Yes comparing to others the customer support of flipkart is bad and need some work to be done on it

Yes true I have the experiences. They give wrong information and fake promises. Delivery team and customer service is the 2 worst team. Delivery team does not deliver on time and dont respond to the call

We can't blame on one instance. Every time when I done shopping through Flipkart, I got good response and service. It's a big website, sometimes mistakes may happen but not all the time.
