After booking a flight of $800 I noticed that they they charged $200 in credit card fee, but this was only communicated AFTER I had paid.

I ordered the flight tickets here for my whole family. The email I got has no airline confirmation. I went to the airline website and see that it is not a valid confirmation. The airline has no details of my flight and trip. No thing are booked by this professional thief. I called them within 24 hours to request the cancellation but they said the airline is unable to cancel my tickets. (I KNOW, THERE IS NO TICKETS FOR ME, HOW CAN THEY CANCEL MY TICKETS). They refuse to offer any refund although all airlines can refund any tickets within 24 hours of purchase. They blocked my phone by transferring me to an automatic phone call system. I am working with my credit card to dispute the transaction. The TripCase website they use to manage my ticket also shows no details for ticket confirmation from the airline. All of them are professional thieves. The email that you received is not real. No luck for anyone here. Stay away from the thieves people. If you made mistake like me, stop waiting your time with this company. Contact police and credit card company to report the case and file the dispute with your bank or credit card.

Had to duplicate the booking because site would not accept payment - major waste of my time

I happened upon this company while looking for flights and ending up booking on two different airlines. One of the airlines changed their schedule and told me that I had an option to rebook to different dates, get a refund or get credit. When I reached out to the airline, they told me I had to deal with the Travel agent... Flight Network. While the agents were nice enough, I was passed through to about 3 or 4 of them each time I called... I called A LOT... because I could not get a straight answer. Finally they told me they could rebook the flight but I had to wait... and I waited. Two days before the scheduled flight (that I'd requested to change) I told Flight Network that I was worried about not having a new ticket before the original one was departing... but they just said, "Don't worry, we are working on it." And I foolishly believed them. The day AFTER my original flight departed Flight Network simply wrote and said, "Sorry we can't help you rebook, you have to use the airlines." BUT THAT IS WHY I CALLED THEM to begin with... because the airlines wouldn't help me. I believe I spent a total of NINE HOURS on the phone with them, TRYING, PLEADING them to take some responsiblity for losing these flights. But NO! I wrote emails and called again. Nothing. I lost the tickets and the money. Ridiculous. Please save yourself the hassle and never use this company. I am shocked that they can stay in business.
My flight was canceled by the airline due to Covid-19, and this company promise me an open ticket that I can use within 2 years.
About one and half years later, today I called them to rebook, they told me that I do not have an open ticket and just hung up my call without listening to my explanation. I called them again and this time another guy answered my call, he told me he cannot do the rebooking because he cannot find the ticket that I just found on their website, he said this ticket is not in their system so he cannot rebook it for me, and then he just said thank you and hung up my call.
Worst customer service ever in my life, they just hung up whenever they want, it is definitely a trash company. Do not book your ticket via this company, otherwise, you may spend your whole day trying to talk to a customer service who do not want to talk to you at all.: D
Maybe use Expedia or the website of the airline itself to book your ticket, at least their customer service is ok if something goes wrong with your flight.
I found more options to my flight route with fly network while browsing other sites.
