Worst place to get flowers. Cant get a hold of anyone. Will not deliver on promises. Ordered flowers for a special event paid extra for same day deliver and they came 5 days later.

Stay away!

I recently placed an order with this company with high hopes for a special occasion. However, my experience turned out to be an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I placed the order on 12/29, expecting a delivery on 12/30. Did I receive it on time? Absolutely not. The delivery was delayed until 1/2, completely ruining the intended moment.

To make matters worse, the item I ordered was a cymbidium, but what I received was a sad-looking phalaenopsis that was half dead, dumped unceremoniously in a cheap tin can with a price tag of $3.99 still attached to it. It was evident that no care or attention had been given to the arrangement or presentation. It felt like a blatant scam, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.

I attempted to contact customer service, but to my dismay, they were completely nonexistent. No response to emails, and when I had the audacity to call, their so-called "help" was utterly useless. It's as if they purposely ignored their customers, leaving us in the dark with no resolution or assistance.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this whole experience. This company has proven to be untrustworthy, providing subpar products and an abysmal level of customer service. Save your time, money, and special moments by avoiding this company at all costs. There are far better options out there that actually value their customers.

Bate and switch
April 28, 2020

I sent a "Deluxe" Blooming Garden Basket ($80) to my friend to cheer her up. It was a basket of green plants filled with THREE different types of flowers (description: One wicker basket with handle arrives brimming with blooming African violet, azalea, miniature rose and hypoestes plants and a small green ivy plant.) When the arrangement arrived it ONLY HAD GREEN PLANTS THERE WERE NO FLOWERS AT ALL (most definately not "brimming with blooming flowers". I contacted customer service and their response was "we have the right to substitute out flowers if needed". I would have been fine if they substitued out flowers but to not include ANY flowers is unethical. I will never use them again. Spent $80 for something she could have digged up from her back yard. Buyer beware (as other reviews have said)

Do not use this company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for a funeral. I called the company, as I wished to upgrade the flowers featured on their website. I was already ordering the premium package, which is the best arrangement they make in that style. I asked the saleswomen if I could add roses and lilies to the already existing array of flowers. She put me on hold and checked with her supervisor. She returned to the phone and assured me I was able to get the arrangement on the website, plus roses and lilies. I was very clear and she repeated my request clearly and correctly. The flowers that were delivered did not have one rose or lily. I called customer service to inform them of the error. They said the order did not have notes regarding roses and lilies. She was basically calling me a liar. She asked me if I took a picture of the flowers. I told her they were for a funeral and it would not have been appropriate to do so. After explaining in great detail and getting nowhere, I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said she was a supervisor. I asked to speak to her superior and she said I would have to put my complaint in writing. She offered me a $7 credit, which was half the delivery price. I did not have an issue with the delivery. I paid in excess of $150. I told her I was planning on doing a review of her company and she said okay. If you need customer service from this company, you will be needing a lot of luck as well.

I ordered flowers for my sister's funeral several days early. The day of the service I got to the funeral home and they were not there. I tried calling but was sent to voice mail. Then I noticed that there was a voice call from them a few hours before the service, but because my cell service in the area was weak I never got it. No email was sent. I finally got another call the next day saying they were sorry and offered a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. USE A LOCAL FLORIST.

Never order from this company. They are just brokers who have no control over the florists they use. GO DIRECT to the florist themselves.

I placed two orders with Flowershopping.com. One for Mothers Day and one for my daughters graduation. Mothers day came with a disclaimer that it could be delivered a day early or a day late. I was fine with that. The flowers were never delivered. When I contacted Flowershopping.com they attempted to reach the florist and were unable. I cancelled that order. I then asked for them to contact the florist for the graduation order. Again, they could not reach that florist as well. So I cancelled that order.

I immediately received a refund for the graduation order. But now, over two weeks later, I have yet to receive a refund for the non-delivered and cancelled Mothers Day order. I have reached out 3 times and each time it is a different story. The only similarity in experience during those three calls was the fact that the representatives do not have a clue as to how their business runs or how credit cards are processed. They are also very snarky and rude.

Going forward I will ALWAYS call a local florist as opposed to using a flower broker like Flowershopping.com. It is not hard to look up a few florists in the town you are delivering to and deal direct with the store. They do not even deserve 1 star.

So ridiculous

Ordered flowers from here for my friend after she had her new baby. They were supposed to be delivered to the hospital the next day. The next day I get a call that they couldn't be delivered because the duck vase was missing a pink hat, but they could still send it with a white hat. Sure not a big deal. Claimed they could absolutely get it to her before she was discharged from the hospital the next day. My friend is discharged the next afternoon and I haven't heard anything. So I call her the next day (it's now been 4 days since the initial order) and she never got them. I called the company directly and they said it had been delayed again, but wouldn't say why this time. Clearly never intending to let me know apparently! Now I give them her home address since she has left the hospital and they offer an upgrade which I accept. An hour later I get a call saying that they no longer have the duck, but they can do an elephant. However, they claim that the elephant would be an additional $40 charge. Excuse me?! Why do I have to pay extra for all of your mistakes, couldn't that be the upgrade. No, I'm told only a manager could make that call. So I ask to speak to a manager. Of course there isn't one there today, how convenient! My only other option was to cancel my order. Which of course I did. This whole process was stressful and unprofessional. I'm hoping I get my money back, but have a feeling the whole thing was a scam and they are an awful and horrible company. Save your money and stress by looking else where!

Misleading Currency
February 17, 2022

I do appreciate that the company managed to deliver what I ordered at the appropriate time and my purchased was well received by the recipient. However, I was not impressed by their misleading prices in USD. I was unaware that the prices were in USD. My perceived $86 CAD purchase turned out to be over $110 CAD. The website does not have currency or currency options listed, nor does it have an option to show local currency (I will make a note here that if there is something on their website regarding currency, it is not readily viewable or accessable or visible. Most reputable website have currency in the top corner or their website or their website has country flags, or currency indications). I did a web search for local "Canadian" florists that deliver and it appeared like their website/company was Canadian. The link to their website had ".../Canada/..." in the link, which would suggest that the organization was aware that I was a Canadian customer and I should be viewing prices in Canadian dollars. I find that their website is very misleading with regards to currency.

HORRIBLE!

Horrible! I orderd the Possibly Pink Arrangement (IMAGE RIGHT)and what was delivered looking nothing like the arrangement - cheap and wilted flowers, differernt shape and color vase- no arrangment- no lilies at all (IMAGE LEFT). I complained and they tried to offer me a 15% refund and tell me that the flowers were "close" to what the picture showed. This place is a fraud - Bait and Switch operation. DO NOT ORDER flowers from this site. I have already reported them the Better Business Bureau and you can see all of their complaints. They need to be shut down.

FIRST OFF, THOUGHT I WAS GOING THOUGH LOCAL FLOREST BUT SOMEHOW GOT TO THEM FLOWER SHOPPING. PLACED ORDER ON A MONDAY AFTERNOON WAS TO DELIVER THAT SAME DAY(PAID A BIT MORE FOR THAT). IT IS NOW THURSDAY AND HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE (JOKE) THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY THEY ARE AN ANSWERING SERVICE FOR FLOWER SHOPPING. THEY KNEW NOTHING. IT'S A SCAM. CANCELED ORDER WILL LET ALL KNOW IT I GET MY MONEY BACK. STAY AWAY!

Do not Order the Christmas theme Pepperment Posies arrangement being promoted if the delivery area is Niagara Falls Ontario. And if you are in other areas, check to see if they are even selling the arrangement they advertised

I ordered the deluxe size Pepperment Posies and was so disappointed as that was not the arrangement delivered, they delivered an entirely different arrangement.

When I complained to the florist I was told I should have read the 'disclaimer' that states " flowers, plants or container" may be substituted. In my case, the whole arrangement was substituted, the one delivered is not the one I ordered. It was not a christmas theme arrangement. It was simply 'red and white flowers in a red vase'.

Take a look at the website to see the image of Pepperment Posies arrangement I ordered, and this is the photo of what was delivered.

When I complained and demanded they either send a complementary arrangement of the item I ordered, or refund me the full amount I paid, all they would offer was a 20% refund of my purchase price.

Save yourself disappointment and heartache. Do not order this arrangement unless the florist guarantees this is what they are selling. And not the one in my photo.

I'm glad most people seem happy with FS. I wasn't. My sibs and I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers, some chocolate and a balloon to be sent to our cousin ON HER BIRTHDAY because she had been so good to our mother when she was in the hospital. For some reason FS thought they had to call me before they delivered - I wasn't home and they didn't leave their phone number with my son who'd answered the phone for a call back so THEY CANCELLED THE DELIVERY! I won't ever use them again. It's a once-in-a-lifetime thank you that's gone. Thanks a lot FS. And you didn't care one bit - since it was my fault "for not calling back" you basically shrugged your shoulders and didn't care.

Worst experience ever!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's 25th birthday on January 6,2022. They were to be delivered to her work. I was to receive a delivery confirmation, which I never did. Her birthday came & gone with no flowers, email or call from this company. I attempted to email, call, website customer request. No response. Finally, after many emails, I get a sorry, the order was canceled due to not having a driver in that are. It's a golf resort smack in the main part of Windsor. Horrible excuse. They did not call, email or text me notification of the cancelation. They had no issues taking my money on the 6th and informing me it would take days to receive the refund. This delivery was extremely important. If they would have notified me asap I could have made other arrangements. My daughter is alone in CO, all her family is spread out. She has had an extremely rough year, and this little gesture could have put a smile on her face. I would never recommend this company. The lack/NO customer service is the worst I have ever endured. Sorry, this late in the game is not sufficient enough!

I was highly disappointed with the $45 bouquet that I ordered online. The picture of what I ordered was a full bouquet with many blossoms, but the bouquet that was delivered was drastically different. The bouquet was at least half the size and instead of being delivered in a vase, it was delivered in a paint can.

I contacted the company and received a quick response... the overall message was... I could get a full refund, but the florist would need to go back to my friend's house and take the flowers back. Or I could try for a partial refund.

I decided to forget it. I didn't want my friend to be punished for the terrible arrangement that was delivered. This would have been ridiculous as the flowers were 6 days old AND it wasn't my fault or the fault of my friend who was going through a very rough time... I will never shop with this company again, so the partial store credit would have been useless.

There are many much better flower shops available. My suggestion would be to try somewhere else and do not buy from flowershopping.com

I will start by saying the customer service staff are actually quite friendly, and that is the only reason they even get one star.

I ordered and paid for flowers to be sent to a friend for her birthday to be delivered before noon. By 1pm they had not shown up so I called them. The driver had apparently received the wrong address (went to 90 abc street instead of 290) and just went on to the next call. Note there were two contact numbers asked for and provided so the address could have easily been confirmed if he/she had taken the time to call.

Once they finally figured out that this had happened, they said they couldn't promise delivery until 4pm that day. Luckily the person I was buying them for didn't leave as early as anticipated and was still there when they showed up.

They said they would credit the $5.95 to my card for the rush fee but when I got my mastercard bill alas it was for the full amount. And on top of that it is in US dollars. When I called to inquire about this I was able to see in small print at the bottom of the page where it notes this. But my feeling is that if they service to Canadian customers the dollar values should either be in Canadian dollars or US dollar be prominently noted... not in fine print. It added 35% to the cost of the arrangement!

Overall, completely dissatisfied with this experience. The flowers were apparently lovely and again, the staff is friendly, but it doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies and I would never use or recommend this service to anyone.

Do not order from this company. They pretend to be a local florist in order to trick you into buying from them instead of the local business. It's just a call center, not a real flower shop.
