Flipkart's courier service is very bad. They use Delhivery courier service for product delivery, and those from Delhivery always deliver the product 2-3 km away from my home. Many times, it has even happened that I didn't receive the product, or it wasn't returned, and all my money got wasted. From now on, I will never use the Flipkart app again.
I got a delivery of Puma shoes without any tag on it. I objected while getting the delivery but delivery person gave it to me insisting that tag is not an issue. Now when I am having issue with the fit of shoes and I want to return them back, Flipkart is rejecting my return request. Customer care agents are not able to handle this matter. Sometimes they are raising return request under fit issue and sometimes under multiple issues and sometimes under MRP tag missing issue and everytime seller is rejecting my return request. This process is going on since last 7 days. Now my return window is going to close in 3 days. I am seriously planning to moving to consumer court, not only because of these shoes but the amount of mental harrasment I had to face due to this issue. I wanted to give these shoes to my servant on this Diwali but you people ruined it.
Necessarily delivery is getting delayed logistics for no reason. Flipkart makes lots wrong commitment and this is not the first time happening from Flipkart. Discription on the portal is completely different from reality. Also, i have been trying to call customer care number since 3 days and the numbers are inactive. There is no proper customer care service or team.
Hi I'm yadav i recently Oder shoes on 21.07.24 and it's delivered date is 28.07.24.and i already pay money to Flipkart for same.but till Today on 02.08.24 i didn't get my parcel already I call multiple time to Flipkart executive manager for my issue but they help less and worrist beviour.and that I get call from Flipkart agent and they told me sir due to same logistics error we are unable to deliver this percel to you and you have to cancel this items from your end and reorder the same.if I cancel and reorder this than again I have to wait long for this items.so it is my request to Flipkart plz respect your customer and delivery the parcel on priority basis...but they deney for all that's why I am unhappy with Flipkart service

Sorry to say this is recent incidents.
1.brought rice_Sona masuri with high price.while cooking very next day could see warm on this.
2.Brought trademill.Pic was different when I got real product.Leg space very less.I wanted to refund.They changed immediately return policy stating replacement can do.
3.They show one price product and when you click link product rate is different.
4.Product quality is worst and return policy is again night mare.you have to rethink before but any product from Flipkart.
Customer care don't bother about customer.Difficult to connect them some time and your issue will never fixed.
Simply they say we can't help vendor don't accept returns.
Flipkart is no more trust worthy now.

I have been a ipkart customer ever since its inception.I have spent literally lakhs of rupees on yhis platform.But of late, its service is very poor.Now I have an issue with the Pay Later option.I use this option just for convenience, since I dont have to pay with a card ever time.Actually, I paid the sum of Rs.9000 odd which was due on May 5th on April 16th itself.Yet my Pay Later account was suddenly deactivated and I could not pay the remaining sum of rs.4000 odd when the bill was generated.I was able to get the payment link after much struggle. Yet my Pay Later account is still not active.Cc says it will take 30 days and their banking partner has to do it.I feel insulted that in spite of my advance and prompt payments a loysl customer is treated like this. There is no option for approaching yhe Flipkart authorities.
I am a flipkart customer for 5 years now but its service is very very bad now you people are just feel nut to support it amazon is always the best,I have come across many scams, even the main customer is not valued, the questioner is not valued, this business is only going to be planted. Just make more noise and so you people Wake up people, what will happen if you buy from a company that does not value people's rights and grievances
Flipkart doesn't care about it's customers, it doesn't publish any honest review, blocked them, see e.g. of my review blocked for Amazfit GTS 2e smart watch "I got this product at a good discount 3400, next day I saw price drop to 2400, big disappointment. The other issue is i didn't notice there was no return policy it's only replacement, it looks like the product is very old and the battery life is very poor, didn't even last one day with all the features turned onlast one day with all the features turned on. With only sleep tracking turned on during 1 night, battery dropped by 30%, so overall not happy as I wanted good battery life"
Purchased a Treadmill costing *******/- But it became non functional during warranty. Neither Flipcart not the brand Reach did anything so far. One month had passed after reporting the problem.

Flipkart was very good earlier.
But now a days it is giving very poor services & taking 4-5 extra days to deliver your product than the given timeline.

One of the worst online site in India delivery boys are completely fraud even you give ur real address they would not come, if you tell them to come my address they won't come earlier they ask for the OTP. I ordered 4 Bluetooth headphones from my friend's flipkart app and paid online of Rs 7100 but they didn't give a single one and they delayed 4 to 5 day in bihar finally I cancelled 1 amongst 4 now delivery boys is telling maybe he is not sure that he would deliver the product tomorrow or not. That was for gift to someone I personally recommend don't trust this flipkart anymore even though I will never purchase anything from this website in my entire future. $#*! you flipkart.
The worst e Commerce site / app one can ever visit.They never meet the committed date and they give a time line as will be delivered by 11 PM we waste our time waiting for them and they shamelessly change it to next day without the permission and guess what;next day same story repeats. ANd you call the help desk the standard answer is we apologise and the other favourite response is we will check with back end team.the worst backend team they have got and the logistics partnrr ecart is another useless and inefficient cog in the wheel. I've purchased Michelin tires from Flipkart, but they delivered the wrong product to me. On the first day of delivery, I contacted Flipkart support, and they raised a return request and assured me that the item would be picked up. However, when the pickup person arrived, they denied the pickup and told me to complain again. I did so, and this time they raised a complaint and updated me that they had raised the return request and my product would be picked up. Once again, the pickup person denied the pickup and told me to ask customer support for a smart check pickup. This happened several times, and despite my continuous follow-ups, my issue was not resolved. One day, Flipkart agents told me that my account had been blocked for some days and asked me to wait. When I connected with them again, they told me that it was more than 7 days and I was late to contact them, so they couldn't help me. This is a clear case of fraud, and I want to warn others about this fraudulent activity.

My aged parents are suffering because of Wakefit and Flipkart. The worst experience ever. They first cancel the order after the delivery date (>7 days). Then they ask you to reorder only to cancel again. The resolution this time is to order again, I order again the 3rd time and they cancel again. All this while the product is still in stock to purchase. Wasting 2 weeks waiting. They don't keep their promises. The seller Wakefit is a cheater, still selling products on Flipkart and Amazon and product is in stock even now. Even fk service can't promise me if they will deliver it this time.
Firstly, the delivery service was extremely unreliable. My order was delayed multiple times without any prior notice, causing inconvenience as I had scheduled my day around the expected delivery time. This lack of punctuality was disappointing and disrupted my plans.
Last 3 months were worst, few items were missing or the entire order is delivered to some other person, so raised complaints every time, now its 3rd time.one product out of 23 was missing. After the complaits raised they locked my account and i couldn't login into Flipkart app itself.
