Used this service numerous times in the past... this has definitely changed our opinion of their service. No more flighthub... profit before people is bad karma.

Airline cancelled 3 flights, airlines is offering a complete refund, still they charged me 900$ ++ for a 3000$ booking, I paid 150$ extra which was charged immediately. Never book with these people, I am working on filing a complaint with the relevant authorities.
Hola, we had to book a fligth rapidly because we have to go back from Puerto Vallarta to Montreal, Canada, the government forces us to return. We made a mistake and put the wrong date when booking our fligth. Instead of putting the 23 of March, we put the 24. We had to cancel that fligth within an hour and we didn't think that we would have to pay a penalty for the cancellation. We corrected after and booked an other fligth for the 23rd. We enjoyed booking a fligth with FligthHub and would appreciate if you would consider reemboursing us for that cancellation fee.

I've been planning a trip to Japan for the longest time, but always found flight cost to be my major hurdle. I always used Expedia and cheapoair to book my flights. However, after using Skyscanner, I happened across FlightHub. It had the best price for my flight because everything else was $100+ extra. Now I am excited for my dream trip.
Less than 24 hrs from booking I attempted to cancel my flight. The operator said no one including their supervisor has the ability to make an adjustment to fees that have been billed. $375 in fees later... but strange that some folks qualify to have the fees waived. Who are these special flight hub people with magical fee waiving power? Not the customer service personnel or their management! Wish they would do the right thing for the now "never" client instead of racketeering the air fare industry.
The team was helpful and professional in cancelling my flight and find me a new one.
Although the waiting time was long due to the current situation but they were able to do the neccessary follow ups.
Don't ever use Flighthub! We never will again! We have a trip beginning March 25 traveling to Venice returning from Rome. Airlines insist you go through Flighthub. US State Department, US President, and Italian government tell us not to fly, yet the airline - Lufthansa - and Flighthub want to charge $750 to cancel our flights!
For 2 weeks now, I've made 5 phone calls to Flighthub, spoken with 7 different employees, with the average time waiting over 1.5 hours. Have changed their phone lines in last 3 days where it is impossible to get a human. Tell you to go to website. Website says they will call you! Twice, I've gotten up to the Manager level and they say they will get back to you, and no one calls back. Our flight is into Venice and returning from Rome.

I wish I could give them 0 star if there was any option. Long story short, my flight is 2 days away and I have not received any confirmation from them. I also could not get a hold of them due to long volume of calls. I then called booking team and waited for over an hour to talk to the staff in emergency line. The staff from emergency line transferred us to schedule department. And we had to wait again but worse than that, we was told that the line was full and it disconnected. We called back in and told the staff at booking department that we need to connect to the schedule department so that we do not will have to wait for another hour to talk to the schedule department but she refused to do so. She said the only thing she can do is to transfer me to emergency department again which is ridiculous. I have to wait for another hour to be transferred to schedule department. How stupid it is! NEVER EVER BOOK TICKET FROM THEM! TOO MUCH HASSLE! TO MUCH HEADACHE!
Absolutely disgusting how you have handled the COVID-19 Situation. I will NEVER fly Fighthub again, and will be sharing this far and wide. I think you are going to go out of business... which you deserve. After spending hours and hours and hours on hold with your ridiculous company (not just me, but as you can see, hundreds of people!) you should be paying US for OUR time, not charging 150$ to loyal customers to get the benefits of rescheduling that are being provided FREE by all other Airlines. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER use Flighthub people. I am beyond frustrated. I clicked the button "agreeing" to your stupid charge as there has been no other way to notify the airline that I AM NOT COMING and I feel bad for all those on that side who are affected, thinking all YOUR customers will still arrive because you could not get organized (like all the other companies! Expedia, travelocity, tripcentral, Kayak... there you go people, give them a try instead!) and then the flights are empty but crew have arrived, plane's loaded, gate fees have been paid etc. etc. However, I will be pursuing this rebate through my credit card mention and hopefully YOUR side will be inundated with these requests and guess what, have to do the legwork to respond otherwise it is an automatic reversal... so, tit-for-tat you will get a sense of the timewasting and frustration you have caused! Did I mention how thoroughly disgusted I am and how I will take every opportunity to share this experience! I will give you 24 hours to make this right, or I will proceed.
Customer Service Reps are not aware of airline policy and not willing to support the customer beyond the initial sale. Will not use Flighthub in the future. Be aware of additional costs when you want to cancel - lots of hidden fees that are not disclosed upfront.
We have been trying to deal with them since March 12. We had to cancel the flights like everyone else, but they didn't let us cancel for almost two days. We called them and they had us on hold for hours even though we were withing 72 hours of flying. It was average of 2-3 hours each time on hold, then pass us to another supposed "supervisor", then again. Went on half of friday and all morning saturday. When we finally got through they said they apologized for all the extra time, which, ok, understandable, but it was just to cancel. They then threw in the hogwash that the airline (Air Canada) was charging them fees and they had to charge them, amounting to near half the flight costs themselves! And that was just to have to change it, exact same route, exact same people on tickets to a later date. We kept telling them Air Canada was NOT charging those fees but they kept passing us off to other people. The list goes on of how many hours we have wasted since then with them. Anyways, if you are also dealing with them also we are all getting together to talk with Commerce department and Minister of Transport about pretty obvious profiteering during this crisis. We have a lot of other headaches right now to have to deal with all these extra charges on our card and trying to convince them they are deceiving us about the "miscellaneous" charges that are huge.
Flight hub makes it easy to track and search for flight with multiple airlines and multiple travel dates! I like having everything in one place instead of having to open 11 tabs just to see which flight would be best for me. They're also quick to send me updates on my flights and any other travel related material.
I've been on the phone for 5 hours and waiting to be put off hold to speak to a supervisor and nothing. I have a flight Sunday I need to cancel and still have not been able to go through! I've never received such bad service and experience in my life!

Nous avons tenté de faire annuler nos billets d'avion en raison de la situation du coronavirus. Malgré les mesures exceptionnelles du gouvernement la compagnie ne REMBOURSE PAS les billets. J'avais même ajouté une assurance de protection en cas d'annulation, proposée par le site pour 40$ (20$ par personne). Cette protection NE SERT À RIEN. Ils ne remboursent pas! De plus, IMPOSSIBLE de parler à quelqu'un toutes les lignes sont coupées! Pire site, achetez vos billets ailleurs!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
