I booked airline tickets to Paris. Went through quickly with no hidden charges. Unlike my experience with hop 2 the day before. Thanks
Never book with this company, after you give them your credit card info - they will change to any price they desire. Awful experience!
Refunds are impossible and they love to give you the runaround. Never again, this is the worse company I've ever dealt with.
I book through Flightnetwork all my flights since quite a few years. It is easy and always a good experience. Great web-site
Haven't traveled in 10 years. Made it easy to attend my daughter"s wedding. Fast easy and economical on this old mans retirement
Good price, good itinerary. Got confirmation and e-ticket within a few minutes, verified by Singapore airline official website. We are very happy!
Great! Presented all the options and held them available while I checked around. Saves time and is an efficient way book travel.
I received a full refund wi 24 hours of my purchase... Zulu called me back and supported me thru the easy process.
Incompetent reps. Don't live here, have no clue about connecting flights or travel in general. Book your flights through the airline.
By far the worst booking agency, made up fees and prices, zero customer service and rude staff. Do not recommend it
I bought 2 tickets return for my father and my aunty from Vietnam to Australia from flight network website. They sold the tickets included 1 hand bag 7kg and 2 baggages 2x23kgs each ticket. But when my father and aunty went to the airport and checked in, the airline said on their system they got from flight network these 2 tickets just have 1 baggage 23kgs each, if my father and aunty wanted to take the second baggage to the flight they had to pay more for that, US$150/1 baggage 23kgs. So my father called me and talk his from problem from airport, I called for flight network to talk to them, after 30' arguing with them, they said to me just tell my father and aunty paid first and took the receipt, send the receipt to them they will pay that money back. When my father and aunty came to Australia and gave the receipt to me, I straight away send to flight network, after around 10 request email, they tell me the baggage refund is not possible as glitch from airline system not their fault, if I want to get money back I can contact directly with the airline. Oh my god, I can imagine the big company can run the business like that, they totally irresponsible and liar… very bag company…
Helpful changing my flight after I booked on line and made a mistake with no extra charge I was told
I received and bought my ticket for a very cheap deal. I use more of time FlightNetwork. Good Job guys!
I booked from Hanoi to Danang on Vietravel for 28 April 23. From the beginning I cannot access my booking on airline site. Only the agent can. Called flight network and they said even if you can't acces reach airport on time and things should be fine
On 28th April some hours before the flight I get a mail, flight rescheduled after two! Days. Could never have imagined such a long delay.
Now comes the role of flight network. I called them to say 30 th is too late, but no help from anyone. Said contact airlines directly. Airlines ready to give me booking earlier ie on 29th, but said it seems agent ie flight network requested 30th without any reference back to me.
Once airline confirmed to me in person earlier alternate flight, I cannot access my booking on airline site. It says accessible only thro agent, ie flight network! Called multiple times to flight network and you guessed it, standard reply, talk to airlines. Then why are you the agent! Low cost we can't help blah blah...I know low cost, most airlines are nowadays. You have some responsibility if you booked a ticket on my behalf.
My advice to all avoid such insensitive companies, book directly on airline site.
Charged my credit card more than they should. Explicitly said they would charge $1350, and ended up charging me $1,600
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
