Very bad service I have return product and delivery boy received product but I did not get refund my product
2 days back I ordered few products from grocery but 4 products were missing including the free pkt of sugar I get when I order for more than 800 Rs.For the sugar they charge only 1 ₹.when I noticed 3 items plus the sugar is missing I complained about it they just refunded me 1₹ and refused to give the refund of 3 products. Again I called & complained about it...this is the 2 nd time it's happening. I will file a complaint at consumer court if they refuse to refund.
Hi very bad experience ordered almost more then 10 items sandals wrong colour 3 times lady lingerie completed different to item order 3times half the item not arriving changing delivery times also rude delivery drivers especially when you pay cash and your returns being accepted they give you gift voucher to spend within 12 months you can't pay cash and use gift voucher together it just very poorly run company
I ordered financial book on Nov 25. They delivered a wrong romance book and when I raised a return request they autocancelled it. When I checked with customer care they said they wont refund or raise return request. They even went further and asked me to go to consumer court
Worst service. Ordered Online 6 Sets but received only 1 set from Shopsy via Flipkart bill# FMPC*******184, the label on the parcel says 6 sets and the packet of the parcel is too small to pack only 1 set. I was expecting a quick delivery return and total refund as the quality of the product is worst like footpath products. Shopsy online shopping should be pushed to consumer court for such cases and I reached out to social media for creating awareness so that people will not fall as prey like me while shopping on Shopsy. Flipkart customer service team says this is no return policy product so they even can't refund for the missing 5 sets which i haven't received. This is only awareness message so friends please be careful while shopping online with Shopsy.

Washing machine problem under guarantee period
We bought marq(Flipkart brand) washing machine on Feb 2023. Within 6 months got prob. Technician said drain motor gone have to replace and same he replaced in a week. Again within 2 months in November month got prob and complaint this time they said washing motor gone. That is November 15th, technician visited 16th nov and said within a week will replace the motor but 25 days over no one has come. Whenever I cald customer care they said wait for 24-72hrs. Finally they came on 12th December. They changed the washing motor and additional they said capacitor got damaged and we have to replace that too with charge. So please don't waste money in Flipkart product and also extended warranty company name jeeves. Waste of money. Service is very worst in Flipkart. Flipkart and Jeeves is not worth even for a single star. This single star is only for the technician who visited and did serviced
They can decide delivery the order or cancell the order. Customer can not be decide. If we ask the flipkart team they simply told our seller's courier not delivery the item, in your location.

The seller HSAtlastradeFashion on Flipkart is a crook. I ordered the product but the size fit turned out to be small so I placed the return request on the first day of the 10-day return policy which was 1 month ago and I am unable to return the product as the seller has given me a wrong box with the wrong product code, 2 times the pickup people have come and said code of product and box is mismatched and to call flipkart as this is an internal issue. I have been calling Flipkart for 40 days now and there has been no resolution, I have uploaded images 4 times and spoken to 4 different senior managers, and sent an email to the grievance officer, I received a call after the email and was told the seller will call in 24 hours. Now it has been 5 days since the seller was supposed to call. This is ridiculous as I am completely eligible for the return but am unable to do so because the seller has given me a wrong box with the wrong code so pick up people are unable to pick it up?
I am disgusted with this customer service.
Anyone who is thinking of ordering from this seller or even Flipkart. Please think twice. Flipkart is not what it used to be and the customer executives and senior managers are all rude and unable to resolve any matters. This is and will be my last purchase from Flipkart and if my matter is not resolved today, I will be taking it to the consumer court as I have no choice left. From Nov 3rd I'm in following they just say wait fir 2days problem will be solved. Don't ever go to Flipkart for purchasing unless you don't have problem in getting something defective or of no use. I purchased an Infinix Laptop which had some issues with the display. I raised a return request and I was told to wait for 15 days so that some technician can check and validate the issue. Days passed and no one came. They arbitrarily rejected the request and when I called them, Flipkart representative told me that the return period is over and my product can't be returned or replaced. Flipkart work totally in denial mode and they hardly care for their customers. Being a premium plus member, I never expected this to happen. I searched online for this kind of incident and found that I am not the only one to get scammed like this by Flipkart

Recently i brought a lather belt from Flipkart on 28th ocytober 2023, Men Formal Brown Genuine Leather Belt, This seller is a fraud and sells duplicate goods, He is selling the belt which is not even worth Rs 200 in the market, for Rs 2395.

I recently purchased three laptops from Flipkart, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the laptops had a touchpad issue, and that's where my ordeal began.
Upon contacting Flipkart's customer service team, they claimed to have escalated the issue to the Brand Service Center. However, the brand service center confirmed the defect but shockingly refused to provide a Defective Confirmation Letter. Their excuse? The team had raised a mere "Normal Service Request" instead of the necessary ticket.
Attempting to resolve this absurdity, I reached out to Flipkart's customer service team again. To my dismay, they washed their hands of the matter, insisting that I must obtain the Defective Confirmation Letter from the Brand Service Executive "at any cost." When I relayed this back to the Brand Service Executive, they argued that the team had not raised the appropriate ticket to generate the required letter.
This ludicrous back-and-forth between Flipkart and the Brand Service Center left me in a maddening loop of blame-shifting. Despite being a premium user of Flipkart, the company failed to provide any meaningful resolution. The lack of coordination between their own teams and the refusal to take responsibility for the defective product has left me utterly unsatisfied.
In the end, I lost all hope of getting a replacement for the faulty laptop. This experience has not only wasted my time but also tarnished my perception of Flipkart's commitment to customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a company of this stature fall short when it comes to addressing genuine concerns of its premium users. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before considering Flipkart for their electronics purchases.

Last 3 orders were shipped to gwalior instead on Balaghat MP. For more than a month the issue is not resolved and order not yet delivered. Upon cancelling rs 30 has been deducted? This is disgusting. Flipkart was not able to deliver the order for almost a month! And still you see it reasonable to deduct cancellation fee on customer's prepaid order?
Issue a complete refund as Flipkart has not delivered orders for more than a month, otherwise I logged complaint with Flipkart, no response even after 10 followup calls. Their Call center agents would just disconnect the call. This is such a disgrace. This is my last order with FLipkart. Seems you guys are highly unmamaged now and could not track the huge cusotmer base. And their higher executives are just drawing salary with 0 focus on operational quality.

Ordered Hisense 65 inch E7K on 14th October, 2023 which was supposed to be delivered by 24th October. The item arrived in Hyderabad warehouse by 19th October but even after regular followups with flipkart customer support item was not being delivered even after 5 days past due date. I was informed on 29th October that product will not be delivered and I have to cancel it. I had no choice but to cancel because my credit card cycle was near by and I dont wanna go through payment in this cycle for item I didn't receive. Pathetic service by flipkart, they just kept closing my service request every 2 days so that they can keep pushing the resolution.
