Flight Hub is okay. It gets the job done. Prices are only marginally cheaper so consider it if you really want to save money. They don't have the same kind of smooth customer service experience as actually buying from the airline website

Worst company ever. They were not able to reserve seat for me even after I paid for the ticket. I had to separately go on to United Airlines website where I separately paid $34 for each International seat. Afterwards, I know a trip back, had to delay my mom's flight due to illness. Bounce back between United Airlines and flighthub neither one of them willing to change the return leg even for a fee. Incompetent Crux. Never book with flighthub
We paid $30.00 to reserve our seats when we booked the tickets. Even we select the seats as well. But when we went to the airport and showed the Doc which we paid to reserve the seats they said that the air line will never charge a fee but the site we purchased the tickets only will get the money. We will never select this site to purchase air line tickets in the future. Taking customers money and never give the correct info or the service. Be careful when booking or we will never reserve the seats any more.
I paid Flighthub extra for seat selection, but American Airlines insisted I hadn't reserved any seats (even though I had my seat number). Even the type of plane wasn't right on Flighthub's seat map. What a scam. I contacted Flighthub and still haven't heard back from them.
They give you one price online Then charge your credit card for a different price They try to charge you a cancellation fee of $75.00.
Thank goodness I have patience. I'm now on the phone for over an hour & now waiting for supervisor to call Norwegian Air. Blamed the airline for the cancellation fee.

They charge $200 dollars over the airline change fee to change your ticket. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE THIEVES.
Worst customer service ever, no proper response. When u want to book ticket they were so polite and call u back again n again, when there is any mistake in booking and fault from there side also, try to ignore us. Never ever book with this company, just waste of money and time. Will end up being in trouble since u book the ticket.
Reviewed Delta Flights Online and noted days and times of the flights and that the flight we needed would take 9hours with two layovers, LAX to PLN (Mackinac Island) checked out a couple of discount websites like booking.com and noticed that Flighthub had the best price. Checked the ratings on another site which looked good. (We have since learned that fake reviews are a big problem and that people are paid to give good reviews.). Instead of booking us on the next connecting flight with one hour wait for connection we were booked with a 13 hour layover in one airport and 16 hours In the next airport, making a 9 hour trip into an twenty two hour marathon. I called 5 minutes later to cancel when I realized what they had done and was charged $150; 00 cancellation fee which is undoubtedly how they actually make their money.

This company has shady business practices. They advertise one price and allow you to go through to 'seat selection' to which you can skip. After a few menus, they decide it's OK for them to up the price by DOUBLE the amount of what I had previously seen.
After calling into the call center to obviously cancel the ticket as it was marked up 2 times the amount that was confirmed, they decide that I was eligible to receive 50% off the cancellation fee (within 5 minutes of the issue above).
What a sham. The 50% off 75 dollar cancellation fee is how they make money.
Their numbers comes up if you google a number for Southwest. They completely mislead me to think I was dealing with Southwest directly. They charged me $280 to change a flight for my daughter and I when we were trying to get out of Florida before a major hurricane. They made me reply to the email saying I agree, which looking back makes no sense. At the time I thought nothing of it because I was panicked and trying to get out. After speaking with other passengers that got their changes for FREE, I called Southwest directly. That's when I found out they had no record of my changes and I realized I was SCAMMED by this company. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
They are not competent, i regret ever having to book my flight through flighthub. I am so pained with their service.
Do not trust them, stay FAR FAR AWAY. They will not honour their Risk Free Rebooking policy. Told me it would be $500 PER ticket to change the flight PLUS any difference in airfare cost.
I looked on reviews of FlightHub while thinking of booking a flight(thank gosh). But I called just now to their costumer service number, asking a question whether they accept International credit cards, they said they can accept Bank of China, but insisted that I give them credit card info over the phone to book it immediately. It's just weird. Why would I want a representative to book a flight for me? Especially if I don't even know they will put my name, birth and mandatory things I need on the ticket correctly.
Would not honor the free cancellation within 24 hours. They said to send screenshot of where it says free cancellation. I did. Called again. Didn't honor it. Charged 75$ for cancellation. This is dishonest at best. DO NOT use them.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
