I am a very regular customer of Amazon. I am ordering almost anything and everything from them since last two years including groceries. So far not much complaints. Their return policy is very good compared to all other sites I have used. I had very bad experience with Flipkart. Lost Rs 2500. Ridiculous customer service. So after that stopped using them. Try Amazon. I ordered mobiles, headphones, tablet etc from them. All

Please note that there is another site too Fab Bazar. This site fabbaazar is fake. They advertise celebrities wearing nice silk sarees. I ordered one for Rs 1299. Received a totally different saree. Only colour is the same. Very cheap quality. They don't have tel number. No advt in Instagram or fb. Only this site. Address just Surat. So please be careful before ordering. These people are fraudsters... their return policy is also nonsense. Only if the item is damaged. I doubt whether they will refund anything. I send several emails showing the pics etc. They send a standard message to you... i have filed a complaint against them.

My first experience with flipkart was so bad that I stopped ordering anything from them. Am using Amazon. I ordered two sandals and received only one. The expensive Rs 2500 never delivered. I called them. Exchanged so many emails. No use. So pathetic customer service. Not at all trained to handle customers. I should have complained against them in the consumer site... it happened few years ago... if any of you loose any money because of all these online sites, please lodge your complaints. I am doing that now. We should know our rights as consumers.

I bought a saree. The picture given in the site and the saree received are different. They are using celebrity pictures for silk sarees. When you receive the item its some cheap stuff worth rs 500 maybe. They refused to refund. Their return policy is utter nonsense. Don't waste your money. No telephone number to contact. Only email. Only allowed to refund damaged products. Not consumer friendly. Fraudsters. There is another Fab Bazar. This site is fake. Fab bazaar... be careful. Address also incomplete just Surat...

I bought two linen sarees from them. Too expensive for the quality I received. I wanted to exchange one. They're not responding to me. Once sold these people are not interested in entertaining us... avoid these sites. Most of them are frauds.
