Very fast and cheapest. Highly recommended. I used this site first time so I was concerned but everything was so smooth and I received my itenery in 2 mins after my booking.
Horrible, they charged my ticket and days later I called to know my itinerary and they had canceled my purchase without notifying me. I am waiting my money back
Very satisfying to deal with their agents and customer service, their service is second to none, their personell goes above and beyond to accommodate when called upon.
They have the worst customer service, they fool you to not give you your refund back, customer service is sooo bad and they is no supper visors to talk to.
If I could do minus 5 stars I would. Booked my dream vacation with them right before the pandemic hit in March 2020. We cancelled our bookings for a large fee (which we shouldn't have even had to pay due to circumstances) but we were promised a credit for our booking. We were told the credit would be with our Airline. The airline said their credits were available for 2 years. When we went to rebook and use our credits, Air Canada had said that they already refunded Flight Network and we had to go through them to get our credit. Flight network no longer has their email, and I've been on hold with them for over 4 hours a few times now with NO ANSWER. There is NO WAY to get ahold of them to fix this issue. Our credit is supposed to be over $1800. We lost our entire honeymoon with this company. It is disgusting that this is how they treat their customers. I would have been happy to rebook with them after the pandemic got better for travel but now I just want everyone to know how horrible they are and to stay away! They are way better online travel companies that do not take your money and turn off all communication with you!
I wished there was a button for 0 star. I recently booked a multi-city trip to Asia due to fly in March. But with the coronavirus going around, I wanted to change my flights to a later date, hence I called flight network to change my flights.
The customer service person told me I would have to pay for a penalty fee of $250 to change it as well as the price difference in flight. In which, I understand that there would be a penalty fee for changing my flights. But what I don't understand is how the price difference works. I paid $1088 for my flights at the time of booking and now the flights are at $1174.
So with that in mind, I am assuming $250(penalty fee to change) + $86 (price difference) = $336. Shouldn't this amount be correct? (Because as far as I know, that's how it works with expedia, in fact they only charge $100 for penalty fees)
But instead the customer service person quoted me a total of $556. I asked her to give me a break down of the prices. She said whatever price I see on the flight network website is different from her computer. They will only go by their computer pricing even though the flight network website pricing that I'm seeing on my end is available to the public. She also claims that it's cheaper on the website compared to her computer... So why wouldn't I be charged the price diff that is available to the public (which is $86). Isn't that how price differences work? Is this even legal? They are pulling up random numbers out of their a**!
Not to mention, their customer service representatives are rude and impatient!
1. Rwandair cancelled my flight. It was their decision. I was not consulted The least I expected was for both Rwandair and Flight Network to process my refund without me even asking for it.
2. I had multiple correspondences with Flight Network. They sent several emails asking me to reply to their email so that they can start the process of refund. I have not heard from them since beginning of December. They sent me from pillar to post giving me a number that I was supposed to get hold of. That number does not work. They asked me to get hold of their sister department. How unreasonable is that? Why cant flight network customer service get in touch with its sister department?
3. I feel fleeced by big organisations who hide behind fingers of institutional arrogance.
A. I bought all my tickets through flight network
B. Flight Network obviously sent my money to Rwandair.
C. Rwandair cacelled my flight when I was in Dar es Salaam. There was no need for me to still fly from Dar es Salaam to Kigali if my Kigali to Harare had been cancelled.
D. I had to buy a new ticket to fly from Dar es Salaam to Johannesburg directly to avoid being stranded in Kigali.
4. I am therefore asking you to refund me of the following tickets:
A. Kigali to Harare (The airline cancelled my ticket)
B. Dar es Salaam to Kigali (There is no way I could have flown to Kigali after Kigali had cancelled its flights to Southern Africa.
My flights were canceled by the airline, so I called Flight Network to inquire about it. They had no idea it was canceled in the first place, but told me they need permission from their airline to rebook. I waited several days but didn't hear back from them. I finally received an email telling me I need to call them to rebook my flights. This was where things went from bad to worse. I called 5 times because I was cut off multiple times. Every time I called, they asked the same questions, even when they transferred me to different departments. One person even told me I have to hang up, call back, and choose a different option. I told her I chose the options she suggested and it connected me with her. This was when she finally decided to transfer me to the "right" person. Of course the call was dropped while I was put on hold.
After multiple calls, they finally said they weren't able to rebook and I need to request a refund. This included a $50 charge for assistance fee even though it wasn't my fault the flights were canceled. I highly recommend NOT to ever book with FlightNetwork!
TERIBLE AGENCY! IF I CAN ONLY RATE 0 STAR I WILL. I CALLED THEM TO REBOOK MY TICKET BUT THE AGENT TOLD ME TO CALL AFTER 24 TO 48 HOURS. I WAITED FOR 2 DAYS AND WHEN I CALLED THE AGENT TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER AGENT AND THE AGENT ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 3-4 MINS BUT IT TOOK 1 HOUR AND HALF UNTIL I JUST HANG UP. SO I TRIED TO CALL AGAIN BUT THE AGENT AFTER ASKING FOR MY ORDER NUMBER HE HANGED UP THE PHONE. SOME OF THE AGENT I CANT UNDERSTAND THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE MURMURING WHEN THEY TALK.
SCAM THIEVES ARE FLIGHTNETWORK
MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED BY AIRLINE AND WAS TO REBOOK FOR FREE as told by airline
BUT SCAM FLIGHTNETWORK CHARGED ME 5 TIME MORE FOR REBOOKING
I don't recommend anyone to fall in their trap by booking anything through FlightNetwork
This Flight Network is a fraud service, hence don't book the tickets in advance and try for cancel/modify they will say while booking by taking extra money with other services and don't trust that.
First of all it is fraud and be careful and you want to get the deal from them then one day or two day before to travel you got a deals from them then book the ticket and don't take any additions things and book only basic fair and utilize the booking else your are wasting the time and money with them.
I am the best example for that I booked the 3 months before with flexi ticket with insurance to travel and canceled the ticket 2 month before to travel and keep sending a mails for cancel the ticket and refund because they never response to calls and your balance will get over. Oman air also support this guys to cheat the people, I have raised a complaint with them also they are also not bother.
The travel dates also reached and crossed but they did not canceled/refunded. I spent a lot of time and money for calls. It is useless.

I bought a ticket for 5800 USD that I needed to get refunded.
Now in the original termas and conditions it appeared refund fee at least 250 USD. When I called to get refunded the agent in India told me that the fee was 2000 USD, I asked for the information about that fee. He said he cannot give me anything in writing only orally. I asked for his supervisor, he said he is alone in the call center. I refused to accept an out of the blue fee without written policy, so I called next day. The new agent also in India told me about the same story: no written documentation about the fee. She offered me a 200 USD discount, which I accepted since according to them (again orally it was the last day when the refunding was possible.) when i finished paying USD 1800, she said the refund of the ticket was 200 USD less than what I paid. So we were back to the USD 2000 fee but the explanation for this reduction in the refund was that I had to pay tax. (on my refund: VERY strange)
I sent an email complaining about the lack of clarity to FlightNetwork, but until now I have not received any reply.
Let this report be a warning for those that intend to use them
My original booking got changed by the airline and the airline sent me an email. Flight Network did not inform me of the change. The Flight Network website showed the original flights I booked, for months after the airline change, not the airline changed ones. If I hadn't noticed I'd have turned up at the airport to find I had no flights.
But it gets worse. The flights the airline changed me to were impossible. My connecting flight in Hong Kong departed 22 hours BEFORE the first flight that got me to Hong Kong. I told Flight Network about this 5 months before the scheduled departure. They did nothing. I phoned them multiple times. Lots of promises but they did nothing. Eventually, 1.5 months before the scheduled departure, after I phoned them some more, they contacted the airline and asked for the impossible flight connection to be changed. Still nothing happened. One months before the flight they told me the flights were full and I probably couldn't fly.
I phoned Flight Network 8 times. In the end I couldn't fly, even though I had booked 7 months earlier. They did give me a refund (to my surprise) but kept a service fee. They gave me awful service and I had to pay for that! I had to rebook flights elsewhere at the last minute and paid way more too.
Good luck to you if you choose to book through Flight Network. You may even turn up at the airport to find you don't have a flight (other reviewers have reported this). I will never ever book though them again.
Refused a change of flight or flight credit due to not being able to attend my flight as every road out of town to airport was closed due to major flooding affecting all of central western NSW
Ok so the good...
They really do seem to offer the best prices by finding some strange routes and really cutting their profit. But it comes at a different cost...
Here is the most important thing to know... You need to review and re-review and then do it one more time for good measure before you hit that book button. One mistake and it will cost you, and use up any and all discounts that you made over the last several bookings. Why does this happen you might ask?
One: The try and nickel and dime you for every additional service -- and there are alot of them to uncheck.
Two: the website is a mess and it refreshes alot. So you need to make sure you have all your information correct and even if you typed it in correctly it could have changed by the end when you are unclicking all the extras. So as I said before: check everything again before you hit purchase
Three: I'd check at another site like a kayak before you book here. It's hard to customize your search on this site.
Four: If something is incorrect (despite all your checking) Call right away and maybe you can catch them before it actually books.
Five: Sometime even after booking they will send you a note saying it did not book and then you have to do it all over again...
If you can handle this and it's worth saving a few dollars then try it out... At your own risk. You will either be happy you saved or miserable that you got caught up in its website snafu. Good luck!
Hi, My name is Nikhil Trivedi. I had booked a Flight from Mumbai (India) to Mahe (Seychelles) dated 13th June for my Honeymoon (Flight no. HM 261, Order No. L7T45Y & Booking no. M7QJWB).
Unfortunately the flight was cancelled by the Airlines due to high rise in Covid Cases. I was assured by the Airlines that 100% refund will be processed if I opt to go with the refund process. I have been contacting my Travel Agent (Flight Network) to process the refund for almost 7 months now, they are simply delaying the process by asking repetitive informations, late responses and confusions. I plead for the justice as they have been very unprofessional in dealing this particular matter.
Regards,
Nikhil Trivedi

Completely bait and switched. Chose FlightNetwork based on the seating availability and pricing. Selected flight and selected seats (PAID for seat selection). Upon confirmation and checking flight, I was given seats not even close to what I selected. Checked seats I selected and see that they are still available, but not given to me because they costs more. COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING here. On their booking website, they show you seats available, that actually aren't, just to draw you in to book with them, then they just give you any seat after AND still charge you a seat selection fee.
Another shady tactic they use is the "Feedback" request. Each link they show you goes to something different. Satisfied and excellent brings you here (which is how to sort through good reviews) and unsatisfied customers goes to a Survey Monkey survey and DOES NOT go to their review site. Very manipulative and shady practices.
Should avoid this company. They don't seem to have any integrity and just wants to lure you in. If they were more upfront and honest, they wouldn't be so bad.
If the option to put none-stars existed, that would have been the one I had chosen. I tried to book a ticket with them, they sent me an email saying the payment had not proceed because of my international credit card. I talked to the bank and got this fixed, and came back to them saying it was ok. They told me the ticket had increased in 40%, even when they had given me a time to reply that was later. I said no thank you as the price in their side continued to be the one I had booked previously. When I said no, they came back giving a discount vs last price of around 15%, which I still rejected. I bought the ticket again with, got charged, talked to my bank and they said everything had proceed. 14 hours later I received this communication from them: This email is to advise you that we are not able to proceed with your Flight Network reservations due to not having a ticketing agreement with Avianca, Interjet and Lineas Aereas del Estado. Your credit card has been charged however airlines have voided the charges and you will receive full refund in 3-4 business days. And this reservation has been cancelled. When I called them, they wanted me to pay 70% more for the ticket.
It seems like a joke! This company is not serious at all, and I would never use it again. My advice is to go for a company that respects their offers, and is more client centric, they seem to bring clients with false offers to them get them charge more.
Using Flight Network to book my flight was easy to use and allowed me to search a variety of flights and times to ensure I was able to pick the best choice!
Here's some things that could be improved:
When on the booking page, there should be a extra section, perhaps like 'checkout' where you can confirm the finer details of your booking. I pressed 'book' and I didn't realise there wasn't another page for me to double check. Luckily... it was all okay.
But I had a panic moment when I wasn't able to find the details of my baggage allowance, 'Contact your airline' doesn't help me much, because I am in Australia. And it was a little while before I discovered this company is in Canada (it was a pop up I decided to follow).
On that note, it probably needs to be stated a littler clearer what currency I am paying in- the dollar sign, I assumed was Aussie Dollar. But instead it was American... on a Canadian website.
I wanted to talk to someone to confirm, and something I fine extremely helpful in these cases is a 'Contact Us' button. But I couldn't find it. I could call you... but you should check out our international call rates in Australia... it's literally cheaper for me to fly to Canada and talk directly to someone for 15mins-1hr.
A few sites have a chat box which proves super effective in confirming a few things.
Lastly, I have 5 emails from you guys already, and I'm not sure which one I am suppose to use when I want to board/check in my flight. And apparently one email is still coming?
Anyway, it was okay. But there's room for improvement.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
