Been shopping on flipkart for many years now. Never had bad experiences. Returns are also hassle free. I would avoid buying electronic goods from flipkart though, they have no return policy, only exchange.
Been more, 98.322.16. 238.*than a week that I have ordered the product on Flipkart. Still its not delivered. Everyday they reschedule the delivery saying they looking into concern and the customer care executive also ask to wait for
I am frequent user of Flipkart for ordering products and even though some times it has the prices comparatively lower to others and great exclusive offers but usually the variety of products available and comparatively less too and over that there delivery is very bad because sometimes their deliveries can take up to 2 weeks.
The site provides some good options for shopping online. The products are genuine and affordable. I would really like to recommend that the delivery should be done in a more professional manner and every item ordered should be packed on one parcel, instead of shipping every item separately.
In many of my orders through flipkart I received either different color it different item altogether. How can they are so irresponsible. It is very frustrating to keep returning the item for these kind of silly mistakes. Also the return is too slow.
My last purchase was for a "Falkon Men Brown Genuine Leather Card Holder". I am very much satisfied with the item, the supplier and delivery too very fast. I appreciate flipkart, beyond words to express my thanks.
On return request no one came to pick the parcel until return policy in days once the period is over everything runs smoothly. They are cheating customers, very bad experience about the recent purchase of car vacuum cleaner, I never going to buy anything from flipkart
If there is an option to give negative stars please tell me. Sharing personal experience - Wheat flour was delivered after 17 days of order and that too in a carton which had flour coming out of it. Highly recommend not to use Flipkart services even if for free! Rest is your choice.
Flipkart has the worst customer support. They will just support you in telling what is already there in your app. No value addition. My 2 products went missed by logistics partner but Flipkart did not provide any remedy.
I was harassed by flipkart for more than 25 days regarding my furniture warranty policy. They denied to help and threw my valuable time in garbage. I'm along run customer and using flipkart since decade. Customer care executives are very ill informed. They have auto generated some msg which will come after every conversation which r useless. And every time there will be a msg that issue got resolved which is completely untrue. I'm fed up with flipkart service. I will recommend everyone pls don't trust flipkart on such costly things.
I wish there could have an option of giving 0 as review but unfortunately we don't have. They took my money stating that they will deliver in time. But no delivery done in time, then they asked to provide them with 3 more days and it will be resolved yet no response post 3 days and now they are just keep updating time but no answer and resolution. These e commerce sites are getting into the nerves now a days. Not only this, they update false tracking as well. Pathetic service. I swear not to purchase anything from Flipkart anymore. Once my money is back.I am gonna delete my account from Flipkart.not worth trusting.
Horrible experience from Flipkart, it's like they stole my money and sent faulty product. It's a 65" TV which we bought.and when we raise the complain of screen issue within time limit, no resolution provided. And updated resolved complain status without our knowledge. Such a bad and pathetic inhuman act.

I haven't seen such poor shopping, always have to call about the same issue. Delivery boys don't talk well, When you complain to customer care. Then they only say that you will get the issue resolved The customer care does nothing, and the delivery boy goes his own term And the seller would send anything, the parcel ordered is different, these people send anything. I will not order anything from this rubbish app from today. Better than this, Amazon takes care of its customers. Half star is too much for this app
Its been 14 days our product is not returned.We ordered samsung AC form flipkart worth Rs *******.The product reached us 22 of July and the AC was having cooling issue.We requested a return on 27 and they give us date of 31 july for technician visit. Till now 8 of august technician has not visited us. They give another state technician no. So he was obviously not coming they keep on wasting the time. Worst return policy our product is not returned yet i think during winters they gonna return it. Kindly don't buy electronic products from flipkart.
I ordered lots of plants from #Flipkart on 5th Oct. All were packed shabbily and were dead when they reached. A guava plant I ordered was never delivered. I complained and today it's 10 th nov. And they have neither delivered the product nor provided a refund despite following up every day. Their customer care is a sham which can provide no help at all. Never never buy from a cheta like Flipkart.
Stay away from Flipkart and avoid buying as thier customer service team sucks... Amazon is far better or i would say the best when it comes to buying and ease of business. I had ordered a chimney from Flipkart and to my surprise it was faulty and the within 2 days I had complained and requested to return since than thier team just close the issue stating resolved without even checking the comments or trying to understand the issue. I think they are just robots who try to maintain thier SLA. Every time you complained they don't respond upto 3 days and post that they will simply close the ticket stating issue resolved. I have been chasing thier team since last 2 months now... Avoid buying any product as its a nightmare to get support post sales. I really doubt if they have any senior manager who actually monitors or just college boys handling the customer service.
Hi I'm yadav i recently Oder shoes on 21.07.24 and it's delivered date is 28.07.24.and i already pay money to Flipkart for same.but till Today on 02.08.24 i didn't get my parcel already I call multiple time to Flipkart executive manager for my issue but they help less and worrist beviour.and that I get call from Flipkart agent and they told me sir due to same logistics error we are unable to deliver this percel to you and you have to cancel this items from your end and reorder the same.if I cancel and reorder this than again I have to wait long for this items.so it is my request to Flipkart plz respect your customer and delivery the parcel on priority basis...but they deney for all that's why I am unhappy with Flipkart service

I have ordered Shoes from Flipkart worth rs. 3829 and they have send the used and dirty product and its been 20 days passed that i have requested them for return but they are not even ready to respond my calls.
