His is my fourth mobile purchase from flipkart and I got defective mobile. It's battery draining 1% per min. I requested for return and what they told me is to do factory reset. That did not fixed the problem and now they are not replacing my mobile. There customer service is very very rude. I will never buy electronic product on flipkart again.
I ordered a phone with an exchange option, the delivery agent inspected the exchange phone and denied exchange, as per policy I agreed to pay the remaining amount but asked him to wait while I confirm with the customer care. The delivery agent did not wait, literally ran away with my order, and on complaining to the customer care about the same, they deny all responsibility and tell me that the agent has updated that my pickup is cancelled so my order will also be cancelled. I accept that I had heated argument with customer service agents, but only cos, they kept repeating same things and denied any help, answerability or responsibility, rather asked me to either wait for 3 more days for resolution or order will be cancelled. And this is after I have made 85% of the payment and agreed to pay the remaining.
I bought a chimney pipe and i applied for return within return period as it wasn't meeting my needs. The return was rejected even after logistics called to pick up the order but did not pick. Post my return request product policies were modified just to prevent me from returning the product. They harrassed me with over 30 calls in over 4 days. This is as much as i could tolerate. I am done with shopping on flipkart.
I do not recommend purchase of furniture electronics from Flipkart, if product is okay everything is fine but if there is anything wrong with it flipkart will not support the customer rather they side with the seller.
This has to be my first and last bad experience with flipkart. Will not shop anymore with them and ensure i repeat it to as many people as i can.

I order a nothing phone 2 from Flipkart on 3rd August 2023 after applying an exchange and the order is a prepaid one. I have not received the phone after 5 days. The delivery date was 5th August. As it is an exchange I backed up my data and did a factory reset on my device, now consider backing up 128 GB of data and not receiving your new phone so all your existing data becomes unusable and all you have to do is wait. Pathetic service to be honest Amazon is much better in customer experience. Also I placed the order via credit card and converted it into EMI my bank has already charged me but I have not received the device yet. Not sure even if I receive a refund it will still have a gap of around 2000 rupees and that to for the device I haven't received. I don't know how to justify this to my bank because of sheer carelessness of Flipkart
This a very poor standard of flipkart not expected this from such a esteemed online portal... And the customer care representative was inefficient to resolve my problem and was not talking in a rude manner... if this order can not be delivered to my pin code address than it you should have informed me prior... poor show
Deliver totally different and cheap product from a different brand and refuse to replace or return the product. Customer service is worst I have seen so far. They cheated a 70 years old man by delivering a cheap product instead of what he has ordered.

When request for return no one came for pick up and after 5 complaints and 20 days irritating me they declared timeup and said your refund is cancelled no one should use this site totally consumer exploitation
When Flipkart cancelled my purchase of a laptop, they informed me the refund would appear as credit in my bank account in two days. After twelve days the refund has not appeared. My bank informed me that Flipkart has not properly processed the refund. I have contacted Flipkart several times & on each occasion, they said the issue has been resolved. I doubt they read my emails or look at the screenshots of my bank account. By the way, it is impossible to phone Flipkart. The good news is that my bank told me the money would automatically return to my account after 30 days. Anyway, I will never buy from Flipkart. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced.
Flipkart is forcefully gathering personal identity details. They make it mandatory if we are returning the product purchased from them saying it's company policy. If it's a policy it should be done while creating the account or while purchasing product from them but they let us do the shopping and if we want to return some item they make id proof mandatory leaving no option for the customers except proving the id proof as our money is with them
Don't ever go to Flipkart for purchasing unless you don't have problem in getting something defective or of no use. I purchased an Infinix Laptop which had some issues with the display. I raised a return request and I was told to wait for 15 days so that some technician can check and validate the issue. Days passed and no one came. They arbitrarily rejected the request and when I called them, Flipkart representative told me that the return period is over and my product can't be returned or replaced. Flipkart work totally in denial mode and they hardly care for their customers. Being a premium plus member, I never expected this to happen. I searched online for this kind of incident and found that I am not the only one to get scammed like this by Flipkart
Don't ever buy anything from flipkart. Horrible replacement policy. Order placed on Dec 24. Pick was originally for dec 28. They kept delaying and here come Jan 5; flipkart cancelled our replacement order by themself and blamed on us. Multiple multiple calls were made, everyone says different things. All we asked to replace the order from L to XL. Never ever shop from them. Now all i want my money back. Thanks alot for harassing people like this.

Everyone has value for money, so please think carefully before cultivating. Otherwise you can shop from Amazon, very good service with return policy.
Worst customer care, they will provide the proper solution ask us to reorder the product. Which is not a solution. Once you deliver the product in big billion day sale they will cancel the order from back end or delivery us the damage product twice I have faced this. Worst experience with Flipkart. Then they will update made this many more sale all data manipulation.

Had ordered iPhone SE during the so called "Big Billion Days" sale by waking up around 1 am and got a very good deal. On the day of delivery the seller cancels the order and refunds the money. When called customer service they say that the phone is lost in the transit and please place a new order. R U kidding me? Being awake at 1 am to get the deal and now the phone is 6K more than the deal price.
Answer by the customer service and the manager is "we are sorry sir". I understand your concern. No you really don't care. If you had a good customer service and could gain the confidence of a customer you would have asked the seller to send a replacement. You really don't care and please stop playing the B. S. games.

It is really scary how the refund works. I am fighting for my refund more than 2 month. The deluvery was with missing parts and damage on top of it. Item returned and following up. Every time some new person call and simply closing our compain.
Quitting Flipkart after nearly a decade when they suddenly cancelled my return request on more than 10 products (coasting more than 5k) 'only' after my policy date expired. Called and called and called till they avoided me...and guess what called me back at 3 or 4 am in the morning (as if we are following US time). Flipkart, thank you for this disappointment after all these years... M done shopping with you and pary you fall like hell... You cheated me.
Hi very bad experience ordered almost more then 10 items sandals wrong colour 3 times lady lingerie completed different to item order 3times half the item not arriving changing delivery times also rude delivery drivers especially when you pay cash and your returns being accepted they give you gift voucher to spend within 12 months you can't pay cash and use gift voucher together it just very poorly run company
