Flipkart service is very bad It will respond after 100 complaints nobody will respond properly please guys dont install this flipkart better to go in Amazon their service is very good.
They sold one defective product of ******* rupees i kept return but till now they didn't come daily I'm giving so many complaints but nobody is responding

Don't buy Mi TV online because online stores are irresponsible for its service.My tv issue is not cleared since 3months.Mi stores too don't respond responsibly in this regard.Worst services ever from Mi and Flipkart.
The customer service is very rude. They close the ticket without solution and even block the customer so that he could not write any review.
The product quality are very poor. They just polish the old product and sell it at new price.

I have order cooler on flipkart and it got delivered on 9 May. Cooler stop working on same day. I try return product but it give some technical error from flipkart. We contacted flipkart and everyday they ask us to wait 24 hrs but no resolution. Today is 22 May still they are asking 24 hrs and I am not sure when my issue resolve. From this we can see how is flipkart service.
Pathetic service, i am gonna delete my account from Flipkart,not recommended. Since last 5 days waiting for parcel to be deliver. Daily give new dates. So many customers care calls but no one know why product is not delivering. Amazon is much better than Flipkart.
At th time of delivery, order has been cancelled and know one customer service executive able to give reason for order cancellation automatically.

My first experience with flipkart was so bad that I stopped ordering anything from them. Am using Amazon. I ordered two sandals and received only one. The expensive Rs 2500 never delivered. I called them. Exchanged so many emails. No use. So pathetic customer service. Not at all trained to handle customers. I should have complained against them in the consumer site... it happened few years ago... if any of you loose any money because of all these online sites, please lodge your complaints. I am doing that now. We should know our rights as consumers.
I had purchased a Motorola TV which was delivered on 02 Jun... however installed on 08 Jun after reminders. The product was found defective and complaint raised on 09 Jun 2020. However till date 29 Jun 2020, the issue remains unresolved. The Flipkart & Jeeves(Tech Support) are playing a ball game.
One thing I must especially mention that the services are absolutely crap. Despite reminders we have neither received a call back nor do they provide any mail ID or Tel No to escalate the issue.
On calling upon the engineer says... he is clueless...
If you wish to land in such clueless situation then only buy from flipkart else... choose some other alternate

If you have too much money, rather donate it to poor kids instead of wasting it on fraudsters like flipkart... They shamelessly delivery defective products, and when you try to place return request, they have the audacity to block the account so that we cant place return request. After that make 100 or 1000 calls to their useless customer care number, all they know is to speak in their robotic tone, with no regards to our concern, but only talk about their bull$#*! resolutions which take a forever lasting 72 hrs to complete. Not only will they waste your money, but your time and energy also... In short, the worst service of the millenium...
Pathetic after sale service from the smartwatch seller "Noise" and "Flipkart". After buying 3 watches, 1 of them needs to be returned/replaced for a legit reason but the return was not accepted even though they didn't follow the "open box delivery policy" and delivered without showing the product.
Suggested multiple options to resolve the issue but none was accepted. Finally will buy some other brand from another platform. Will not recommend neither Noise nor Flipkart.
Flipkart failed miserably to secure the customer rights and money. Talked to 5/6 customer care representatives and they closed the chat without providing any solution for the problem. Should've selected product brand and e-comm platform more wisely.

I have purchased an analog wall clock and received on May 1st and immediately initiated return due to quality issue. Till date I am either getting false messages from Flipkart regarding pick up which has not happened so far and I am sick and tired of calling them, chatting online, escalated to grievance officer etc etc. They have crossed 2 deadlines of picking up the return and am given 3rd deadline! The associates are speaking different things which seems there is no proper answer they have for my issue, I just need my refund whether they pick up the return or not! Absolutely horrible experience as a Customer
There is no option to give less than this. Very cheep and creep company, I haven't received any response from them since last 6 days. I don't know how irresponsible they are. They were not able to fulfill customer orders? I ordered 6 items from 17 days ago, and promised date was 17, but still those items are there hub and they did not acknowledge that mistake and also did not give delivery.
Very bad service. Whenever i tried to talk to customer care executive they are saying that they will transfer my call to senior but disconnect my calls 4 times a day.
