Anytime I have to fly oversea Flighthub is the site what I use. Best choices and best prices, so is this time, I got most direct flight with a reasonable price, hopefully Corona is over by the time I have to fly.
Booked on line couldnt print my reservation or find my booking agency later, after completion of purchase haven't been able to find any current flight info regarding health issues
I have been trying to contact flight hub during this time of Corona virus and they have not been cooperative at all. I was told to check the original airline (air canada) to see if there were any change fees etc. When I checked the airline (air canada) it stated that there were no change fees associated with my flight. Up until now I have not received an answer from flight hub. They have cancelled schools, flights, closed theme parks, community centers, and still, we have not been able to change our flight because we do not want to travel (young children and elder grandmother who lives with us). We are trying to avoid the spread of the Corona virus and flighthub is not cooperating and not even answering us (being on hold for over 2 hours with no answer). How can flight hub not respect what the airline is respecting?
My flight is in 8 hours. We want to cancel due to new travel restrictions in America. I only have 5 more hours left to be able to recover about 300 dollars out of a total of 3.500 paid. After 2.5 hours on hold, they picked up and said I needed to talk to another department. After 4 hours in total waiting on the phone, the call got disconnected.
Better than expected. Very pleased. Price was very reasonable. Look at a lot of different flight but have always found the Delta airline is top notch in all categories. Friendliness, price, professionalism, and a great attitude. I know they are human but it's always about making sure your travel experience is top priority.

The only negative point - but it concerns the whole industry - is that everything is becoming an option: luggages... and the insurance options are really written in a way to push you to buy but then if you read between the lines you're disappointed. I wish companies weren't trying to trick us into buying things we don't need...
Can't get hold of a live person to explain why I need to cancel my upcoming flight March14th 2020 to JFK on JetBlue Flight #2830, I called JetBlue and gave them my JetBlue confirmation # and was told it's a non refundable ticket, so no refund however a travel credit for future use to be used within one year and no cancellation fees however I wed to call FlightHub to cancel and they have to adhere to the airlines guidelines as well. Please cancel my flight and please no booming fees or cancellation fees. Booking # 177-510-362
I can't believe that a flight company is making money by cheating and burning customer in Canada.

The only thing I am telling everyone who wants to travel Never ever call and look at " flighthub"
I strongly recommend people to stay away from this company. First, their call centre in a non-north America country which means that they have individual working for them that cannot communicate in English. Second, to get to talk to someone that cannot communicate well, you have to wait an hour to two hours. Third, you can never get a hold of a manager because they are always to busy. My experience was so bad, I just cancelled my flight without caring about getting any refund or change. On the contrary, they even charged me 75 dollars more to cancel my ticket. But guess what! I'm happy with the lost of my flight ticket and cancellation fee because I never have to deal with such a sh*t of a company. Beware people!
