilted and within the substitution policy. Order from a reputable local florist! Unless you don't mind being embarrassed. I included a photo of the arrangement I ordered for comparison.

I'm living in Canada, my fiancee is in Oregon. She was going through a hard time and I thought maybe send her some flowers.
Thursday evening I received an email saying it was delivered.
At night I realized she didn't mention anything, I called them and they said (sorry), few moments later an email came saying it was not delivered. The agent said someone will call me the next day, never received a call.
Friday noon I called, again I received another (sorry) and a promise to deliver it Friday evening. Nothing again.
Today is Saturday I called them again and received another (sorry) and the story this time was the florist can't deliver to that address (which is not true as this is the second time I'm placing an order, and it arrived just fine the last time).
Long story short, I got a 3 beautiful (sorry's) and an order cancelation.

WORST Florist Online Experience EVER

WORST experience ever. Website said they made deliveries to a particular ZIP and that I could have my order delivered on the following day I paid for the flowers and extra for the delivery. I then get an email the day the delivery was scheduled saying I must pay an additional $20.00 because they didn't actually deliver to that Zip code area and the flowers would be delivered the following day! ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Needless to say, I canceled my order.

Bait and switch fraudsters

I purchased nice bouquet of flowers for my wife for our newborn baby boy titled Baby's First Block by Teleflora - Blue. I received a substandard bouquet with gender neutral booties vase instead with yellow dandelions instead of numerous white roses instead and a droopy balloon. I paid for the Premium 'best' to ensure the arrangement was full. I contacted flowershopping and they say their disclaimer allows them to provide comparable flowers and vase if not available, so they stand behind shady florists who pick up the order based on the $$$ knowing they cannot provide the item purchased. Flowershopping said I needed to specify in the Comments that I want exact arrangement, no substitutions - seriously, what kind of nonsense is this. The florist is known offender but flowershopping refuses to refund my money although I went to the florist to hand return the arrangement within 24 hours! Stay away, flowershopping are fraudsters and endorse bait and switch florists.

NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. They did not deliver them. When I tried to follow-up, my only option was to send an email. I received an auto-reply, but never a response the next day regarding why the flowers were not delivered. The next afternoon, I called & spoke to a very curt woman. She never apologized for the issue. She placed me on hold for 6 minutes & then I was disconnected. I called back & the same woman answered. She refused to apologize. She also let me know that they wouldn't be delivering the flowers. I feel like this company is a scam. Seems that they were never going to deliver the flowers that I paid for. Let's hope I can get my money back!
I was also disappointed to see that while they have many 5 star reviews on their website, I couldn't see any way to leave a review. Are those reviews even real if a customer can't leave one?

Good selection. Bad delivery.

I live in IL. Friend was in hospital in AZ. Ordered a $175 gift tray to be delivered to his hospital room. Didn't arrive on day promised. Multiple problems. Was delivered to some random location in the medical complex, not to the room or floor. Did not notify us where it was left. Form asks for recipients phone number. Should be contact person as he was in hospital. Checked his phone and was a call from AZ florist but no message as to where it was delivered. Customer service closed so no way to contact them to check on order. Daughter of friend saw the gift sitting unattended at a reception desk in the lobby and took it. Customer service called next day but seemed disinterested in correcting the issues surrounding the delivery. If you are not going to deliver to the individual specified on the order, contact SOMEONE to tell them where the item is. Will not use this company again. There are too many other flower delivery services on line to bother with this company. Do not recommend.

Couldn't deliver with no notice

Ordered flowers 3 days before my wife's birthday, premium package, for delivery on her birthday. Never received them, no email or phone call that it couldn't be delivered. I called their customers service the fallowing day. Customer service was friendly and apologetic, and told me an automated email was sent when they couldn't find a local florist to fulfill the order. I checked my spam fold and couldn't find any such email. A cancellation email was received shortly after my call with them however.

I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR. I ORDERED FROM THEIR WEBSITE TODAY 12/1/22. THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 24 RED ROSES WITH BABY'S BREATH FOR MY MOM FOR HER ANNIVERSARY. THEY DELIVERED 12 PURPLE AND YELLOW ROSES WITH SOME TYPE OF GREENERY. THEY LOOK LIKE TRASH. I SAID I WOULD LIKE SOME TYPE OF REFUND AND THEY EMAILED ME BACK AND SAID THEY CANCELED THE ORDER WITH THE MIDDLEBORO FLORIST AND THEY WILL BE GOING TO MY MOMS TO TAKE BACK THE FLOWERS. THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Horrible service

Very terrible service and product, I would give negative stars if possible. I ordered for same day delivery, and it was not delivered that day. I got a call from someone saying they were delivery the next morning because the business was closed when they got there. I called again 2 days later asking if it was delivered and was told that it was delivered and they will get more details from the driver. I called again after speaking to the receiver saying she did not receive flowers to let flower shopping know it was not delivered and they finally got back to me saying it will be delivered today. The flowers did not look at all like the photo, and it says in their statement that they will make an arrangement closest and freshest. The arrangement looked like flowers thrown into a vase and they put clear cellophane wrapping with two ugly pigtails on it. Customer service is not helpful at all, never ever ever use this company!

Unreliable

After several attempts to reach out to said driver or florist, to deliver within a reasonable time frame (8 hours) they simply never responded to the messages, and the recipient never received the flowers, to boot. Their system doesn't allow them to reach out to anyone.
So upsetting and disappointing!
I would never use such a lame service again, ever! Very unreliable.
Always call a florist directly.
Lesson learned.

Don't buy from here!

I contacted flower shopping to deliver a nice flowering plant for my sister-in-law, who was really having a hard time. I thought a plant would cheer her up. See pictures what she received. It was embarrassing! Flower Shopping says the florist said there was nothing wrong with the plant. Obviously there is. Since the plant was for my sister-in-law, I wanted them to either replace the plant or reimburse me so I can order a new one. They are not going to do either. Instead they're giving me 25% off the price. My sister-in-law will still have the same pathetic plant. Not happy!

Fraudulent! Don't use!

Actually, I give it 0 stars! A few weeks ago, I ordered a flower arrangement through FlowerShopping.com for my brother-in-law in Washington, WV. He sent me a picture when he received it. I was appalled! It looked nothing like the arrangement I thought I ordered and thought someone made a mistake! He said it was from Sandy's Florist in Belpre. I called the Customer Complaint Line for the website and emailed the pictures as requested. They apologized and offered me a 15% refund! Seriously? I wanted the florist to send a replacement, even a glass vase of fall mums or daisies would have been acceptable, but they refused, and I couldn't reach the florist directly. Then I was offered a 20% refund, which I refused. I was told that the florist used the freshest available product and the best container for this design, and copied me their substitution policy, which states 'we will only substitute items of equal or higher value'. Again, SERIOUSLY? The Customer Service rep, Hope, said the florist followed the 'Recipe'! The RECIPE is seriously FLAWED! After a couple more emails, and more apologies for my unhappiness, I accepted the 20% refund, since they refused to do anything else, but I will NEVER use this company again, nor the florist!
