Getting a flight for my son through flight network. I have saved $70 on one of his flight, and the second time $20. Well worth booking with Flight network... website is just as easy as the airline site with more choices all on one page. The only difference is 24 hr rule with airline (where you can change your mind) does not apply with Flight network. What happened with me was I booked a flight for my son, leaving on Friday morning because he was sure he could get Friday off... he couldn't so within 24 hours, I called flight network and requested they cancel the booking (air Canada has 24 hr rule) they wanted to charge me $50 for cancelling. But I was re-booking for the Saturday and finally agreed to not charge me the $50 fee. But this has been the only glitch since I started using Flight network. LOVE the flight protection.
After a couple hours of on line digging around for what I wanted, I decided to call the phone line and ask for a human to help me.
I had the most wonderful experience when I called and had Sunny as my agent. He listened intently to my requests, some of which were very specific and I could not have done them on my own. Heproceeded to start searching. When he came up some connecting flights with some LONG lay overs, I suggested that my departure dates were flexible and Sunny found me the most amazing itinerary! He was able to reduce the wait times to make my total trip much less stressful. What a lovely man. What a wonderful experience. Thanks FlightNetwork. Thanks Sunny!
I booked a two leg journey with a layover that was too short. I realised this in advance and called to amend my booking. I was transferred to 3 different staff members - all of whom were very confused about what the problem was.
Eventually, one of them was able to comprehend the issue. They said it would cost $1400 to change the flights so that I had a long enough layover period. (It would be cheaper to just not show up and book them again myself). They wouldn't entertain the idea of changing only one flight so it was cheaper for me. Then wouldn't offer any refund on cancellation.
If you don't buy their premium package, they treat you like rubbish and show absolutely no duty of care to the customer. I'll NEVER use them again
The worst customer service ever! I called them to cancel a flight because we couldn't get the VISA on time. The cancellation policy in the ticket I have, clearly says that I am going to be charged a specific amount at the time of cancellation(any time) and can get the rest of my money back. The guy on the phone kept shouting at me that there is no cancellation policy on your ticket. I read the policy for him, but he just kept repeating himself in a very rude way. This is the last time I am buying any ticket from them.
On the 6 of jan 2023 I bought a ticket from flight network. Today it's the 20th of jan 2022 still no refund. And they had said it's will reflect I'm 3-5 Working Day. Please I want my money R3600 is a lot of Money you Thieves
Their tickets are cheaper and everything will be ok IF you will have no late flights or cancellations with the airline. Any change you will make with flight network will incur some fees and lot of time spend.Try to deal with airline when your flight is cancelled or rerouted do not call flight network. I had starting flight delayed for next connection and I spend days w flight network to make rescheduling and nothing happened.Luckily I found an airline customer service at initial departing airport that rescheduled my flight after 2 days of phone calls free of charge. With flight network I was send to several department for couple days(I called them maybe 3-4 times a day and spend hours) and all their costumer service is based in India.Do yourself a favor book a little expensive directly w the airline to be happy with flight network you might have ugly surprises and waste of phone time.
I paid for carry-on baggage for both my departure and return flights through Flight Network. My flight is tomorrow. When I checked in for my return flight, I was told by the airline customer service staff that they have no record of any carry on bag for my reservation. I was sent my receipt from the airline directly, and it was 35.77$ cheaper than what flight network charged me.
I called Flight Network's customer service and I was told they don't refund any products even though they admitted they made a mistake of charging me for a carry on that the airline had no record of. Flight Network told me the only resolution is I have to pay for a carry on bag at the airport then go through the trouble of submitting a claim for missing baggage. Flight network kept insisting there is no way to resolve the matter before my flight.
So either way I've lost money. Because paying for a carry on at the airport is much more expensive than paying in advance for baggage.
I booked with this company and never again. I paid@ 1450 for a return flight to the UK.
They took my money then e-mailed me to say there was no flight available at that price and they would refund my money in 8-9 business days.
I rang them to explain I needed the money back sooner because I was traveling to the UK for my Mothers funeral.
I was told I could pay $1795 for the flight.
The call was ended with have a nice day. I thought this was very inappropriate when talking to someone who is trying to get to their Mothers funeral.
We are seniors and have to fight for every dollar. Your company was successful in " scamming us for a fee on Trip cancellation of $74.24 that we did not want or order and then " Seat selection fee " for $24.94 which does not even give you the right to choose a seat. We spoke to a man named Anthony and I would never call him a gentleman and finally he relinquished $30.00. Wow, and later he called back on my cell and told me to hold that maybe someone could help us even further and I did for 15 minutes and no one ever came on the phone. Totally unprofessional. I assure you I will do all I can to make sure this is known to all my many contact's and I will use social media to let others know not to be scammed by your company. NEVER AGAIN.
FlightNetwork was fine when I booked a flight with them five months ago. Now, when COVID-19 is causing havoc, they've fallen apart. The flight needs to be cancelled. The airline involved is open to it - FlightNetwork seems not to be - there's no response to e-mail or phone requests for help, even though I'd signed up for their vip service.
They are a kind of professional thieves.
I had bought a flexible ticket with all the necessary insurances. When I wanted to cancel the ticket, I realized that a starter ticket was sold instead. That is, it was a regular ticket that cannot be refunded for cancellation.
They charge you the full price of the requested upgraded tickets, but give you a very basic ticket and steal the rest of the money. So if you want to cancel your flight later, they will not refund you any money.
Our experience with your site while booking our trip was excellent. Every page and step was detailed and clear.
Does our flights include 1 checked luggage per person?
And - are all the flight tickects confirmed?
Thank you!
I bought a ticket and tried to cancel it less than 12 hours of purchase. Any airline or agency would have honored the 24 hour free cancellation policy, but Flight Network refused to do so. They added an extra excuse saying that if i had done so within the same day, they would respected the terms. When I explained to them, that in my time zone it was still the same day, they proceeded to say that they were based in Toronto--three hours ahead of me--where it was already 2am. Called the airline directly I solved the issue in 10 minutes. Flight Network is absolutely awful.
I needed to book a round trip flight for my sister coming from Nova Scotia to Alberta for Christmas, and got a great deal with flightnetwork.com. I received my confirmation immediately, and had no issues with booking the flight. A+ experience!
Just booked our first flights through this website today and it was painless. I have used other sites and this site was great in helping me find the best flight deal for my husband and me. I highly recommend this site.
SCAM Don't book with these!
Booked return airfares to Australia and airlines changes one of the flights resulting in a missed connection of the next flight. Instead of rebooking me a flight FlightNetwork have just lied time and time again saying they are going to rectify this but haven't. This has been going on months! And is now with my credit card company because I have not received what i paid for.
The reservation portal was easy to use with conditions clearly stated except for all surcharges included which I read as seats selections as well. Now I have to get that clarified as the airline system is not allowing me to select seats. Hoping that the actual trip will go as well as the booking.
Flight Network has held our money for a year and 4 months. The airlines (Latam) confirmed our tickets were refundable as of August last year but Flight Network continues to stall on our refunds. They have also put our money at risk because if they do not make the claim in the next month or two, we will lose everything. It's not clear what's going on but something is terribly wrong. The airline documented a refund was requested but Flight Network denies having the funds… I have called over 20 times in the last eight months, and the last time, I was on hold for 5 1/2 hours. It's unacceptable.
IMPORTANT: Ask your credit card company to dispute your charges. You typically have 118 days from arrival or departure dates of your flight to dispute charges.
CRITICAL: contact the conglomerate that owns Flight Network: etraveli. Tell the executives what you think!
They charged us for the flights for 3 teens and a Flight Network Fee of $169.83 and $24.00 for Agent fee. Also paid $35.00 for cancellation and we wanted to cencel and they said no! Had to call India and thick accent was difficult and got no refunds- RIP OFF!
I admit I am not a seasoned traveler. I heard Kayak was good to find flights. I needed to book three one-way flights. After booking, I received an email from the airlines with the charges as I understood and agreed to pay. However, the next day, there were additional emails from FlightNetwork with added charges. I should have called right away but as life can be so very hectic couldn't. When the credit card bill came, I did call but they wouldn't assist or explain. I went back to Kayak to see what happened and now see how I stumbled into FlightNetwork and another group called Justfly. They have booking options in the list of possible flights with an attractive price but now see that they have hidden charges!
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
