Their tickets are cheaper and everything will be ok IF you will have no late flights or cancellations with the airline. Any change you will make with flight network will incur some fees and lot of time spend.Try to deal with airline when your flight is cancelled or rerouted do not call flight network. I had starting flight delayed for next connection and I spend days w flight network to make rescheduling and nothing happened.Luckily I found an airline customer service at initial departing airport that rescheduled my flight after 2 days of phone calls free of charge.With flight network I was send to several department for couple days(I called them maybe 3-4 times a day and spend hours) and all their costumer service is based in India.Do yourself a favor book a little expensive directly w the airline to be happy with flight network you might have ugly surprises and waste of phone time.

BA cancelled return flight in MArch 2020 and right away I call cheapticketsdeal to process the cancellation. Well for 5 months now nothing happen. Every 2-3 weeks I call they say same thing... they process for refund with BA... if I call BA they say that nothing was filled with them from chepticketsdeal so months are passing and still nothing... I had another 6 cancellations with other airlines and all was processed in 2-3 months except this one so pray guys that you don; t have to deal with a refund with them. Better buy directly from airline cause like this I see no happy ending.

I wanted to place an order and put a coupon at the end. Total came to 118 including shipping to my address and system asked for a payment method. I put my card in and... shipping from 15$ jumped to 26.50$... practically that erased the coupon. And added another 50% of the coupon value of 8$.
