Flipkart

Flipkart has admitted having unauthorized sellers on their platform. The warranty promised on the Flipkart page is false. It could be as low as zero months and you'd get to know only when you try to register your product with the manufacturer. Flipkart is unwilling to help in any way so you will just be running from pillar to post for a resolution. Buy items worth the amount you are willing to throw away in case the product doesn't work. Better still pay 2-5% more at a shop near you to be sure you have a genuine warranty.

Worst service imaginable meets Laughable customer support, you get flipkart.
Orders get delayed, wrong products get delivered, trouncing return/ refund policy. Sellers exploit this platform for their Shady practices.
Non-customer friendly, not at all trustworthy
They care about getting your money, but seem to have no interest in getting your product delivered correctly on time.
Everything goes wrong, there's no guarantee for your product or your money if you use this platform.

I Strongly recommend my fellow consumers to avoid this platform completely.

Flipkart is stupid company who is delivering expired product and even after complaint they are not taking any action on this, no handling management system, vendor can delivered expired product also, no monitoring

Negative feedback is good for you. It helps your company improve and grow better than the competition.

However, if a disgruntled customer takes it to the web, everybody on Facebook, Google My Business, or Yelp can see the one-star rating and their poor experience with your business.

If you need product based on your schedule or emergency. Don't order from Flipkart their customers care is not good. They will give you fake promises and lose comments. Amazon customer care is getting better day by day

Their delivery service only delivered half order but taken all OTP and marked as delivered. 5 times raising complaint to customer service, all kept saying we will escalate, but each time will update in the system 'Resolved". I found constant lies is their basic instruction, and even the supervisor said, there is nothing they can do and it is not possible to do refund. They acknowledge the issue with their courier but basically telling you 'we have your money' and we will not care. I will never ever buy from flipkart again.

All customer should notice this matter. The cash order will come fast and online payment if you done for a product they will make it pending or delaying the order. Very bad idea Flipkart. It's not the fault of delivery boys who is giving the product.

They already delays my every delivery and this time even after the last delivery date I haven't received my product it's already 2 days late the delivery boy didn't pickup any call keeps rejecting and luckily once he picked and tell my he will come till 12 noon and now it's night still he didn't reached and not picking up calls

Totally unhappy with the flipkart service and the customer care people as everyone is providing a different information and after a delay of 1 month they themselves have cancelled the order without even intimating me. Totally unprofessional and not up to the standard

I have place order on 20 oct 2021 luminous battery. Delivery date 24 Oct 21
After date we didn't receive products and it's showing deliver and I try to contact with care. They just keep postponing... And one receives vendor. They saying u have to collect from there shop later no response from anybody
Today also they postponed to 24 Nov 2021
Almost one month going to over but no products
So bad and third class experince with Flipkart.

I am purchased a catwalk ladies sandal, that's really duplicate product, then I was open the parcel product looking very well. So I threw all packages including bill, after two days, I was just trial the sandel inner my home, The skin on the top of it was all gone.
When I called the company about this, they said they could take it back. But repeated two or three times, but they did not recover. Later they said that it could not be recovered. I can prove anywhere that this is really a duplicate item

Big Billion Fraud. Pathetic service. Bought Dizo fitness watch in which calories burn function is not working. Flipkart team is not supporting to return the product though within return policy norms.
Keep on sending technicians who could not understand the problem
