First Attempt (13th October): The delivery agent from EKARTL called and asked me to collect the parcel from the road near my building. I requested him to deliver it to my flat as mentioned in the address for security reasons. He refused and rescheduled the delivery.
Second Attempt (14th October): The same issue occurred; the delivery agent again refused to come to my doorstep and rescheduled the delivery.
Third Attempt (15th October): Despite my complaint, the delivery agent continued the same practice of refusing to deliver to my flat and stayed on the road.
Issues Raised:
Security Concerns: I am uncomfortable collecting packages from the road due to safety reasons and the inability to verify the identity of the delivery agent.
Unprofessional Conduct: The repeated refusal to deliver the package to my specified address is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Ineffective Support: Despite raising complaints to the 24x7 support team and receiving a call from Flipkart on 17th October, the issue was not resolved.
Request for Action:
Immediate Cancellation: Due to the unresolved safety concerns, I request the immediate cancellation of my order.
Refund Process: Kindly initiate the refund process for the cancelled order at the earliest.
Improved Delivery Practices: I urge Flipkart to review and improve the delivery practices to ensure the safety and security of customers.
This experience has been distressing, and I have shared it with my family, friends, and colleagues, advising them to avoid purchasing from Flipkart until there is an assurance of safe and secure delivery services.

Oppo Reno 10 5G Return policy Rejected 4 times
I purchased oppo Reno 10 5g on 14th August 2023 same was delivered 15th August when I opened the box 17th August on deep observation there was minute damage on screen for which I requested for a return policy it was rejected 4 times between 22nd August which they have return policy for seven days, they informed me to upload the faulty display photo which I did then also they rejected, i requested them to send some representative to check the phone in my place that was also rejected on 22nd August I went to nearest oppo authorised service centre on seeing the phone itself the guy at the service centre informed me that it was manufacturing defect & he sent request to oppo company, this Flipkart e commerce flatform are just fraud platform once the defected item is sold they get commission there part is over called there service centre 12 times every time they talk 1 hour & will inform it will resolved 8n 13 working days & the seller Xonight e- commerce on Flipkart flatform has very good reputation of cheating consumers this Flipkart are supporting them to sell there faulty products in there website

I received my Casio watch on the 9th of August 2023. The same day, I decided to return the item and used the Flipkart app to return it. Ekart's delivery guy called me at 4.50 pm on 10 August to inform me that he was coming to pick up the returned item, I missed the call at 4.58 pm but he rang the doorbell and took the item at 5 pm. Today had already been picked, I dismissed it as a system glitch from their side.
It was in 11 Aug yesterday at 12:53 pm when the Ekart delivery guy called and I spoke for 3 minutes tried to explain to him that the Return Item had already been picked up. Hindi is not my native language, I tried my best to explain him that the item had already been picked up and asked him to check his office and update the information accordingly. He agreed, but after almost three hours, at 3.42 pm on 11 August yesterday, I received a text from Pickup Rescheduled. Today (12th Aug) at 9:27 a.m, I received an Out for Pickup SMS message. I called the delivery guy at 11 am and asked him to give me the name of the delivery guy who was assigned on the 10th August, he responded " madam you might have given the item to another company's delivery guy by mistake". I was already frustrated and his response made me angry so I told him that someone is a thief in his ekart office since I received SMS messages from E Kart as well as calls from Ekart number. I told him it is important for me to know the name to file a police complaint. I received a Pickup Rejected SMS from Ekart at 2 pm today, three hours after speaking with the ekart delivery. I have been assured by Flipkart that the issue will be resolved by 17 August. If Flipkart is not able to resolve the problem then I will go to police.

I had ordered a phone via flipkart on 9th June 2023 and the order was scheduled to be delivered to me on 16th of June 2023.
The order arrived in Hyderabad on 15th June 2023 but was not attempted for delivery.
On 16th June 2023, I reached out to the customer care telling them the order has reached the hub near to my house but hasn't been sent for delivery and asked them to talk to the hub incharge since there are a lot of complaints on that hub of not delivering packages to customers, misplacing items and cancelling orders. Everytime i spoke to the executives I was assured that the order will be delivered by 7 pm of 16th June 2023 and while I was on call without even informing me the delivery date was postponed to 18th June 2023.
After the call I realised this was the case that they altered the delivery date without even asking the customer. The very next day i went to the hub to collect my order on my own. I was made to wait for over an hour telling the order is there and it will be given if i wait and after an hour the agents there told me "Sir, your order just left 5 min ago". I asked him to call the delivery guy and tell him ill come collect it. I was then told the order is sent wrongly with some other items to a wrong location and will reach by evening to my house. I went home and spoke about this to the customer care agents again and again but it was more like i was having a conversation with a chat bot since they all kept copy pasting the same message that order will be delivered to you sooner. We are highlighting this on priority and all.
Today after chasing and finally speaking to the customer care agents I was told Sir, please wait till Monday and it will be there. I asked them what is the reason for delay. First they tried to blame it on me stating I changed the delivery date and when I stood my ground that it was done by their agent, they said the order is delayed due to unforeseen situations.
I asked them what do you mean? They were like delivery guy met with an accident or bad weather in your area or flood. I told them i stay in the same city where the order has to be delivered and it has to be delivered to me there is no natural or man made calamity happening in the city and there was no delivery partner assigned at all then how can you say the delivery partner met with an accident. I infact told them that it's their own hub agents who told they misplaced the order but was told its your fault that you visited the hub and was asked to cancel the order. When I asked if i cancel when will I get refund? The agents were like "we don't know when will you get refund since its not on us"
After paying so much money and chasing behind them for so long I am reaching out to this forum to seek some help in this case hoping there will be strict actions taken against flipkart for their unprofessional behaviour and the distress caused to me by their own agents.
Better go with Amazon. Flipkart customer care is full of lazy and liers
