Worthless outfit

You had better have my total money back in my account asap tomorrow morning... 07/07/2022... you failed to deliver my order by noon as per paying extra for but you never even had them there by 10:30 this evening as I am typing this... so a full refund had better be posted Pronto... I no longer want any business doings with you... her birthday only comes one day a year n you $#*!ed it up for her... still waiting on the refund

Ordered the premium bouquet for a funeral and paid extra for Sunday delivery. Actual bouquet was small and nothing like the photo shown online. The upgrade was not evident, certainly not worth the extra money. To top it all off, the bouquet was delivered on Saturday instead. Terrible customer service, they apparently don't care about good customer relations or their reputation. The only reason their ads show up on top in a search is because they pay for Google adwords. Recommend working directly with local florists instead of this company.

I ordered what looked like a gorgeous arrangement (see photos below) for a friend who lives in Canada. The website was easy to use and I had no trouble placing my order. My friend received her flowers on time, but when she sent me a photo, I was embarrassed! Two roses, three carnations and a couple of daisies! Nothing like the photo I ordered from. I contacted their customer service and after several emails back and forth they refunded me $5. I'll never order from his company again!

Paid for more and got less

I complained of getting many fewer flowers than what was pictured for even the standard level when I paid more to upgrade to a higher level. I was told that florist substitution policies were followed and since the flowers were not wilted or dying, there is nothing FlowerShopping.com can do. I am disappointed in my order and by what the recipient likely now thinks of me based on the skimpy arrangement delivered as a thank you.

It was November when I ordered 'Be Happy' bouquet for my girlfriend. She was moving into a new place and needed cheering up so I ordered her flowers that had smiley face vase. They ended up sending a 'Spring is on it's way' vase! Instead of being cute and thoughtful it was dumb and laughable. I reached out to customer service and they said they didn't have the smiley face vase in stock and it was their policy to find a 'suitable replacement'. This is complete $#*! and not suitable in the slightest bit. Nor did they inform me of the substitution or ask for my thoughts at all! They still have not issued me a refund but I told them I'd just be happy if they sent the correct vase I ordered. They haven't done $#*! and are not ignoring me, hence my push to writing reviews to garner their attention & rectify as well as inform others of this really poorly run company that doesn't care about their customers.

Paid over $100 for a tiny bouquets. It was supposed to be roses and sunflowers. They substituted every flower and put in others saying they were of higher value. The flowers started visibly dying in less than 1 day. They are currently trying to give me $10 back for the terrible service. Do not use this company! They have terrible customer service and do not care about your satisfaction.

Never Use FlowerShopping

This website is a complete scan. I spent almost $160 on a Mother's Day arrangement for my mom, but I received a small arrangement, with only a few flowers. I immediately contacted the company to explain that I did not receive what I ordered. They asked me to send in some photos which I did right away. After several follow ups, it took a few months before someone from the company responded. Lisa, the customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. She offered me a 30% refund, citing the fact that I had "accepted" delivery, and therefore, that was the best she could do. I explained that I had not accepted delivery, as the flowers were left in the lobby. Given the size of the arrangement, which at most was worth $50, and the fact that it took months for the company to respond, I requested a full refund. Lisa curtly told me that they would issue me only 30% back and that was final. I would never order from this company again. Horrible product! Horrible customer service!

If you want your order to be delivered don't use this company. I ordered flowers on Tuesday they said they would absolutely deliver them. Never happened! Next day after an apology email and promises no delivery again. Then the third day no delivery again. I cancelled asked for refund now they said it will be few days. My daughter never got her flowers to our disappointment!

Not what I ordered with no acceptable solution
April 20, 2023

I ordered a brightly colored planter for my best friend's mother who is in the hospital. I understood it may not be exactly the same, but what I ordered and what she received were very different. An office plant? It is mid-spring and it was not possible to come up with a flowering plant of any kind? When I emailed customer service they said they used the freshest plants available and would credit me $15 of my $100 spent. I have ordered flowers online for years and never have I encountered such terrible service.

I ordered flowers "as shown" from their website. What my wife received was nothing like what was pictured. When I emailed them, they took 2 days to respond and then only offered a 10% discount because it was "within their substitution policy". This company purposely misleads their customers. Do not order from them.

Grocery store flowers at premium florist prices

This company grossly misrepresents the flowers they offer. And could care less to make it right. Not only does the product not meet the standards of what was pictures, I paid for an upgraded "deluxe" version. Buyer beware, shop local and avoid this scam, plastic vase worth $5 and flowers you could buy for $15 at your local supermarket.

Complete fail by this company! I went searching for an arrangement that included a stuffed animal because mom really doesn't like flowers and I wanted her to have a keepsake. The disclaimer of substituting flowers and container I was perfectly fine with. When the arrangement arrived they had substituted a 1 1/2 inch wooden bee on a stick for the stuffed animal. I called the florist and flowershopping.com and got no satisfaction. They felt what I got was of equal or higher value. So shopper beware, you may not get what you paid for!

I spent over $100.00 for a premium order and got nothing even close to the picture online!
The online arrangements that was delivered doesn't look fresh! It looks very scanty and not and Some of the flowers were already looking limp on the day of delivery. This is unacceptable

Pathetic service

I ordered flowers for both of my daughters for mothers day on April 28. Orders were to be delivered on may 8th. One daughter received flowers on the 8th, my other daughter was a fiasco. I called on the 8th to get status and was to get a call back. Didn't happen. I call again on the 9th, again was suppose to get a call back, didn't happen. Called back on the 10th, same result. Called back on the 11th, and finally received a call back saying they couldn't get in contact with florist, and that an attempt would be made on 5-12-24. Finally my daughter received flowers late on the 12th. The flowers were basically just thrown in a vase, disgusting arrangement, smaller than what i ordered. I will never shop with them again, and recommend you don't either or you will be in for a disappointment.

Disgusting

Horrible arrangement delivered. Looked like a 5 year old picked some flowers and plopped them in a vase. I am contacting my bank and presenting them with evidence and hopefully will get my money refunded unless I hear back from this shoddy company. I have photos if anyone would like to view.

I ordered flowers and paid extra $18 for same day delivery. A total of over $90. They did not deliver the flowers and the timing was very important. No one called me to tell me that they would not be delivered nor did I receive any explanation. There is no one answering my calls since it is already past business hours.

We paid over $82 (including delivery) for the deluxe arrangement pictured below. What she got was yellow roses! Not at all the same shape, flowers, or even colors! As long as the flowers they send are fresh - you are screwed!
What a scam! Never again!

Order sent nothing like online photo

Ordered birthday flowers for my niece. Photo #1 shows what was on their website called Poetry In Purple Bouquet by Teleflora. Photo #2 is what was sent. The flowers look old and wilted. Cont as credit their customer service response was they use replacement items if ordered items were unavailable. Terrible will never use again.

I will NEVER use this business EVER again. I ordered on Monday before 3pm EST to be delivered same day. Got an email (not a call) stating it would be Tuesday. I called and changed the address on Tuesday since she was leaving the hospital. I once again was told not a problem they will take care of it. It was never delivered. I then get an email stating they cannot be delivered on Wednesday stating I will need to pay more. Now we are 3 days in with no flowers delivered. I called and stated this was not my error and should not be charged extra. I asked to talk to a manager and all she said was to send an email which would do nothing. I then said fine, charge me the extra fee, just get it delivered and then was told they cannot guarantee delivery since the holiday coming up. Are you kidding me? I ordered them on Monday. I had no choice but to get a refund (which will take another 3 to 5 business days). Not to mention the customer service rep hung up on me once I said I will take a refund. I did get very upset with her, but you can understand why. When a company makes a mistake (even if it's only an additional $18) THEY should take care of it since it was their fault in the beginning. The customer should never have to pay more because of the company's incompetencies. It had been a complete nightmare. Never in my life have I ever had this many problems ordering flowers. In the future, if there are issues then they should always CALL not email. There is a reason we provide phone numbers. I truly hope nobody ever has to go through this again

Birthday Flowers

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. Picked out a nice arrangement on their web site called (Pretty Please). I also did read that they could substitute other flowers or vase of like price. I got the picture of the arrangement ( mostly greenery hardly any flowers.) The 19.99 box of chocolates that I ordered to go with the arrangement, was a cellophane bag. Very cheap looking. I call this false advertising. Very disappointed.
