Waste of money... there is No In-time delivery.
They simply give messages everyday, sorry that your order delayed... If called costumer care they even don't no what is our issue...Very strange... Third class flipkart app and web... They looting public Money...
This is bringing to your notice that, I have ordered mobile on 16th June -2022 to gift to my brother on his special day, which plan was totally ruined because of your bad service. Mobile supposed to be delivered on very next day which is not yet delivered, this would be the my first and last order with the Flipkart and am not going to leave this simply getting all the documents are ready to file a case against your esteemed company in consumer court.

Trash products not only one product in general Flipkart itself is trash company who is looting poor people of India, I ordered 3 oximeters for my different family members, all of them were defective and i scheduled return for the same the day i received it but it was never picked up by flipkart. I contacted flipkart they opened case and closed it 5 times in rows but it was never picked up for return. I lost around Rs 5000 in this defective products. Flipkart complaint is complete fraud they open case and close it without any explanation.
I suggest everyone in general please stay away from Flipkart because they are even worst than local sellers who don't not accept return in a day or two. Flipkart return policy is total scam. Ideally all the consumer should make a group who were defrauded by Flipkart and lost money and should file joint consumer complaint against them. I am open for to file consumer complaint against Flipkart.
2 days back I ordered few products from grocery but 4 products were missing including the free pkt of sugar I get when I order for more than 800 Rs.For the sugar they charge only 1 ₹.when I noticed 3 items plus the sugar is missing I complained about it they just refunded me 1₹ and refused to give the refund of 3 products. Again I called & complained about it...this is the 2 nd time it's happening. I will file a complaint at consumer court if they refuse to refund.
To i am calling to totally 10:30 hours to E com service for my product delivery but delivery boy using bad language i am saying him regularly this is very urgent shipment for me please deliver it today any how but he had said me i am can't deliver this today because we have heavy load he said to me if you want call anybody so call him but I can't deliver it today and that he send me notification on my registered contact number delivery not possible due to customer refuse to accept this material why? I purchased a mobile Samsung S9 plus through fipkart. And I send it to Australia. Once they insert the SIM card it says. Network locked sim card. I really disappointed with that. No where it's mentioned that only Indian SIM card to be inserted while ordering. This is my request to all customers that do not by any electronic items through Flipkart..

It's worst company. Not any one responsible for deliver product.It is given only promise and says your product is delivered but it's totally fake. Product has been cancelled by company without asked you and if you inquiry then he told totally don't buy any product.it's cheating company.

I have just received the product only three days back. I just checked it for whether it is functioning or not, and it was working fine. I found it quite decent and user friendly on first look. Though I have not checked its accuracy, my readings are matching with my general readings. Let's see how long it works fine. Good thing is this comes with 5 yrs warranty. So u can use it with peace of mind.
Very bad delivery, many times items delivered to other people, when ask about the delivery details, customer care agreed about fraudulently but we can't help you. Very bad and never want to purchase from flipkart.
Its been more than a week that I have ordered the product on Flipkart. Still its not delivered. Everyday they reschedule the delivery saying they looking into concern and the customer care executive also ask to wait for another 48 hours to get the delivery. There is no update or even on the Ekart logistic site every day they just update the expected delivery date to next two days. The worst service ever!. My money is stuck and product is not delivered till date.
Flipkart provides Worst customer service. Don't buy anything from Flipkart... they will keep bothering you while taking return. Delivery boys are worst. They don't care even if your reason for return is logical. I ordered a mop, shoes and they refused to take.
Very bad experience after purchase service. I purchased android phone from flipkart and phone started heating after 30 min of use. I decided to return / refund the phone but was not able to do. I called the customer care they said firstly return the product then technical team will visit to look for the product, but procedure for all these is not very clear to the customer and the customer care executive were also not very clear in whatever they said to us.
